    Ok @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will call me. This has been going on for months.

    @Anth_Bo @iiNet Same here...1h11m at this stage and no indication of progressing through the queue. Online chat was unhelpful. Same issue as @Anth_Bo
