    @kateloh @iiNet Looking at switching today. I’ve had too many issues. First instance of me trying to fix things resulted in them updating the account information to be a random amalgamation of my partners name and mine so I can’t even prove my identity because it’s messed up on their end 😡

    Cancelling my new @iiNet 5G Home install - what a cheerfully underwhelming onboarding process - I don’t have time to spending days playing to-and-fro with your support team - your support team is obviously overwhelmed.

    @iiNet Unable to login to my iiNet account. SMS code is received, tried entering two different codes, both say invalid codes. trying to see if there is a fiberphone outage in my area?

    @iiNet I’ve been on hold over 3 hours today. Not good enough iinet. If there’s no one there DONT encourage customers to wait. Customer service nil.

    @iiNet so I just received a message that my task has been closed. But the problem hasn't been solved. Was told it was escalated but have heard nothing.

    @iiNet can’t get through to you. Initially I spoke with one person who had rosters crowing loudly in the background! Is your call centre in a farm? Plus I’ve left call back requests for 3 days but nobody’s home? Seriously bad customer service :( It it time to change providers?

    @iiNet so despite your “sincere apologies” via email, all I get is bureaucratic BS. No one is prepared to actually work to solve the issue. You’ve sent us a demand letter for payment. And that’s it. Pathetic iiNet. Pathetic…….
