    @iinet @tpg just bizarre behaviour Cancelled @NBN_Australia on UNI D1 with several weeks notice. They continued to issue invoices after termination. Ignored emails, then finally issues refund for the wrong amount. After 10 years its so good to exit this crappy business account

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet, your fetch portal is broken, every time i request a call back the call disconnects on your end , 3 hours of waiting and every time you guys disconnect the call

    @iiNet worst customer experience of my life - 3.5 years a customer- take my money every month - try to talk to someone - 3 phone calls - can't help me because my DOB is wrong in yr system- resend ID verified- 12 hours later still not updated and can't help me - told to call back

    @iiNet Really poor service tonight guys. Our CC was compromised so I changed payment details with you April 3rd. Now tonight, at 8pm you disconnect the service. Just as the call centre closes. Big help you guys are.

    .@TPG_Telecom @Internode @iiNet are all a disgrace, 13+ years with Internode don’t even care if you leave. Worst customer service possible.. All three companies are under one umbrella and it definitely shows when dealing with them. Customer loyalty means **** all

    @iiNet it’s impossible to get through to your tech support team. Been trying all week. As you will not be hosting email services from the end of April how is one meant to change providers??
