    @Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet That is pretty poor Peter, they should have closed the lines and taken the calls in queue, or dumped them but not left them on hold. They have fairly robust technology so would be fully aware of how many are waiting

    @iiNet what’s the go with the internet outage in Melbourne’s inner north? Is there an ETA for it to be back up and running? Outages seem to becoming frustratingly regular 🙄
