    @iiNet Do you not comprehend that it would be logical to use your Twitter account to actually announce outages in a timely manner ? That way instead of all these stupid individual replies - we would all see a main tweet from the account. It is kinda the point of your account !

    @iiNet iinet only available till 9.30pm . Online only SALES. Disappointing customer service for issues and not Australian based. Aussie Broadband is looking really good as I’m chatting right now.
