    @iiNet Yes. I then select 2 for technical support. Next I select 1 for broadband. Then a lady says being transferred. Then I get disconnected. I ended up getting my husband to call on his mobile and he got through.

    @iiNet I have tried calling support 6 times and each time I get to the point where it says there are 3-6 minutes waiting time, it then hangs up!!!!! So frustrating. Can't get any help.

    @iiNet Back at it with constantly dropping out internet at the modem router, just problem after problem here.. Any solutions for this

    .@iinet NBN is down in Greenfields 6210. My router diagnostics indicate no access to DHCP service. ETA on when it will be resolved?
