@iiNet so the status light on the Wi-Fi box goes red every couple of hours after resting it. The bill was paid a couple days ago. Do you know what the problem is? It's fine for a few hours then goes red for some reason

Credit where due - just received excellent service from @iiNet, who upgraded my speed to 100 Mbps while I download a huge amount of backed-up files to my new laptop. and the tech person was in South Africa, so we had a nice chat about Cape Town. :)

Hi @iiNet, my Westnet email account is not working. I have tried to log in but it says incorrect details and I'm not prepared to put my credit card or bank details into your website so I can receive an email with this info. Please advise what I can do.

@NBN_Australia @iiNet surely you realise why people get frustrated by all this handballing back & forth... ISP network status page sends us to NBN network status page, then NBN sends us back to ISP, who say they require our account details before they can give us any info on a known NBN outage

@iiNet No surprise here. @iinet will still not permit me to make a complaint and they stilldo not know what the problem is... but they did ask me to send personally identifying information over twitter 😳😳

Switched from @exetel to @iiNet for my @nbn and I have to say, iiNet service is absolutely spectacular. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They had me hooked up in minutes. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for Exetel to get back to me on the service disruption Saturday.

@iiNet Rather than a generic scripted reply could someone possibly address the general issue? nbn network status clearly says there is an outage, iinet network status says there isn't. This shouldn't require account info.
