@MikeCarlton01 @iiNet I can't believe there has been outage for this long - there systems are either ********* or they DGAF (speaking as someone who used to work in mission critical IT)

  • connorbrady00 Connor (@connorbrady00) reported

@iiNet Paying $25 a year for an email service, and I can't even access any emails!! Could easily set up an email for free with better security.

  • Navlakas Nick Pappas (@Navlakas) reported

@PhillipAdams_1 Appalling service from @iiNet at such a critical time.

  • CrazyMa90086498 CrazyMan (@CrazyMa90086498) reported

@iiNet It’s about time you put out an official communication about the outage. If you did this 24 hours ago your customers wouldn’t be so irate. However, waiting a day before saying anything only opens you up to a flood of complaints to the TIO.

  • MikeCarlton01 Mike Carlton (@MikeCarlton01) reported

@iiNet Email has been out now for at least 36 hours. You’re doing a **** job of fixing it, and your communication with your customers is non-existent.
