    @iiNet It’s overdue, yes I don’t deny, but to be suspended over it AND without warning! This has never happened in the past - IF I’ve ever missed a payment.

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @WealthxTracey Hey Tracey, like we mentioned in our other reply if your emails belong to an @iinet.net.au address then they won't be affected by the closure of the Hosted Exchange service.
