    Nothing but problems with @iiNet and no help. How am I mean to work from home with no internet? VoIP phone hasn’t worked in over a month. Just awful experience after being a loyal customer for a decade.

    @iiNet best way to describe the internet rn is extremely choppy, looked around and seems like other ppl have this problem as well...

    In the last week or so I found out that in February @iinet had selected me to bump our plan to a Superfast (200Mbs+) at the same rate as our current plan… Unfortunately the email to tell me never arrived… only the one to tell me it would soon end. #hooked #thatshowtheygetya
