@iiNet submitted a formal complaint 1 January 2022. Had no reply despite chasing it up. Ombudsman is my only option now. Disgusting customer experience

@iiNet Yes I’ve done that. But I think it’s important that anyone looking for an ISP is aware of the frailties in your customer and technical service model. You realise that calling you is over a 1 hour wait, the onus should be on you. Not me
