    @iiNet hi is there an outage in the area of VICTORIA 3019 for 5G broadband services? Ive been on hold for 1 hour. I need internet connection to work from home. I have already turn off the modem for 10 secs and turn it back on. Still no connection. There are 4 lights bars on modem

    With @iiNet shutting down their Hosted Exchange on April 30th, have you decided where you're moving your emails too yet? Spoke to a few businesses this week who are either in progress or have completed their move to @Microsoft365 #Migration #Microsoft

    @iiNet what the hell is wrong with you. 6 email messages [1 after other)+ 3 text about same payment is HARRASSMENT, especially after same last month and issue rectified with details AND spoke to your offshore account mgt Stop already and lift your appalling customer service

    @iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. That’s how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and how💩 your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps

    @iiNet What's happened to your quality of service? Mass outages, almost every day... I used to love #iinet, but if this keeps up, I'm leaving for another provider.
