  @iiNet Twice this week I have called your call centre and opted for a call back which has not been forthcoming. I’m trying to fix an ongoing billing issue which you are at fault. I emailed but that was useless, was like they didn’t read the email. What’s going on? Very annoyed

  @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

  It's impossible to get any help from @iinet They are cancelling hosting but no reply to messages, no one ever picks up even when we wait on the phone for hours. Come on! There has to be some way to get help. Has anyone called the Ombudsman?

  @iiNet I CANNOT MAKE CALLS, SEND EMAILS OR USE THE INTERNET BECAUSE YOU CUT ME OFF A DAY EARLY. I NEED THE INTERNET TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD TO KEEP EATING!!!! I ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF HUMDRED DOLLARS FOR TBE NEXT QEEK THOUGH BUT NEED TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD! PLS FIX

  DON’T EVEN GET CLOSE TO @DodoAustralia. It tells me: You're missing out! We noticed you haven’t activated your SIM yet! But it hasn’t ******* sent them. The wash-up: its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.

  Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink
