    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    I'm so over @iiNet and its unreliable @NBN_Australia FTTP. Even @NBN_Australia has no idea of their network status. Zero business support Business Account since 2006 when customer service was ahead of every other provider.

    @WealthxTracey Hey Tracey, like we mentioned in our other reply if your emails belong to an @iinet.net.au address then they won't be affected by the closure of the Hosted Exchange service.

    @iiNet Hi iinet, I haven’t had internet connection since 5 pm. I checked your network status page and only fault seems to be at O’Connor ACT but I am in Aranda. Could the problem be wider than one suburb. If yes is there an eta?

    @Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.
