@iiNet what the hell? You disconnect my internet after I fixed up my billing details with your last week? What the hell? And I can't speak to you on the phone because it's a Sunday afternoon. That's pretty damn low for a customer of over 20 years.

  • Murdr__ ᴍᴜʀᴅʀ (@Murdr__) reported

    FIX MY ******* INTERNET @iiNet

  • jemabouttown jemabouttown (@jemabouttown) reported

@iiNet another day that I wake to no internet! After having an outage from last Saturday-Wednesday with limited communication (and only when I personally followed it up) I wake again to no internet. What is going on @iiNet planned maintenance on 11/3 but nothing for the 12/3

  • WhyItself AJ 💧🏳️‍🌈 (@WhyItself) reported

@DocB__ @iiNet I always demand they write notes and that they read them to me before I hang up, many staff don't write notes I used to run call centres, I know how lazy some staff are

  • Fogazi Fogazi (@Fogazi) reported

@iiNet @nagorzoth Same goes for me. Since the 'fix' it has actually gotten much worse. Almost unusable.

  • rl_keith Robert Keith (@rl_keith) reported

@DocB__ @iiNet And you never believe results from the provider's test site. Try a server in Dublin instead.

  • tuo2 Jordan Wightman (@tuo2) reported

@NBN_Australia @iiNet any update on outage in Randwick NSW? Both of your support pages are indicating no outage, but I’m still disconnected.

  • Fogazi Fogazi (@Fogazi) reported

@iiNet No it's fine, I see that the outage has been re-opened. BTW maybe tell your customer support reps to hang up the phone when they are leaving a message rather than leaving a 3 minute message slagging the customer...

  • tuo2 Jordan Wightman (@tuo2) reported

@iiNet Also, you need a customer accessible method for viewing “infrastructure restoration” as your CSR told me this was not visible as an outage on support pages, but clearly it’s an outage from a customer perspective. I don’t care what your internal system says, my internet is out.

@DocB__ @iiNet Can you get a refund, as they have failed to provide a service they offered, and then find a better provider?
