    Upgraded to 5G as recommended by @iiNet and have been down most of the night. Never had this issue with the NBN and have been on hold forever trying to resolve. No issues in the area according to their site - epic fail for a telco!!!

    @unicamster @iiNet I only wait on hold for around 3 - 4 minutes, plus the length of time it takes me to fill in the relevant ombudsman service's webform. If the bank / telco / insurer / etc can't answer the phone before I hit send, we deal with it through that process.

    @iiNet That's the problem, I spoke to an operator yesterday and they are unable to tell me when it will be picked up or why after 11 days my order is still not even dispatched.

    @iiNet @IntoTheWok I'm also getting the same issue. Found out that using a VPN called exitlag sort of fixed the problem, it lowered my ping to 30-50 but realised soon after that the main problem was because i was being put into singapore server games. iinets routing on mw2 is skipping sydney for me

    @iiNet … can you please tell me when your Hosted Exchange will be fixed? I have been subscribing to you Service since 2013, and this completely botched upgrade and it’s impacts are appalling! When will it be fixed? Why shouldn’t I go elsewhere for my service? #iinet #broken
