How incompetent is @iiNet customer service? Employee number one transfers me to wrong department, wrong department transfers me to another wrong department, 35 minutes later, waiting on third time is the charm. Big FAT ZERO for customer service iinet.

@NBN_Australia no interruptions listed on the website just the Coombs HFC connection dropouts we get many times a week. You should be refunding fees to @iiNet @Internode HFC is old unreliable crap

@ianbfarquhar @LG_Australia @iiNet Well it can be a reasonable firewall... sorta.. it’s basically Linux and iptables which you can make a decent firewall out of... the problem is when it is also your endpoint with credentials it’s a problem.. need and “in” and “out” and the modem endpoint next to it.
