@Iinet is this issue with hosted email a fault, or was it a hack? Are our emails secure?

  • LGPorterZ LG Porter (@LGPorterZ) reported

@P_bogan @iiNet I’m now looking at another provider for email and website hosting as well as internet service - @iinet about to lose the lot!

  • philltee Phill T (@philltee) reported

@ProfRayWills @iiNet you're not the only one. The level of communication from @iiNet is non-existent. Called Business Tech support over an hour ago and still on hold.

  • 1P_Natalie Natalie Scarlet (@1P_Natalie) reported

@CampbellNewman @iiNet I dumped them from my business 2 months ago as they just do not care to provide a service or that we left

  • Aus_TechCare Steven Swarts (@Aus_TechCare) reported

@formula_acct @StevenSinagra @iiNet I have been on "hold" for 58 mins now. Tried earlier today too. Currently migrating my clients to Microsoft 365. It isn't perfect either, but at least you know they won't just drop support for Outlook out of the blue.

  • Aus_TechCare Steven Swarts (@Aus_TechCare) reported

@iiNet @youituber Any update @iiNet ?? Been on hold to technical support and it is now 1 Hour, 33 Minutes...

  • socpoyw socpoyw (@socpoyw) reported

@iiNet @StevenSinagra Why don't you just make an official announcement regarding the Outlook server problem? It would be a lot easier & cause less angst amongst your client base. It's now 3 days that I've been unable to connect via Outlook. That's pathetic & unprofessional from a national provider.

  • Aus_TechCare Steven Swarts (@Aus_TechCare) reported

@iiNet @youituber Finally got through to some other department, they put me through to residential support who had a statement which they read out (Paraphrasing) "Update on Friday caused unintended issues. Hoping to resolve in the coming days. Apologies for not informing everyone of the update"

  • sloaniealex Alex Sloan (@sloaniealex) reported

@iiNet Do you provide a customer service? Is your business model to simply hang up on customers who have spend hours waiting to talk someone for help? @MRowlandMP

  • P_bogan Sir Peter the Bogan (@P_bogan) reported

@LGPorterZ @iiNet @iinet is still not working. Shocking.
