    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    Seriously @iiNet I sent you an email in which I clearly stated I did not have time to talk to you on the phone and yet instead of replying by email you tried to call me AND when I didn't answer YOU KEPT CALLING interrupting my work. Seriously what is your problem?

    @iiNet you've not called me back, hung up on me, refused to escalate my problem, and sent me a router that I cannot configure. I'm making calls to your parent company's Head of CX hourly. Not good enough.

    Do you know what grinds my gears? When you spend all day doing the work required to get to the bottom of a problem that should not be yours but the company decides it will be, & the 4th rep you’ve spoken to today says “I’m glad we’ve been able to resolve the issue”. .@iiNet 😡
