    @iiNet No call. I called. Was escalated. Now a new agreement being set up and another modem being sent. Not happy. Since 24th December no internet. Now have to wait possibly 3 days for modem and then two days to activate. Critical infrastructure and so slow to simply get connected.

    @telstra stole my internet 23 December. Wrote to CEO who has own Customer Service team. Some progress. They blame internal processes when the fraudulently re-churned our iiNet account. Internet as important as water and electricity. Not to Telstra and NBN.

    @andy_penn @telstra my family had a great break, except for Telstra re churning my account after I moved to iiNet due to Telstra poor support and service. So no music, no streaming media due to Telstra illegally re churning our account. Expecting excuses only from Telstra. HNY

    @chrismurphys @Telstra I had months of @telstra staff reading poorly written scripts blaming NBN. Cancelled their NBN (went to iiNet), mobile and Foxtel. Never again a Telstra bill. Also NBN working incredibly well under @iiNet

    @iiNet No splitters, or interference- modem purchased a month ago. The drop outs are constant. We restored our modem back to factory settings yesterday, which seemed to restore internet service. We waited 5 hours for a call back from your team ...

    Hey @iinet, I spent today on the phone with your technicians trying to fix our snail broadband speed. I managed to find an Ethernet cable to test the connection and it was faster than what I was ever able to achieve with wifi. 12Mbps...so what could the problem be with wireless?

    @pwwingman @vogrady2132 @hitinman @Phil_B7 @MeckeringBoy @iiNet Yes the D6300 has worked well for us, and I believe is compatible with NBN HFC, but not with VOIP phone, plus @iiNet say they won't support a modem they haven't supplied. That hasn't mattered while on ADSL, but I'm nervous but being unsupported on the problematical NBN.

They probably get job lots of redundant product from the manufacturers, who know they’ll be able to sell decent wireless routers to dissatisfied users.

And paying 33% more for the privilege.They’re virtually forcing me to buy a wireless router.

Already we’ve gone backwards, as the TP-Link VR1600 modem/router @iiNet are forcing us to use (they refuse to support 3rd party hardware) has inferior wifi specs and performance to the Netgear D6300 we’ve been using.
