    @iiNet it seems like there might be an undetected outage in the Caringbah area. Just got through a power cycle of our router and reset it. Still no internet connection despite a perfectly fine wifi signal.

    @iiNet That's 10+ days without internet and many hours spent on the phone with your (admittedly very nice) support teams. I've been compensated once already, though it was rather paltry - and at this point I'm honestly questioning my decision to use iinet 😭

    @iinet My capacity to continue my business (and host a session with @DeptDefence today) depends on your faults team specialist calling me back on my internet problem which has now been constant and unresolved since 8 April. Not impressed.

    A colleague is having WFH issues. Got a speed test done. It’s ASDL 14/0.8. Got them to call their ISP (iiNet) to upgrade to HFC NBN which is ready for service. iiNet told them it would not increase their internet speeds 🤦🏻

    Had a freak out internet was down @iiNet best service thanks for getting me back up and running fast. Really good customer service - even waited for me to find the power extensions because the power points stopped working 😬

    @iiNet Likewise I have removed your SIM card from my phone so no point keeping that active either. Please send a final statement/invoice to reflect this situation. If you can organise that you may prevent an ombudsman complaint. I doubt very much you could convince me to use iiNet again

    @iiNet The interaction with iinet staff was fine, no complaints at all. NBN technician comes out Monday morning. That will play havoc with online schooling and me working from home. Hopefully this recurring problem will be fixed on nbn tech visit #3.

    @iiNet But the alternative is holding on to a mobile phone connection which in my case kept dropping out due to poor phone reception. Typing out a message was the best I could manage. I couldnt even get the iinet website to load to try an online chat message.

    Despite partner's pleas & @iiNet's assurance otherwise, they disconnected landline after 1 day! Now can't call either provider to see if/when phone will be reconnected. this shd have been seamless. Isolated enough by my condition, I am left powerless. Help. Please! @acccgovau

    @NBN_Australia @viraljetani @iiNet And if it says "An unplanned outage is affecting the network"? Then what? I'm North Ryde, 12 hours without NBN, losing productive work time here. Might need to find an alternative just so that I can earn a living.
