I get that tech support might close on Xmas day but if there’s a major outage like this, you really should have a backup plan to keep your customers in the loop…

    Looks like @iinet DNS is down, which means every Victorian government school's website is down, as well as any local services, email and other websites.

    @iiNet you seem to have an issue, your website isn’t working and can’t get into email. I don’t have a problem getting on to other websites and downloading email from other providers
