@mcewenrobbie @Telstra @iinet have the best customer service. Whenever there is an issue it’s fixed quickly without hassle. Cant fault them after 7-8 years now.

@yeppoon @iiNet @Telstra 2 minutes later, "maria" answered the phone and was able to inform me that the department i need to fix the issue, closed an hour ago... 1 hour after they put me on hold(been waiting 2+)... she was very helpful, giving me a direct number to ring in the morning, when they open.

@iiNet lots of scam emails posing as iiNet saying payments don’t go through, service about to be disco’d. Logo and all - don’t be fooled people!
