@iiNet we have been left without a land-line for a couple months and after the 10 years we've been with you guys our internet has been terrible and none of the countless times and hours that we've called you, have any of your "specialists" been able to help us.

@swearyanthony @GrogsGamut @iiNet I second (third?) this recommendation. I dumped iiNet when they repeatedly wouldn't get my overcharged bill fixed, and have never looked back.

@DanielOCnr @GrogsGamut @iiNet Yeah their customer service has been brilliant the handful of times I've contacted them - once was to get whitelisted off of CG-NAT for Nintendo switch - it was like 10mins via online chat and done.

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Similar issue when we upgraded our fibre from 100mbit to 1gbit. Not helped by a deficient NBN backbone structure

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Can confirm similar problem in transferring my NBN service within same apartment complex. Had to create a new service and pay in advance. Absolutely poor customer service at @iiNet !

James Henstridge (@JamesHenstridge) reported
@GrogsGamut @iiNet I'm still with iiNet because they have the cheapest plan for my building (a non-NBN FTTB one). But their service is nowhere near what it was prior to the TPG merger.

@iiNet Sooo, we recently signed up to your cable plan and are having issues with drop outs on the router as it loses connection or the wifi just disappears and even the wired connection dies. So any idea what's up with that?

@iiNet your customer service is appalling. How can you be getting worse? You’re basically Telstra

@iiNet Been recommending you for years based on good customer service. What happened, an old customer forgot his email password. Tuesday support called back after 6 hours new password failed. Yesterday no return call all day. #iinetfail
