@iiNet I keep having random outages, multiple times every hour it just stops working, comes back on after about 10 minutes and then goes off again about 10 minutes later and so on. Any reason why or how to fix it?

  • MikeCullen73 M.R. Cullen (@MikeCullen73) reported

Hey @iiNet @NBN_Australia how much longer is the outage impacting areas of the Central Coast going to continue. There’s been non internet for over 16 hours.

  • DrTheaVanags Dr Thea Vanags (Dr T) (@DrTheaVanags) reported

@iiNet No surprise here. @iinet will still not permit me to make a complaint and they stilldo not know what the problem is... but they did ask me to send personally identifying information over twitter 😳😳

@hedgeddown @slpng_giants_oz @iiNet I wasn’t even asked why i wanted to cancel lol It’s like they couldn’t be bothered anymore. Been pretty happy with new provider for a month now!!!

  • raoulendres raoul (@raoulendres) reported

@iiNet recommends "You should aim to use 2FA wherever it is available" but doesn't seem to support 2FA on their webmail?! (obligatory @troyhunt)

  • Katie0o0o0 katie duggan (@Katie0o0o0) reported

@iiNet I understand that, but have been told by your colleagues on numerous different phone calls that it shouldn't take almost a month to receive an appointment, you would think once someone has highlighted an issue at least 4 times in a week efforts would be made to resolve it

@iiNet wondering why my nbn is running as slow as a lame dog?

  • TheyreGunnaPod They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported

@Telstra , @iiNet and @NBN_Australia can't seem to sort our internet. They're aware we also have almost no phone signal but apparently that creates no sense of urgency. 3 weeks from now, they reckon, which will be 6 weeks of bullshit all up. That's if it happens, which I doubt.

Hi @iiNet, my Westnet email account is not working. I have tried to log in but it says incorrect details and I'm not prepared to put my credit card or bank details into your website so I can receive an email with this info. Please advise what I can do.
