    @iiNet I have been refunded $292 and $145 - ongoing battle since August. Fire your technical support team, I think I had to walk through troubleshooting with each and everyone of them. And told them what the issue was….. we got there in the end when one with a brain could go off script

    @ClaraChongMCF @iiNet Hi, Clara… my service provider (iiNet) have sent me messages saying that NBNCo are investigating an outage in Darlo area. It’s definitely an NBN issue, I think; 2nd light flashing on black NBN box, which I think means there’s no NBN connection. Happened about 3 wks ago, too.

    @iinet Customer Support still can’t retrieve 17 days, of lost emails but can debit my card for $168 for the modem I was supposed to send back. You sent details to the account you closed, I kept ringing you to tell you this.

    How incompetent is @iiNet customer service? Employee number one transfers me to wrong department, wrong department transfers me to another wrong department, 35 minutes later, waiting on third time is the charm. Big FAT ZERO for customer service iinet.

    @Missamoo @iiNet Try calling them on your mobile because your nbn is down and your VOIP is now unavailable. iiNet then charge your mobile to call them - even when they leave you on hold for 30 minutes. I think this has to be illegal so I have referred the matter to the TIO.

    @iiNet Five days after I was meant to be connected to the internet and still nothing. Multiple phone calls with no resolution

    @iiNet Your service is the worst. Almost a week without internet due to and outage only to be told there is a "scheduled outage' for another day at least. What the hell am I paying for? #TO #ombudsman
