@n3w4v3 @iiNet Lol... I just turned my modem off at wall, unplugged and re plugged and I'm finally connected. Give it a go, you never know.

  • n3w4v3 Virgil (@n3w4v3) reported

@mariasofi @iiNet Alas not working for me still.

  • belindasmilne Belindasmilne (@belindasmilne) reported

@iiNet @geoffrey_payne Put him back on his original plan. You don’t get to just change people’s plans for a more expensive one, without their informed consent. “We would have sent you an email (so it’s all your own fault)” isn’t consent! Fix it! I would have reported you to the ACCC

  • mariasofi 💧Maria Sofi (@mariasofi) reported

@n3w4v3 @iiNet Was yours an activation of service issue? (Ie activation of SIM for the service?)

  • JordanCohenjc J.C ⁶𓅓 (@JordanCohenjc) reported

@iiNet you keep saying to DM you and then you don’t respond. You are as bad as your call centre service who hangs up on their customers

  • geoffrey_payne Geoff Payne (@geoffrey_payne) reported

.@iiNet .....anyone notice Iinet are charging extra for their average service now, I just found out, not from Iinet but by reading my Bank Statement @geoffrey_payne

  • gdp_70 Grant (@gdp_70) reported

Hey @iiNet - got an ATO spam email this morning and ALL 800+ people it was sent to have @iinet email addresses?? Security issue on your end??

  • geoffrey_payne Geoff Payne (@geoffrey_payne) reported

@belindasmilne @iiNet it's only just gone up, only found out by bank statement (online) and went into Iinet Toolbox, multiple links of course, have to re-login for each one with multi factor identification

  • geoffrey_payne Geoff Payne (@geoffrey_payne) reported

just had a look at my bank account, noticed my direct debit for @iiNet has increased by $5, gee, they did not even bother to notify me & when I go into Iinet Toolbox, every time I click on each Tab, they ask me to login again, shifty Iinet, making life hard for an Age Pensioner

  • amp1874 Peter Vamplew (@amp1874) reported

15 days, 10 phone conversations with @iiNet, 1 cancelled NBN appointment, several texts and phone calls with the NBN installer, multiple emails to my builder, 2 calls to the NBN, and an online chat to @NBN_Australia. Still no closer to a resolution. :-(
