@OrangeFizzer @iiNet Yup and you get the same call centre service experience. They don't care how long you have been with them anymore, after 11 years they didn't care I said I was moving, no retention spiel, nada.

@iiNet does iiNet no longer do support tickets, or is it just phone support now? I'm happy to do support via a written ticket as it's a little easier to manage time.

@iiNet if you fail me again today publicly that’s it! The constant dropouts that are never fixed during crucial zoom meetings are intolerable. I’ve lost so much time on the phone with you. If it doesn’t work today I’m over you.

I have just spent the last 2 hours dealing with @iiNet this has to be one of the worst customer service experiences that I have had to go through ever, bounced from dept to dept for a simple request, I guess it justifies leaving their service. #poorservice #rippingofpensioners
