Hey @iiNet, nice try to upsell me to 200Mbps with a free trial. I never get anything like the 100Mbps I pay for, with or without the alleged boost.

Hey @iiNet how come nothing on your website is working today? No webmail, no support.

  • ItsBenParks Ben Parks (@ItsBenParks) reported

@iiNet No. You don't help, you make it hard, and you always make it the customers problem. The worst customer service I've experienced over many years.

  • travis_winters Travis Winters (@travis_winters) reported

In the last week or so I found out that in February @iinet had selected me to bump our plan to a Superfast (200Mbs+) at the same rate as our current plan… Unfortunately the email to tell me never arrived… only the one to tell me it would soon end. #hooked #thatshowtheygetya

@iiNet This post was much more about accountability, NBN and iiNet both have a history with clearly ignoring issues and refusing to provide clear communication. I wanted to highlight that systems used by both @NBN_Australia and @iiNet seem fundamentally broken.

@iiNet It’s an actual joke to have an Australian service where you cannot get in touch with someone in your time zone for actual days to check and assist with your internet connection.
