    So @iinet just sent me a bill for a month in advance - even though THEY are terminating the service on ME in 6 days time!

    @iiNet Thank you. I have DM you and realise I have made a mistake ( I think) and have a billing date and two different payment dates. I apologise for this and will pay today the first invoice. I appreciate your help. I am having financial issues which are stressful.

    @iiNet provided me with the WORST POSSIBLE experience I could have ever asked for in the short 4 or 5 months I was with them. The regret set in the day after I signed up when I noticed I could get better for cheaper with other providers. Oh and the reviews say it all too. #Avoid

    @iiNet your customer support is the worst - my elderly mum like I’m sure most others cannot understand any of the operators due to their thick accents! Do better!

    @NBN_Australia @viraljetani @iiNet And if it says "An unplanned outage is affecting the network"? Then what? I'm North Ryde, 12 hours without NBN, losing productive work time here. Might need to find an alternative just so that I can earn a living.
