@iiNet Doesn’t help someone going overseas today does it. Try putting your management through some basic service training - don’t make changes that have serious flaws that require you to work on fixes. Two years ?! Pathetic service. Pathetic management.

  • Zimboy_Rob Zimboy (@Zimboy_Rob) reported

@iiNet I just changed my nbn over to you guys. I've hooked up new modem and have internet access. Do I need to cancel my service with old provider or was that done automatically?

  • w0lfling Asher Wolfson (@w0lfling) reported

@NBN_Australia @viraljetani @iiNet And if it says "An unplanned outage is affecting the network"? Then what? I'm North Ryde, 12 hours without NBN, losing productive work time here. Might need to find an alternative just so that I can earn a living.

@iiNet absolute disgrace. I will never recommend you.

@iiNet PC's wifi card **** the blanket. apologies for the passive aggressive message; this was not your guys' fault.

  • xoreye Cwowl. (@xoreye) reported

@iiNet service is down, can't even log into your website using phone wifi. Any explanation? Please don't respond with "we're happy to look further into Yada Yada what's your account?" Simple answer here please.

Hey @iiNet do you have a support team based in Australia where I don’t have to repeat myself 4 times to be heard over crowing roosters?? #businesscustomer

  • lawyer_shipping The Shipping Lawyer (@lawyer_shipping) reported

@iiNet Hey iiNet, is your idea of customer service ringing me on a Sunday morning to RENEG on my refund and gaslighting me that that was never promised? Your customer service rep told me I was wrong, I'd never be receiving a refund and that he wanted to "correct" my understanding.

  • DanielCasey_CBR Daniel Casey (he/him/his) (@DanielCasey_CBR) reported

New modem arrived from @iinet today. Already it’s not working. What a surprise.

  • MicheleDobb Michele Fay Dobb (@MicheleDobb) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@iiNet hello do you actually record in an@appropriante ( that is, not just computerised repetition) as I am frustrated as thought I sorted my issue yesterday and have messages and emails suggesting no attention paid. Bad business ethics.
