    Despite partner's pleas & @iiNet's assurance otherwise, they disconnected landline after 1 day! Now can't call either provider to see if/when phone will be reconnected. this shd have been seamless. Isolated enough by my condition, I am left powerless. Help. Please! @acccgovau

    @iiNet your customer support is the worst - my elderly mum like I’m sure most others cannot understand any of the operators due to their thick accents! Do better!

    @iiNet Can you please get someone from Australia to call me, not the Philippines. I don't understand a word they say and the call quality is terrible and keeps dropping out and if I don't answer their call they close the ticket.

    @iiNet The HFC outage is in Geelong for HFC CABLE. YOUR WEBPAGE ONLY STATES THE STATUS FROM 5 months ago. Not helpful. Approx time for reconnection 3:30. To all iiNet customers out there, the webpage STATUS HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR 5 months!
