@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

@iinet multiple service drops nearly everyday for the past couple of weeks. In total just today 5 hours down time. Any explanation? Pretty eager to jump ship and find a better service

Hey @iiNet - any chance that our home email will start working soon? Please? 3 calls to tech support, 1 follow up email (from my work account, because, you know, our home email doesn't work) to tech support, and still no follow up or resolution. 😡 #poorcustomerservice

@EmJaeCaer @iiNet @Aussie_BB I did same. But I got an SMS from iiNet saying “your service has been transferred to another provider” before Aussie had time to confirm their end. It’s now active. But it was 20 minutes of panic stations we didn’t need. Kids were both kicked from heated moments in online games!

Just realised @iinet is direct debiting me for a service I haven't used for years. It's a smallish annual payment that just slips by. Never direct debit, folks
