Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet We're not using mobile data. We're using fixed Fon wifi on one of our neighbours' Telstra services to replace the lost fixed NBN service

  • cagillett Christian Gillett (@cagillett) reported

@klal213 @mountaintrekie @iiNet Definitely something going on. Internet was working and now suddenly has crept down to extremely slow speeds. This is a widespread issue.

  • Cipher_Menial Country Minusory (@Cipher_Menial) reported

@iiNet Hi, your spam filtering is not correctly obeyin SPF checks. We had an issue with a 3rd party we had in our SPF record and emails to iiNet addresses were being blocked. Our SPF record is marked with soft fail and your servers are hard failing it.

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet Faulty NBN service blows up every time there's a thunderstorm & the fragile equipment is MY problem? If every other piece of electronics in my house failed with every thunderstorm, that would be reasonable. It's not reasonable.

  • pzeegers PeteZ (@pzeegers) reported

@iiNet Is there an outage in my area? 45 Mortimer St Bentleigh 3204? I'm on nbn hfc. I've tried resetting all the network boxes.

  • maystation4 Steve May (@maystation4) reported

@iiNet Just off the phone. I now have to wait for technicians to call. Hopefully next week to have someone help. This is disgraceful. I have been nothing but the most accommodating customer and now I’m being treated like rubbish. Thanks for ruining my Friday night and weekend.

@iiNet Yep it was/is on.. the flood seems to have died down again anyway, was just wondering whether it was a known issue. Cheers!

  • TheKelBurch 𝙺𝚎𝚕 𝙱𝚞𝚛𝚌𝚑 (@TheKelBurch) reported

Hi @iiNet please fix my nbn, we want to play Fortnite, we about to get down (get down)

  • MeganMinelli Megan Minelli (@MeganMinelli) reported

@iiNet for god's sake stop emailing me and texting me saying my NBN service is awaiting activation. I'm now reporting this as spam. Given you couldn't connect me at my new address (after 20 days) I cancelled my account 3 days ago - yet you can't even process a cancellation!

@iinet. First of all these employee evaluations masked as "feedback" surveys adopted by your company are unethical and immorral and are based on bad science which will only output unreliable data because most customers are complete *** holes...
