    @iiNet just been hung up a manager. Been chasing a resolution to no internet on a new provision account. Very poor disappoint customer service. Had four calls with your company over two days and no one can help me.

    @iiNet @DSgalippa Fing has it right cause I’ve been down for an hour, the iinet status page says everything is sweet - my modem says internet and voip both down (VDSL is up).

    @JulianBurnside What's Telstra? Just kidding. @iiNet for me, after their horribly frustrating customer service slump after being gobbled up by TPG, they've come good again. The tightwads at TPG realised their penny pinching ways were damaging the brand perhaps?
