  • JackyOnYoutube VRJacky (@JackyOnYoutube) reported

@iiNet its too hot for your ******* service to not work, so just put the effort in alright? stop supplying routers made in bangledash that cant handle more than 10kbps of traffic, and stop using DSL, actually put the effrort in to install REAL ethernet so that consumers can upgrade

@janeaubrey @iiNet As a general principle these types of company’s are not geared towards customer service. Customer service is a dying concept. Solutions by algorithm first, ppl a distant last. The CS functions are generally understaffed and poorly equipped to help. Good luck!

@iiNet Too late. 3 ppl could do NIL. I uttered the magic word (disconnect) & was whisked thru to #customer retention or loyalty (I doubt you call it THAT), THEN the offer! $80... AFTER connection🙄 @iiNet catch-22): I'd still have to pay $80 b4 SITE CHECK @Telstra's #CustomerSERVICE won

@iiNet Hi, I had an outage a couple weeks ago and the same issue is back. I don’t have all 4 lights on my NBN box. But turning it off and on doesn’t resolve it. There are no reported outages in my area. Thanks
