Meցαn (@telltriage) reported@iiNet Hey Guys. Any outages in 3012? Net has been down since 5am. Thanks

Ben (@bennyg087) reported@iiNet hi team. Been having NBN issues, service dropping out for the past 3-4 days intermittently but tonight seems to be every 10 mins. Alfredton 3350. Any known issues in area? Cheers

Jake Brown (@browndogstales) reported@miriamcosic @iiNet Uses Telstra network. Has been reliable for me in Melbourne. They have some cookie cutter plans (like most telcos). Completely BYO phone. As someone who goes between really low use & moderate, the lower plan has suited.

Malokaiii (@Malokaiii_) reported@iiNet fourth day and still no connection. Are the NBN techs even trying to fix this problem. This is getting way beyond a joke! Just get my internet service working now, what do I pay for? To be ignored and without internet!

𝓐𝓷𝓭𝔂 (@ajcpominoz) reported@iiNet does your home internet 5G plan support port forwarding?

Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported@Mezanong @TubbsJTattsyrup @iiNet They give the run around, blame you, tell you it’s the 30 knot wind coming in off Bass Straight. Iinet customers are stupid according to iinet.

Jake Brown (@browndogstales) reported@miriamcosic @iiNet Biggest drawback is tech support. I've needed it much more rarely than when I was on iiNet, but it's a 'submit an online form & someone calls you back system' I think. Fwiw, issues have been easily resolved.

Eye2Eye (@EyemanPatg) reported@brad_00 @iiNet Yep got a BS message from iiNet and then got an email about some order I never placed and then when i ring the number on the email - they can't explain anything. Has iiNet become Australia's worst telecommunications Co?? #iinet @iiNet

Jake Brown (@browndogstales) reported@miriamcosic @iiNet Sounds more like an iiNet issue than Optus. I haven't heard anything about Optus closing. iiNet was bought by dodo (I think) some time back & has gone downhill since. We moved to Belong (budget Telstra subsidiary) & it's worked well. Very easy to port across.

Kate Walton (@waltonkate) reported@iiNet Hi, we're having connection issues this evening in 2903. Some sites load, others don't. All load when using 4G. Any ideas? Have restarted router etc. Thank you.
