Julian Schellenberg (@Schellmeister) reported@iiNet Any chance of an explanation as late in the afternoon there's still nothing doing with e-mail ? - you ignored my DM a few days ago as well. Great service, not really. If you can't solve your problems just own it.
-
Phil (@officialphilk) reported@Tombarina @iiNet It already is one I can only assume that they're having some sort of issue accessing the credentials for their socials. There's no way any company could be this freaking useless. Either that or their lawyers have told them to shut up for now.
-
😷 (@jrgibson1) reported@iiNet no longer has Australian call centres. @iiNet doesn’t have a retention team …doesn’t provide ETA for faults …isn’t actually caring about issues.
-
😷 (@jrgibson1) reported@estjune83 @iiNet Well damn. I’ve been with them for over 15 years, maybe it’s time to move providers.
