Riley (@fluffylynx) reportedIts bad enough that @iiNet's new mobile plans require individual accounts each with their own unique login name and invoice (on top of an entirely seperate NBN account)... Now they seem to have charged me twice for one of them.

L Gervasoni (@Gervo1865) reported@iiNet Back on now but this is more than troubleshooting. I'd say wet spring in bad telstra pits and overly split copper. Up to 5 times a day drops out for 15 to 30 mins at a time and o switch to phone for work. No sign of getting better ... @NBN_Australia

Moving house but @iinet doesn't provide a service to the new location so intend charging a break in contract fee of $100. I tried for over a fortnight to move service with me but iiNet doesn't serve new house.

I had to go away for a month leaving my husband, who has serious health issues alone. I decided to contact ombudsman & mentioned this during my final attempt to get connected. All connections done within a week.

👣 🌏 💫 Wiimpitja 🌳 🦅 🐾 (@pauldutton1968) reported@belindasmilne @iiNet I’ve had it. I need internet access for work and I’ve used my own money for mobile data to make sure I could stay connected. Today’s no help run around was the last. I’ll be contacting Communications Ombudsman about this.
