    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    It's impossible to get any help from @iinet They are cancelling hosting but no reply to messages, no one ever picks up even when we wait on the phone for hours. Come on! There has to be some way to get help. Has anyone called the Ombudsman?

    @iiNet Such a terrible service. Avoid. I was with them for over 10 years. I wish I could get them back. Nothing but problems

    Hey @iiNet seriously having trouble. EVERYTIME i call you can’t hear me but when i ring anyone else they can hear me. Can you please have someone ring me from tech support. Feel free to dm.
