@iiNet Still no response from any managers above case managers nobody can fix a problem with over quota computer says no operation it’s all very disappointing & after 30 years as a customer it leaves you feeling very bitter, problems since they were taken over & appoints new directors

@iiNet its too hot for your ******* service to not work, so just put the effort in alright? stop supplying routers made in bangledash that cant handle more than 10kbps of traffic, and stop using DSL, actually put the effrort in to install REAL ethernet so that consumers can upgrade

@iiNet Thanks but case managers have been assigned about 4 times already and the attitude beyond that is they really don’t give a shite as we don’t get any further return calls it’s all just lip service … you have no intention of resolving the issues

@iiNet what's happening with 5G connection? Had an outage on Sat, came back on but since then Fetchbox keeps saying streaming problem. Some things on wifi works but some don't? Called support 4 times! Neighbour with iinet 5G has the same problem!

@iiNet since I cant get anyone on the phone or to answer my emails, let's try here. I sent an email about an ongoing unresolved issue. It's been a week without any clear communication or solution. Can I please get something from anyone! My email reference number is 378440766
