@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

  • freakboy3742 Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

I’d also like to thank the @iiNet support staff out of whom I had to drag every last detail about how the @NBN_Australia fault investigation process would proceed.

@iiNet In horrid resolution because you idiotic **** heads cant seem to manage to process anything close to consistent speeds.

  • jennynorton Jen Norton (@jennynorton) reported

@iiNet I have been dealing with one of your o/s call centres for two weeks, this is why I asked if there was an escalation team in Australia. I have no issue with dealing with offshore teams but when there is an issue that isn’t getting solved I would like this escalated to a team here.

  • SharonL43117309 Sharon Lang (@SharonL43117309) reported

@iiNet Day 16 of no internet service. Since I can’t watch movies thought I’d start a daily diary on your Twitter feed.

  • PossumsAreJerks Beninjam (@PossumsAreJerks) reported

@NBN_Australia Yeah, I know. As you can see from the notices, it is our provider sending the outage notices. There is obviously nothing @iiNet can do to fix this issue - this is entirely with you, so please stop trying to shift the focus.

  • SharonL43117309 Sharon Lang (@SharonL43117309) reported

@iiNet I wouldn’t say elected, I would say forced to, based on your company customer service model that does not act on urgent issues and does not provide onshore service unless it is costly not to.

  • M0REXG0LD3N katie (@M0REXG0LD3N) reported

. @iiNet my internet has gone down 63 times today why is that

  • beans1990 baked beans (@beans1990) reported

@orlyjamie @iiNet @NBN_Australia It went like this: TPG buys iinet > "We wont change our service" > iinet service immediately goes to poo. NBN has always been munted.

  • suzannelolsenau Suzanne Olsen (@suzannelolsenau) reported

So glad i chose @Optus i'm glad to have them! Found @iiNet a bit too slow and their choice of modem to be worse.

  • SharonL43117309 Sharon Lang (@SharonL43117309) reported

@iiNet Hi Chris, thank you for referring us back to the customer service team who we are unsatisfied with due to poor level of customer service, we are underwhelmed and disappointed that you can’t provide your no.1 service standards once again

  • EmilTorroba Emil Martin Torroba (@EmilTorroba) reported
