@iiNet @sbphoto The outage has been 8 hours, and the most recent update was 4 hours ago. Even then, the previous update was just to change the severity. Can we please get some info on what actually is wrong? And perhaps an update in the ticket that everyone is being referred to.

@iiNet Pathetic, awful service. 3 days now without internet with a weekend to come and all your tech support agents have given me is falsehoods and zero professionalism. Processes are archaic and hopeless. If this is how you treat your customers of 20 yrs, God help the new ones
