    @iiNet hi is there an outage in the area of VICTORIA 3019 for 5G broadband services? Ive been on hold for 1 hour. I need internet connection to work from home. I have already turn off the modem for 10 secs and turn it back on. Still no connection. There are 4 lights bars on modem

    As usual @iinet are clueless. Take my monthly Payment without fail on the dot every single month. You have a problem with @iinet it’s never their fault it’s always @NBN. Tired of multinationals taking my money with zero accountability

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    This for real @iiNet ? Called at 4:30pm to talking to billing (west aus) told 18mins, after 45 no answer. Think something's wrong, so hang up and call back. Told 30mins, currently on 50 and counting. According to your website the billing should still be active until 7pm...

    @DianeDromgold @iiNet Yeah just after the tpg take over we left tried TIO and all that's when customer service went to **** we are with aussie broadband now
