    Ok @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will speak with me. This has been going on for months.

    I'm so over @iiNet and its unreliable @NBN_Australia FTTP. Even @NBN_Australia has no idea of their network status. Zero business support Business Account since 2006 when customer service was ahead of every other provider.

    @iiNet Discord voice (UDP) stuck on RTC Connecting / No Route on iinet NBN—bypasses instantly with Cloudflare WARP. Known issue with other AU ISPs this week.

    @iiNet any idea why the 2fa codes that are being sent when I try to login to the toolbox keep saying 'invalid code' when entered 5 seconds after the text message arrives?
