    @iiNet interesting to see you claim to be number 1 in customer service. I have been trying to get you to fix my constant dropouts for 9 weeks, and still can’t use the internet for any longer than a couple of hours. Very poor customer service

    @iiNet But still bad service

  • EmilTorroba Emil Martin Torroba (@EmilTorroba) reported

    @iiNet As I told you other colleagues I would not last anything here is I didn’t trouble shoot first! #patronising!

    @iiNet What am I paying a service for???? Not working again!

  • RichardTuffin #RichardFromPhotoOps (@RichardTuffin) reported

    @iinet I need to escalate my current issues with your service. Your agents have outright lied to me today. Outright. The recordings will prove it. I'm beyond consolable right now.

  • elldeelosang Lesley Dimmock (@elldeelosang) reported

    Disgusted and disappointed. Been with @iiNet for 21 years and they can't even meet a request to suspend my billing for the two months I'll be away and not using the service. Time to change providers, methinks...

  • RichardTuffin #RichardFromPhotoOps (@RichardTuffin) reported

    Ten years an @iinet customer and by far and away the worst customer experience I've had with them this week. And none of it my fault - unless you get into the absolute minuture of their frigging customer service agreements. So much for client loyalty.

  • tim_rust Tim Rust (@tim_rust) reported

    @Steve_Clark @iiNet @NBN_Australia I have had mainly good support experiences with iinet but it was my first go with NBN since installation. The tech was very efficient and could explain how he resolved the problem

  • RichardTuffin #RichardFromPhotoOps (@RichardTuffin) reported

    @iiNet again... I'm the only Richard Tuffin in Canberra who's a client of yours. If you can't trace down my records based on that information, you're in the wrong job.

    @beans1990 @iiNet We do! They are $5 per month on a Residential service :) - Bec
