@DanielOCnr @GrogsGamut @iiNet Yeah their customer service has been brilliant the handful of times I've contacted them - once was to get whitelisted off of CG-NAT for Nintendo switch - it was like 10mins via online chat and done.

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Can confirm similar problem in transferring my NBN service within same apartment complex. Had to create a new service and pay in advance. Absolutely poor customer service at @iiNet !

@iiNet we have been left without a land-line for a couple months and after the 10 years we've been with you guys our internet has been terrible and none of the countless times and hours that we've called you, have any of your "specialists" been able to help us.
