@iiNet Well apparently due to the change to Vodafone services are seen as prepared & bill is issued & due the same date..... funny how my service has always been prepaid but yet bills were always issued in advance & paid before the next cycle started.

Customer service @iiNet up to its usual low standard. Pd invoice on CCard so they send separate invoice for .72c as CC fee after invoice paid. Why are they only corporate not calculating invoice at payment. Will they charge a fee again for CC payment of the SEVENTY TWO CENTS?

I had one once. Didnt like it.

Great. @iiNet VDSL is now reduced to the 'when it rains it doesnt work' state. Im pretty sure Lesley who called me absolutely lied about the network being upgraded too. I see no evidence of that. Welcome to @TPG_Telecom Garbage.

@iiNet I understand that, but have been told by your colleagues on numerous different phone calls that it shouldn't take almost a month to receive an appointment, you would think once someone has highlighted an issue at least 4 times in a week efforts would be made to resolve it
