@iiNet Got this ???? Hi Michael, did you want your assigned case manager to get in touch today? Why would they even ask that it’s been over 22 weeks and no one has bothered to resolve my issue …. Seriously I cannot recommend IiNet at all !!!

Ahh, the pains of having international meetings but the internet doesn't want to be stable and the new router provided by the ISP also doesn't work since it's not set up on @iiNet s side and I've already spent an hour+ on the phone today trying to fix this.

@saintmichaelq17 @iiNet The TPG/iiNet CEO basically said if people want good speed and support (read: what they're paying for) they can "f*** off somewhere else"

So not sure why @iiNet wasn't able to fix my issue yesterday but took a single call today to fix my internet woes, but hey, it works now at least. Took way too long to get it working but at least it works now.

@iiNet When trying to resolve an issue, having people who answer the phone but have no power is pointless. Promise the world and assure will be sorted but it is never sorted. Lengthy hold times while they consult supervisor not able to speak to supervisor directly.

@iiNet I’ve done so and you’re not replying to that so thanks for the generic reply but it doesn’t help at all.
