  @iiNet I shouldn't have had to top up. There was no explanation that there was an issue. I did not receive a text or an email that there was an issue. All I got was "Can't send text by iiNet. Error 28" iiNet support did not know what Error 28 was nor did Mobile support. Ref # 380798763

  It's impossible to get any help from @iinet They are cancelling hosting but no reply to messages, no one ever picks up even when we wait on the phone for hours. Come on! There has to be some way to get help. Has anyone called the Ombudsman?

  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
