    @iiNet shocking internet service over the past few days constantly dropping out #woollahra #2025

    @iiNet Yes please. It is a rather technical question, your support agent was unable to answer, hence why I tweeted you.

    @iiNet still getting disconnections. 13 Jan 0536/0540 14 Jan 0904 15 Jan 0358/0420/0520/0617/0741/0805/0838/0902/0923/0945. Please fix this as it's starting to piss me off when I'm trying to work.

    @iiNet Ok you can follow up on the following: 1. Will it take the whole 3 days for my modem to be delivered? 2. Am I going to receive a credit on my bill for time lost on my service?

    @iiNet ADSL internet down since yesterday morning. Now told it’s due to a @Telstra outage in the area. Expected date of reconnection 22/1. Over a week to fix a fault! And you thought 2020 got off to a bad start #WorkFromHome Not.

  • k_mckenzie5 Kristen McKenzie (@k_mckenzie5) reported

    @iiNet I’ve messaged, I’ve called.... All iiNet does is pretty much tell me it’s the NBN’s fault. I’ve paid over $400 in upfront fees for a service that I have no idea when I’ll get to access. So in the interim, what will iinet due to ensure I have internet?

    @mwheatland @iiNet Well, I get up to 7 Mbps sometimes - whoopee! - but it goes up and down. I had five days a few weeks ago where I had no internet at all - and I need it for work. I'm 1.5 k from Sydney's CBD. Good luck!

    @rogery @iiNet @Telstra You poor man!

  • kicks1776 Skizzick (@kicks1776) reported

    @iiNet you scammed us into upgrading to a business account and then turned off our service. We have been lied to every step of the way. Turn our service back on or refund us immediately and stop perpetuating this fraud!

  • written_poorly Poorly Written (@written_poorly) reported

    @iiNet @SixersBBL You don't have a god damn thing. Your customer service is pathetic as is the quality of your service. Your claim to be number 1 in customer service is a blatant lie.
