@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

@iiNet The landlords gonna help sort it. It was all on accident though, he thought the internet cable was from the previous tenant of the flat I’m in. Mistakes happen. I dont think he knows you guys are my internet provider. I’ll let him knos when he’s here

@iiNet We just moved into a place with iiNet cable in Geelong but we also got a letter here from nbn that the nbn network is going to shut off Optus cable and reconnect them all to nbn are we also going to be forced to use nbn

@iiNet I’ve had consistent drop outs and outages since the start of November, apparently my case gets escalated everyday, yet still no progress. Is this how you treat a loyal customer of over 10 years? Ref: 351617868
