    120hrs update: @iiNet is still a steaming pile of ordure. Unsurprisingly no resolution, no update, no hope that anyone will be roused before the 4day weekend is over, and no email. Avoid this mob

    Hi @iiNet, we just lost DSL connection at our St Kilda (3182) home about 10m ago, and your support line queue has blown out to an hour. Is there an outage we should be aware of?

    @iiNet it’s impossible to get through to your tech support team. Been trying all week. As you will not be hosting email services from the end of April how is one meant to change providers??

    @iiNet after 16 hours said ‘internet will be up by latest 6pm’. Well it’s now 7:18pm and still no internet. Though I’ve paid my monthly subscription on 13th March. As @iiNet have monthly access without ‘outage’ to my account. Should I tell @iiNet that my bank account has an outage?

    I find it funny that @Optus keep doing ads promoting good coverage an service when it's the worst in Australia hahahaha. When @iiNet come in 8 yrs am has give better internet . We all no know yes means ' yes for **** reception '

    @iiNet is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? Unable to access broadband and no outage showing on your site. Reset the modem twice and so just asking?
