@iiNet Why are @iinet blocking Weebly website IP? Causing massive issues and can’t get hold of anyone to help.
-
roden vuong (@rodenv) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iiNet This issue has been elevated to a customer service manager, and so far the experience has been the same: disappointing and frustrating.
-
roden vuong (@rodenv) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iiNet Hi @iiNet. A customer service manager told me he was going to call me back to resolve the same problem I had since Thursday. It is now Monday and you have been radio silent. I have emailed him to no response.
-
Justin Brash (@just_brash) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iiNet Likewise I have removed your SIM card from my phone so no point keeping that active either. Please send a final statement/invoice to reflect this situation. If you can organise that you may prevent an ombudsman complaint. I doubt very much you could convince me to use iiNet again
-
roden vuong (@rodenv) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iiNet incredibly disappointed and frustrated with your customer service. I have called since Monday to try and resolve a problem to no success.
-
roden vuong (@rodenv) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iiNet I don’t understand how you can just leave a customer hanging, promising to call them back and then just disappear. It is NOT my responsibility to chase up your customer service for an update.

🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 💪🏼💉💪🏼 Joe Ortenzi (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iiNet I’ve had those hour long conversations with tech support who know less than me and put me through diagnostics that are irrelevant and are useless when the problem is intermittent. I’m so over it.
-
Justin Brash (@just_brash) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iinet did it again. You canceled my service without warning twice in one month. I warned you I was going to join one of your competitors and this is my first tweet using @Optus. iiNet good bye, it’s been fun.
-
matt (@theURBAN_monkey) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iiNet What invoice or reference number?? I have entered my address on NBN status page and it confirms outage. Im asking YOU my “provider” how much longer. I’m in Elizabeth Bay 2011
-
The Drop Bear 🦇 (@dropbear2_0) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iiNet nbn says everything is up and running yet wifi down since yesterday evening in inner west Sydney. Your website says everything is fine too, how do I get an answer?
-
🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 💪🏼💉💪🏼 Joe Ortenzi (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iiNet It’s been like this for many months if not years. Thankfully I have my mobile data plan but I used up all 80gb and it renews tomorrow. And the router has always shown a green connection, never failing.

@Spawnlol @iiNet They're waiting for their service to stop dropping out before they can work out the issue with you, just give it another 5 years
-
Jez Heywood (@jezheywood) reported
@TheyreGunnaPod @iiNet Years ago, I tried to get internet through @iiNet. They just did absolutely nothing. Even had customer service hang up on me when I called up after over a month of waiting to find out what was going on.
-
They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported
@jezheywood @iiNet Right, so @iinet's systems and their culture have been putrid for years, but it's making to much money. They're not only not changing, they're training people to waste customer's money, time and good health. Scum. Dogs. And yes, rats.
-
Stephen Angelico (@stephenangelico) reported
Sorry guys, stream is cancelled for tonight. Internet connection went down hard, and between @iiNet and @NBN_Australia it can't be fixed tonight.
-
Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported
@Guts_and_Gore @iiNet Yes, it’s been rather frustrating. The no phone thing is a big problem
-
Andrew Sigmund (@epiciownz) reported
@iiNet Liz, you seem like a nice person so I don't want you to feel bad. I appreciate you trying to tackle PR for your employer, but my outrage stems from the fact that capitalism rewards selfish practices that screws others over. It's not just an iiNet issue.
-
They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported
@SamGriLaLaLa @iiNet Yep, it's built-in. @iinet have decided it's cheaper to just drive insane anyone who has a problem that requires any amount of work. Their call takers are pure animals.
-
A Batch (@A_Batch_in_Time) reported
@Spawnlol @iiNet Sorry, should say, this is the ombudsman, they will help if IInet do not resole things.
-
Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported
@BDM18 @iiNet This was a long outage. It's usually pretty good
-
Andrew Sigmund (@epiciownz) reported
@iiNet I just want a world where I can choose between 4-6 companies based on customer service, speeds, and prices. In my reality, my area has 2 affordable-ish choices with poor customer service and frequent downage issues, and no alternative I've been made aware of.
