@dayswasteorg @iiNet FTTCurb uses only a very short run of copper to the premises from the fibre which runs down the street. It's a fancy VDSL in that short copper run. The reverse power is 60VDC @ 350mA. Power supplied by the NCD in the residence. If only one NCD, it supplies all 350mA.

@iiRhysta @iiNet Your house wiring can be the problem

  • FriqzCS Rob / FriqzCS 🇬🇷 (@FriqzCS) reported

@iiNet fix your ******* internet please, last 2 weeks it’s dropped out more than it’s dropped out in the last year, i pay $200+ a month for your services and get hung up on while calling 3 times, might as well cancel my deal with you guys and go to another provider, ridiculous.

@iiNet Not sure what file you’re looking at but the latest email asks me to complete a survey! Let me know if you’ve got something different! #fail

  • miriamcosic Miriam Cosic (@miriamcosic) reported

@iiNet Due to numerous reasons every second ******* week. For two years. How about you just find a way to keep it working all the time? I’m paying for a continuous service, not a maybe, maybe not, in and out service.

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

Yo... @iiNet you retweet too slow... net dropped 5 mins after it came back... pathetic service.

  • redruby17 Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported

@sowdented @iiNet It really is trying my new year resolution to be calmer in 2021. It’s the same pattern so whatever the issue was it still is an issue. At this rate I’m going to ask for a credit for next month’s bill. It’s been like this for a week 😳

  • sass1ca Jessica (@sass1ca) reported

@iiNet Thanks. Your link says it’s affecting Highton, Belmont and Grovedale. This is postcode 3216. But when you put this in the website, says nothing affecting service.

  • Phil28110 Phil281 (@Phil28110) reported

@sass1ca @iiNet Only thing I can suggest you could always use your phone as a HOTSPOT, be careful how much data you use as your ISP will bill you for it obviously. We still pay when the system is down. Welcome to Marketing!!.

@iiNet so is the issue in Geelong on cable going to be a long one?
