@jezheywood @iiNet Right, so @iinet's systems and their culture have been putrid for years, but it's making to much money. They're not only not changing, they're training people to waste customer's money, time and good health. Scum. Dogs. And yes, rats.

  • SamGriLaLaLa SamAntix (@SamGriLaLaLa) reported

@TheyreGunnaPod @iiNet But how many times can you INSIST on speaking with a manager, or someone higher up the chain, before your head explodes? C'mon @iiNet get your **** together and do YOUR JOB!

  • TheyreGunnaPod They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported

@HairCommand @iiNet If there is the slightest issue with @iiNet they are roughly a thousand times worse than Apple. Their whole system is designed to wear down customers who need help and make them go away.

  • _AmyGray_ Amy Gray (@_AmyGray_) reported

@iiNet Is internet down? Rebooted modem twice to no avail (3058).

  • Streetyy_ Tom Street (@Streetyy_) reported

@Spawnlol @iiNet UPDATE: After waiting 2 WEEKS for a reply after our remediation date (27/11/2020). I'm now told that our new "remediation date" is 29/01/2020; basically 2 months from today. I placed the order on 20/10/2020, in what universe is this acceptable service @iiNet .

  • TheyreGunnaPod They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported

@iiNet You have been told about my partner's health issues and have not addressed it once and now you are talking about abusive remarks? In tweets where I make it clear we are being abused. Ten points for sociopathy.

  • BonniceKynan Kynan Bonnice (@BonniceKynan) reported

Just realised how bad @vodafone is in Tasmania @iiNet changed provider from @Optus to Vodafone The connection went from great to like now it took me 15min to load up twitter and I am in a suburb 30min out of the CBD!!! So Dont change ur sim card even if iinet calls you up!!! 😤

  • klarinetteheini Moritz Willers (@klarinetteheini) reported

@iiNet Not helping. I have the case number from your client in the previous tweet. Please take a look. I am not your customer. I just seem to care more about your customer than you do.

  • TheyreGunnaPod They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported

@jezheywood @iiNet It's good that every privatised utility, every telco, tech company and social media enterprise is run by sociopaths who feed off customer suffering. Because we get to have a bloody revolution after all. Cannot. Wait.

  • TheyreGunnaPod They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported

@iiNet Nothing to say about what you, personally, while doing your job, are doing to my partner's health? I mean, it's not just you, it's everyone. You have let yourself be trained to abuse customers who are trapped in your soul sucking processes. Feel bad. We do.
