@iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

  • tja0830 Tom (@tja0830) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Thanks Waheeb, I can’t do that as the only Ethernet connection I have is over the Xbox. This issues has been happening since I was connected over a month and very rarely (if ever) have got the speed I pay for.

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

  • blake_andersson BlakeGreen118 (@blake_andersson) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@timothy_89 @lukeacl @iiNet Lifx uses direct wifi only, the Hue bulbs use a mesh network

@ACLambert @MissBaileyWoof @iiNet Especially when their only engagement is to call and then demand you verify who you are!! I wonder if ACT Consumer Aafairs would be interested? Or Choice Magazine. As you say, unconscionable behaviour. And certainly not the behaviour of a supposedly responsible service provider.

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

That she should get her supervisor which she didn't... so then I advised her if she cannot respect my wish and the law that she should terminate the phone call and seek further training from her supervisor. What an absolute **** show @iiNet is.

  • hgo7627 HG (@hgo7627) reported

@ACLambert @iiNet Glad that’s over. But what a waste of energy. Like many, I suspect iiNet want to wear you down so you don’t give a fig.

  • A_D_Morgan A D Morgan (@A_D_Morgan) reported

If I don't get some customer service pretty soon I will be airing some ***** laundry @iinet Getting really shoddy treatment after years of no trouble. Pretty bloody angry about the whole thing.

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet we had our NBN FTTC network connection device replaced on 1 Jan. VOIP phone service has not worked since. Callers to our land line VOIP get a recording 'your call can not be connected at this time OCA 0188.' Outgoing calls get a continuous 900Hz tone.
