@iiNet why is my telecommunications company not able to communicate with me? Please help me to update my account. I repeat, I can’t access the toolbox but can communicate via sms or email. The reason your calls haven’t got through is that you suspended my phone service.

@iiNet can you advise if the NBN/internet is down in the Northcote, VIC area? Just trying to figure out why my internet isn’t working & wonder if it’s related to the recent storm.

@iiNet I've had a broken internet for 2 weeks. I've spent 4 hours on the phone over that last 9 or 10 days, basically doing iinet's job, coordinating this job because of poor documentation, poor communication and people not following through on plans.

@TheFoxeh @iiNet I am sorry to hear this, I'm kinda surprised I never received an e-mail from them about this. But my PC is slowly dying on me, I can't stream, plus I'm not interesting enough. Hope you and your Dragon boo are doing well.

@iiNet when you offer to investigate issues via Twitter, how is this different to your support via phone?

@RJMajik @iiNet ****. That's the usual. Have you got a surge protector on it? May not make any diff, these NCDs are apparently made of glass. Sometimes unplugging mains & cable to router then powering back up with nothing connected gets it to re-establish the link. #sigh

@Adelaidetechguy @iiNet I hope they go down to the shop (are these the people on Grenfell street near the bus stop? I might be mixing them up!) and give them 5c!!! Bananas way to run a business. My local bakery just gave me a 10c loan (said I could bring it in next time!).
