    @iiNet is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? Unable to access broadband and no outage showing on your site. Reset the modem twice and so just asking?

    And, @iinet and #TheMessengerCo, I know how to reset passwords in settings and my post-grad in tech isn't helping here. I need actual tech support, tho you're both hopeless in that dept. I haven't had email on one device or another since Aug 11. Now on both, so zero email.

    So I’ve been a customer of @iiNet for 12 years so far, and my internet has just been suspended for an invoice being 11 days overdue 🤨😩😡

    @iiNet I called back again and the same thing has happened !!!! This is basic customer service 101 !!!! I am thinking it is time to start shopping around for new service

    @iiNet I shouldn't have had to top up. There was no explanation that there was an issue. I did not receive a text or an email that there was an issue. All I got was "Can't send text by iiNet. Error 28" iiNet support did not know what Error 28 was nor did Mobile support. Ref # 380798763

    @iiNet hey is there an issue in 2213 nothing on the network issue pages yet but we have a red light on the nbn router for optical.

    @iiNet hi. My internet is down in west Melbourne. It’s been glitching since the storms. When will it be fixed (not calling because your wait times are terrible and I am meant to be working from home)
