    @natasha_yann @NBN_Australia I commiserate. I haven’t had this same thing happen, but my nbn experience had my head about to explode. Eventually you’re likely to get redress via the ombudsman but that doesn’t help your pocket or mind right now. I hope @iiNet fix this promptly.

  • ltecarroll Lloyd (@ltecarroll) reported

    @jonburton89 @Aussie_BB @iiNet I think it was $79 for 6 months, $99 after that. 40 down, 20 up. #Toight

  • natasha_yann Natasha yann 🏜🚐 (@natasha_yann) reported

    @Chopsie_Murphy @NBN_Australia @iiNet It’s incredible that someone inside NBN has the ability to shut someone’s internet down without confirming whether it’s the right one. In this day and age of dual authentication NBN do nothing and then avoid scrutiny via inbuilt opaqueness. ZERO ISO9001 quality processes.

    Hi @iiNet any service outage FTTN WA 6230?

  • dragonbrother Brad (@dragonbrother) reported

    Well nbn seems to be down. Thanks @iiNet might as well go get lunch lol

  • captainflux Tunic (@captainflux) reported

    @iiNet Your guy left a message saying "it was online and now it is offline", which at least shows you understand the problem I guess. What he didn't say was, "NBN say it's miraculously fixed itself and they're not coming", which is what I'm now being told. Spoiler: it's not fixed.

  • lukeperry85 Luke (@lukeperry85) reported

    @iiNet I am having internet dropouts of 30 seconds or so at regular intervals. it is interrupting my gaming sessions. I am on the Ballarat high speed cable. are there known issues today?

  • captainflux Tunic (@captainflux) reported

    @iiNet The query was not about credit for downtime, it was about compensation for loss of income while I sat here like a ******** all morning, waiting for someone who was never coming.

  • LzqmOCE Lzqm (@LzqmOCE) reported

    . @iiNet your net ain’t working cuh? Tryna fix it for me or wha?

  • reject_cky Tristan (@reject_cky) reported

    @iiNet Could not be more disappointed with your service. Regularly cuts out or struggles to keep up with demand. And we're not streaming 4k videos or playing hi-def games online. We can't even stream a bloody episode of Bluey without it pausing to buffer. They're 7 mins long!!
