    @DianeDromgold @iiNet Yeah just after the tpg take over we left tried TIO and all that's when customer service went to **** we are with aussie broadband now

    @iiNet you extended my billing period, is the system going to auto bill me today or ? Otherwise how am I going to pay since you STILL send text to the wrong number when I try to login to toolbox. Sheesh.. I called and waited on hold twice already over this

    @iiNet can't access my iiNet toolbox to work on moving my hosted exchange emails over, been on hold for over an hour so far and have been facing this issue since yesterday.

    @iiNet on phone since 2+hours but no response and hang up the phone. Either you need to better your service or shut down your company. Worst experience

    @iiNet after 16 hours said ‘internet will be up by latest 6pm’. Well it’s now 7:18pm and still no internet. Though I’ve paid my monthly subscription on 13th March. As @iiNet have monthly access without ‘outage’ to my account. Should I tell @iiNet that my bank account has an outage?

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
