    @iiNet It’s overdue, yes I don’t deny, but to be suspended over it AND without warning! This has never happened in the past - IF I’ve ever missed a payment.

    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
