@iiNet Sorry but “improve overall performance“ is BS. Storage has never been cheaper or easier to obtain. How about a notice I went over in the first place. Or how about giving 3/2/1 months notice of enforcing to give us time to sort things out. This isn’t good service!!

Daily update on @iiNet decision to charge me a $100 fee for apparently breaking a contract by moving house to a building where they are unable to provide a connection. I have been a customer for nearly 18 years. Still no common sense lens applied to this disgraceful act.

Another great day as a customer of @iiNet Still waiting for a substantive and sensible response ... but what do I get? Three requests to provide feedback on their performance. Surely they can do better than this - especially for a customer of nearly 18 years?

This is going well. I've been an @iiNet customer for nearly 18 years. Moving house but @iinet doesn't provide a service to the new location so intend charging a break in contract fee of $100. I tried for over a fortnight to move service with me but iiNet doesn't serve new house.

Thanks @iinet for the Christmas present of saying my mailbox is full and I have to reduce it from 4gb to 1gb with no warning. Spoke to support and they said the directive came from mgmt. no callback as requested. Gmail and Hotmail give 15gb for free. Just lost a 20+ yr customer

@iiNet I think there's some outage somewhere. I've tried all the things and in the past I've been too hasty and I received an outage text later that day
