@iiNet I was on a phone call with a tech support guy last night between 10 and 10:30pm. He organized for a technician to come to my house on Monday around 1pm. Just had a lady call me today then made an appointment on Thursday when it was organised for Monday last night

@iiNet are you guys aware of issues still affecting NT? You guys supposedly fixed the issue today and are reporting all clear on service status page but I'm still getting speeds of ~0.5mbps constantly.

@iiNet Also, you need a customer accessible method for viewing “infrastructure restoration” as your CSR told me this was not visible as an outage on support pages, but clearly it’s an outage from a customer perspective. I don’t care what your internal system says, my internet is out.
