    Hey @iinet I have had to call numerious times to cancel the Home Wireless Broadband. When I try to answer an incoming call from iinet it disconnects. If you want reference numbers I have them. #australia #iinet #broadband

    @iiNet I've spend over 3 hours over 2 months trying to fix a voicemail issue and it's still not resolved. Your service used to be fantastic. What is going on and how do I contact someone who can actually fix it?

    @iinet 0.4 speed for 4 days with no resolution in sight, despite many, many calls. Really not great service.

    @iiNet Hey, if a new NBN customer needs the line and modem installed, how much is installation? my parents live in Tatura, and dont want to go with wireless NBN.
