@iinet email has been down from Christmas afternoon and they literally have there out of office on. no comms. no support. if you are going to be a service provider you need to be 24/7 every day of the year.

@iiNet @richardawa iiNet maybe you should put out a notice so users know it’s a spread issue and not having to hunt your replies for answers. I’m questioning keeping my service after price increases whilst reliability and customer service decreases.
