Thank you @iiNet for nothing. Phoned Tech support 12.05 on 4th Jan & was told I'd receive a call back in just over 2 hours. It's now 6th Jan & it's 52.5 hours & counting. Customer service has deteriorated since you merged w/Westnet. Customer for over 16 yrs. So much for loyalty.

.@iiNet is there an internet outage? Our internet dropped out half an hour ago. Modem says status is ok, but no wifi is showing up at home and our computers can’t connect to modem.

@NBN_Australia @iiNet another day, another outage. I'm totally over the intermittent #nbn outages that we've endured over the last 3weeks. I wouldn't mind so much if someone could provide an explanation but both admit nothing. Going by reports it's a widespread problem. Gah!!

@iiNet Thank your team for getting things working again. If only iiNet Senior Management would adopt best corporate practice instead of trying to keep things inhouse lest it frighten potential customers. Use sm sites to let customers and the public know upfront of problems

@iiNet I hv been hving issues wid broadband for d past 8-9 months. wifi dsnt wrk. I complained multiple times bt in vain. Cust servc did nt get bck 2 me in 24 hrs on my latest cmplaint. Can u resolve d issue n refund the money fr ‘no wifi’ period?? Honestly horrible connectivity
