@iiNet can’t get through to you. Initially I spoke with one person who had rosters crowing loudly in the background! Is your call centre in a farm? Plus I’ve left call back requests for 3 days but nobody’s home? Seriously bad customer service :( It it time to change providers?

@kateloh @iiNet Looking at switching today. I’ve had too many issues. First instance of me trying to fix things resulted in them updating the account information to be a random amalgamation of my partners name and mine so I can’t even prove my identity because it’s messed up on their end 😡

@belindasmilne @iiNet I have a personal rule to never phone any company, either telco, Water, Power, etc, always communicate by email in case of legal issues

@iiNet @geoffrey_payne Put him back on his original plan. You don’t get to just change people’s plans for a more expensive one, without their informed consent. “We would have sent you an email (so it’s all your own fault)” isn’t consent! Fix it! I would have reported you to the ACCC

@iiNet @NBN_Australia hey - I’m fed up with this crap - it seems my service is down more often than it’s up. No, I won’t ring up .. again..I’m sure they’re sick of it too. No quiet night in watching Bump. Blergh

@iiNet DM sent. Seems finally to have been resolved. Hidden & impenetrable management processes are not confined to iiNet. It’s a corporate disease, perceived as efficiency. It’s really just “**** YOU” to the customer……

@iiNet could accessing your customer service be more useless? Was calling about connectivity, but will now also cancel the account and move to another provider.
