@iiNet @gethie85 Internet and mobile services remain 'unaffected' unless you are trying to access your email. Day 3 now and counting. No ETA from #iinet as to when service will be restored. Appalling! #iinetfail #iinetstilldown @acmadotgov

  • murphysinc Murphysinc (@murphysinc) reported

@iinet What is happening with your service? I haven't been able to access email or webmail since 24 December 2021. Your website says Fault/Minor 8 hours ago for Vic and Tas - I am in ACT and have the same fault. When will this be fixed?

  • veedub3057 Vaughan Bellamy-Williams (@veedub3057) reported

@ralphytown @iiNet @acmadotgov At least the Webmail login page comes up now, even if it refuses to actually log in. This might be the impetus to abandon my old iinet mailbox...

  • drjames2 Dan James (@drjames2) reported

@iiNet Not receiving most emails for best part of the day. Called support who got back to me nearly 3 hours later. Was then put in a que for email hosting support for 30 mins only for the call to then drop out.

  • jia_yeelee Jia-Yee Lee (@jia_yeelee) reported

@iiNet no email since Christmas day. What is status update to fix this?

  • uglyretard Joel josias (@uglyretard) reported

@iiNet My internet lost connection the same time your website went down (Christmas day). I have called multiple times requesting a call back but no one has ever called me back. When does the engineering team get back from break?

  • uramaaaaaaazing Janet Evans (@uramaaaaaaazing) reported

@iiNet @iinet can you please get in touch with your customers and let us know what's happening??? Sorry - this is terrible service. Some of your customers will soon be ex.

  • numloxx Carsten Bauer (@numloxx) reported

Is @iiNet going to compensate customers after a 24 hour email outage? The same thing happened in 2015 and 2018, why have they not taken steps in preventing this? IF they are telling customers the truth about what happened?

  • jesslawson85 Jessica Lawson (@jesslawson85) reported

@iiNet Will emails sent during the outage be received? I know I am missing plenty of my online purchase confirmations

  • Ocean4011 Helmut (@Ocean4011) reported

@t2d66 @iiNet Phishing attempt. If you inspect the link it is not an iiNet address. Message used bad expression “update your credit card” rather than “update your credit card details”. Also does not address you by your name. I have had 10’s of these
