@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau Small businesses AVOID #iiNet. Yet another disastrous tinpot organisation masquerading as a modern telco, even when it invites you to message it directly, it shows no inclination to fix its DISHONEST double-dipping on my credit card.

  • nevertoocurious Signe Dean (@nevertoocurious) reported

@iiNet It's nice to be notified of a planned NBN outage, but you gotta communicate more precisely. We were told 8am to 5pm Wed-Fri this week, and that it *may* affect our service. There hasn't been a whisper of internet here since 6pm on Tuesday. Could have warned us!

  • Bet_siqueira Bebete (@Bet_siqueira) reported

@iiNet is the worse. It’s been 2 months my Internet is so bad that I can barely load a website page and all they say is there’s an outage close to my house. Seriously? For 2 months? Absolutely joke.

@MurrayDG @iiNet iiNet is the best there is. I’ve tried them all. I think you’ve just had some bad luck in that specific situation - @kaostoclarity has a contact there

  • MurrayDG Murray Galbraith (@MurrayDG) reported

@ben_colo @iiNet Aw dude, I was so keen to make this happen but the reviews made me think QLD weather would shut it down pretty often. Are you running one up there?

  • TubbsJTattsyrup Tubbs Tattsyrup (@TubbsJTattsyrup) reported

@iiNet So guess who’s getting a complaint sent to the ACCC about them? Also, since our contract doesn’t get start until you activate the damn SIM cards & your customer service is so ****, I’m thinking we might take our money to a more reliable provider.

  • TubbsJTattsyrup Tubbs Tattsyrup (@TubbsJTattsyrup) reported

@iiNet We switched to you from Yomojo on 2nd Apr and you haven’t activated our sim cards. You’ve been giving us the same excuse every single day saying it’s “in progress”. I love that you took our money, provided no service & have just left us orphaned with ZERO help.

  • libravaga Katrina (@libravaga) reported

@TheRiffJet @iiNet iiNet sound like a pain in the arse. I hope they gave you a month without charge for your trouble. If not, try Aussie Broadband. If I have to call more than once over a problem, the company has to remunerate me for loss. My time is valuable and just saying so is never enough.

  • ChefPovlsen Lasse Povlsen (@ChefPovlsen) reported

@iiNet hi there, you made an assurance that our internet would be up and running as of midday today, it’s been very bad for a couple of weeks now and we have spent way more time than what we would have liked chatting to your staff. Why do I find myself reaching out now?

  • flashpixx8 Gordon Haywood (@flashpixx8) reported

@iiNet Why are you transferring your mobile service to Vodaphone? backwards step!
