💧Steph 🐀 (@DoNotConform1) reported@NBN_Australia Bonnet Bay has been having major internet issues for all of Aug. @iiNet keep blaming NBN but at the same time can’t / won’t tell us what the issue is and when it will be fixed. Is NBN actually trying to fix it? What is wrong in the first place?

Stanley Waite (@stanleywaite1) reported@yeppoon @iiNet @Telstra 2 minutes later, "maria" answered the phone and was able to inform me that the department i need to fix the issue, closed an hour ago... 1 hour after they put me on hold(been waiting 2+)... she was very helpful, giving me a direct number to ring in the morning, when they open.
