If you have a small business internet with static ip plan with any other Australian service provider other than @iinet or their associated companies then we would welcome your recommendations - of course they must be capable of responding to support requests in a timely manner.

@iiNet Fix the darn internet dropping in and out in Jimboomba, and no 2 different technicians have all ready visited the premises this is on you and not my end. We pay for a service that you are failing to supply.

@NBN_Australia Bonnet Bay has been having major internet issues for all of Aug. @iiNet keep blaming NBN but at the same time can’t / won’t tell us what the issue is and when it will be fixed. Is NBN actually trying to fix it? What is wrong in the first place?

Today we have cancelled our @iiNet #VOIP service after many years due to the fact that over 1 week iiNet Biz Support has ignored our support tickets. We are now looking for alternatives.

@yeppoon @iiNet @Telstra 2 minutes later, "maria" answered the phone and was able to inform me that the department i need to fix the issue, closed an hour ago... 1 hour after they put me on hold(been waiting 2+)... she was very helpful, giving me a direct number to ring in the morning, when they open.
