    .@TPG_Telecom @Internode @iiNet are all a disgrace, 13+ years with Internode don’t even care if you leave. Worst customer service possible.. All three companies are under one umbrella and it definitely shows when dealing with them. Customer loyalty means **** all

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet Atrocious issue resolution. A simple change of address results in inactivation of email boxes for over 2 days and no end in sight, no one in support position with the wherewithal to do anything outside vague 48-hour ticket queues

    @iiNet I CANNOT MAKE CALLS, SEND EMAILS OR USE THE INTERNET BECAUSE YOU CUT ME OFF A DAY EARLY. I NEED THE INTERNET TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD TO KEEP EATING!!!! I ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF HUMDRED DOLLARS FOR TBE NEXT QEEK THOUGH BUT NEED TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD! PLS FIX

    @iiNet any idea why the 2fa codes that are being sent when I try to login to the toolbox keep saying 'invalid code' when entered 5 seconds after the text message arrives?

    @iiNet is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? Unable to access broadband and no outage showing on your site. Reset the modem twice and so just asking?
