That she should get her supervisor which she didn't... so then I advised her if she cannot respect my wish and the law that she should terminate the phone call and seek further training from her supervisor. What an absolute **** show @iiNet is.

@iiNet Godot. The only thing we dont have to wait for is the automatic billing for the service we dont recieve. Genuis business mode. Guessing this will be placed on the pile of complaints you recieve – hope you have a ladder.” Sorry, but of a long one that.

@iiNet I see that you claim you No 1 for customer service. Hard to believe given my experience. I’ve been misled, lied to wasted days waiting for appoints that no ones turned up to. You can only contact offshore call centres who have no idea how to handle things.

@acmadotgov are there any scammers impersonating @iiNet out there? If so can I get their details please. I suspect their customer service would be much better.

@iiNet That's not been my experience by any stretch, as you can probably see from my earlier tweets. Although I'm not surprised thaf anyone of any seniority, or even anyone in country, is willing to pick up the phone and talk to a customer. Mind you, you have my money so why would you?
