    @iiNet meanwhile, you're billing me for a service that isn't provided.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

    @iiNet You've been saying the same thing for 4 days straight. Plels don't expect me to have any confidence in your ability to resolve issues. Meanwhile I'm paying for internet I can't use and still for the service at my previous address which you failed to disconnect.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

    @HudgellSuzanne @iiNet No I'm now looking to cancel and move to another provider.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

    @lulu_number1 @iiNet They can't help me.

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

    @justgetnbye @jagungal1 @iiNet Aussie Broadband & iiNet use the same network facilities, usually services supplied by Telstra. The customer service personnel and actions are bound to be different, naturally. No excuse for iiNet sending out non-refurbed modems. That's just slack.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

    Finally pull the modem out of the box to connect to @iiNet wireless and do you think it works? Of course not because they didn't activate it as they were supposed to. Going straight to @Telstra if it's not working by the morning, despite the lack of Irish accent.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

    @iiNet You don't need me to DM you yet again. Go through the notes on my account and fix the problem. It seems all you want to do is talk about it.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

    It's 9:30 Brisbane time which means that @iiNet's deadline is up. It also means I have to spend valuable time I really don't have submitting a complaint to the ombudsman and finding a new provider.

    Hey @iiNet - has something changed in the Burleigh Heads (4220) area? My Mum usually has good mobile service, but the last couple of days the connection at her house is horrible, and has trouble finding more than 3G in other places, too. Can you check it for her?

  • mariasofi 💧Maria Sofi (@mariasofi) reported

    @DocB__ @iiNet Sorry you're trying to get it sorted, I found my issues took a good few days to sort out, but I averaged those 5 days over 25 years, so I stayed.
