    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @iiNet ... this is beyond tedious. Every single day now, your service drops out. It's 3 hours since I reached home. What exactly am Is paying you for??
