@iiNet All blue lights on the NBN NCD. When the service has disconnected, the LAN LED on the NCD remains lighted constantly instead of flickering with data traffic (as you'd expect). I no longer have a connection history page in iiNet toolbox as I did with ADSL. Hard to tell how often..

@iiNet Faulty NBN service blows up every time there's a thunderstorm & the fragile equipment is MY problem? If every other piece of electronics in my house failed with every thunderstorm, that would be reasonable. It's not reasonable.

@iiNet you have a few buggered servers or something with traffic leaving the country they are so incredibly slow that I have to use a VPN to avoid them please look into this

@iiNet Thunderstorm went through at 935AM, no NBN service since then. Have tried everything I know how to try to get the FTTC NCD to talk to the network, no go.

@iiNet you still have my money! I don’t want a credit I want the money back that you said you wouldn’t take for a service that you can’t provide and I haven’t had for over a month! worst customer service I have EVER encountered ! I want my money back

@iiNet Seems to be a bit better now…117mbps down, 31mbps up. Guessing you’re cutting over to the new service already. Will monitor and let you know if things don’t improve.

@iiNet You're right, it is a consequential loss- to a disabled pensioner. $50 is more than a week's grocery spend for me. Every time the NBN box dies, that's $25 out of my pocket. Suggest you run this up to customer relations, or I will.
