@iiNet Have sent several emails to your support desk. No response. Also contacted NBN. They were quick to pass the buck to you FYI.

  • michaelhutton Michael Hutton (@michaelhutton) reported

@stkitching @iiNet Having the same issue in Annandale. Haven't had internet all day @iiNet

  • Mvfcarsenal Carlo Guevarra (@Mvfcarsenal) reported

@iiNet why is my speed on ur own router so slow. I'm paying for ultrafast but getting 27 Mbps per second and getting buffered .

  • shouldandmust mick (@shouldandmust) reported

It’s 11:30 on a Friday so I feel like it’s safe to assume @iiNet and @NBN_Australia won’t be reconnecting my service until after the weekend. I live in a regional area with unreliable 4G service and rely on the internet connection for everything. What am I supposed to do?

  • jagungal1 Cormac Farrell (@jagungal1) reported

Hot tip if you are in Canberra and @iiNet offer their wireless NBN service - run! Pretty dreadful service, cannot stream TV and be on the computer at the same time. No response to emails, and their customer service line has a one hour wait 🤬

  • miriamcosic Miriam Cosic (@miriamcosic) reported

@iiNet But I need it now! It fixed itself y’day tho it was shockingly slow. But honestly this happens so often! And I’m a journalist, so when I lose it I’m usually in the middle of something on deadline. As I am now.

  • shouldandmust mick (@shouldandmust) reported

@NBN_Australia my internet has been disconnected twice because someone has tried to connect a new service at my address. @iiNet are placing the blame solely on @NBN_Australia but there’s no way for me to resolve this issue directly with NBN.

  • shouldandmust mick (@shouldandmust) reported

@iiNet Cool thanks 1-2 more days with no internet for an issue that could have been rectified 2 days ago even though I’ve spoken to @iinet customer service every single day and they assured me every day it was being investigated and escalated

  • shouldandmust mick (@shouldandmust) reported

So according to @NBN_Australia and @iiNet the only solution is to wait until the next time they disconnect my service, pay to have it reconnected, and then go without internet for a week until it’s finally reconnected

  • shouldandmust mick (@shouldandmust) reported

@iiNet have totally disconnected my service with no warning and are blaming the NBN even though when it happened in may 2021 they assured me it wouldn’t happen again
