    @iiNet hi team my cable internet keeps dropping over the past week on Geelong. I cant find any faults are you able to advise of network issues please.

    @iiNet Thanks anyway. After no change for a while I turned the modem off at the wall for 30 mins. Seemed to do the trick. I should have known a reset would probably fix whatever the issue was

    @iiNet NBNCo report no outages in my area (Tuross Head), and yet DSL is down. Can you please advise. Cheers, Kim
