@iiNet Except every single person who calls me is saying something different. Maybe have a senior person look at everything and get in touch about what the actual answer is? Instead of ruining my weekend with rude and condescending staff telling me I'm wrong?

Your daily reminder that @iiNet are an absolute joke of a company. Two days after my internet was down, one cancelled tech appointment without informing me, three calls to complain rerouted to their tech service, contacted their social media who tried to upsell me a more

@iiNet our home FTTC promising an average 40 meg down has done barely better than an average of 12 meg down since we got NBN 2.5 years ago. Yesterday morning @ 1.2 meg, I rang to complain. Tech got 52 meg down but by last night back to 1.2 meg. How do we fix it? Change provider?

@iiNet Thanks for not providing any internet for 5+ months, but double dipping on both the nbn broadband (not yet connected) and the mobile wireless broadband (never worked) to the tune of $375. Maybe sort out your story internally before calling me and telling me they can't help?

@iiNet Oop. You guys just charged me for the service I cancelled so now I'm $300 out on a service that has never operated since January this year. Maybe jump on that issue first. My praise is for Fatima only. Not iiNet. Get it together.

@iiNet Yeah no worries they told me they’ll call me back sometime in the next 24 hours, which can be loosely translated to @iinet won’t reconnect my internet until mid next week because 24 hours takes us into Friday and it’s an issue that takes at least two days to rectify

Currently on the phone with @iiNet who have disconnected my service for the third time in a year even though they told the ombudsman they had fixed the problem and it wouldn’t happen again

Fatima from @iiNet customer service team is out here single handedly saving their reputation in my eyes. She deserves all the good in the world.

@swordsnarrative @iiNet Upload speeds are so hit and miss too, I have 100/40 and it works out to anywhere between 20-35mbit. ISP says it's NBN's problem and NBN says there's nothing wrong

@iiNet Can you please get someone from Australia to call me, not the Philippines. I don't understand a word they say and the call quality is terrible and keeps dropping out and if I don't answer their call they close the ticket.
