    @iiNet Herein lies the BS that is iiNet - they didn’t give a stuff when they cut off my service and I couldn’t call anyone. But I place a complaint with the TIO and guess what - a Justin from customer service rings. So to all iiNet customers if u want proper service put in a complaint!

    Update: @iiNet failed to give us a modem on time & lied about it being installed & when we will get it. I am not waiting till next week to have internet so now I have to fork out $$$ due to this incompetency. Either way, I'll make damn sure I'll be back online tonight.

    @spicynoise @iiNet Wow! Hey @iinet how about you just get your staff to give a 💩 to their customers call/concerns. Perhaps remind them the the person on the other end of the call keeps them in a job? You used to be great when support was in Australia… 🤔
