    @iiNet Nope, was probably talking to him for ten minutes before he popped me on hold, here I was thinking it was taking a while cause he was working hard to find a solution. Guess your sales teams don’t really want to make sales.

    @iiNet pretty disappointed that I just called your sales department to get a new service set up and your consultant said ‘let me just check that’ and then kept me on hold for 17 mins only to take me off hold and hang up right on 20:00 (right as your sales office closes) 👎👎👎

    @iiNet im having terrible intenet speed. I have works that due in 4 days and i wont be able to get this done if u guys dont do anything. Shouldnt take this long to figure out the problem. Postcode 4102. Please this is urgent

    @iiNet NBN50 I’ve been a customer for almost 6years and yes I’ve tried everything. On top of it all I’m only getting 30mbps. Not getting what I pay for. I also have mobile with you as well

    @iiNet I have been trying to get in touch so I can cancel my order. I have been sent someone else’s order, my name was on the packaging but when I opened the box I found the letter, & model etc. was for another customer. I will post that order back but no longer want iiNet myself
