    @iiNet Owing to the fact you have refused to address this issue by DM I now have to contact the authorities and my bank regarding you illegally retaining my information. After the large scale hacks of our data we take this very seriously in Australia and will prosecute you

    @iiNet Their compensation is 7 times what they charge but the damage caused was 2000 times more than what they charge …. They still win!

    @iiNet Hi Risa. The support person who helped me meet my appointment did just that. But why this sudden thing with no warning for international calls that I never had before? And how can one do overseas business keepking one eye on a pre-paid balance? #journalism #freelancelife
