@iiNet Hi Tal, already done that, talk to Kris! Speaking to @iinet CS team via DM has proven to be the same complete waste of time that is the experience over the phone. Unfortunately offering platitudes does not fix anything, has not fixed the problem and will never fix the problem!

@OrangeFizzer @iiNet @Aussie_BB Their customer service is seriously good. You can ring them and they’ll be honest.

@OrangeFizzer @iiNet They have turned into the worst ISP since TPG took them over. Overpriced for the same service as their owner.

I have just spent the last 2 hours dealing with @iiNet this has to be one of the worst customer service experiences that I have had to go through ever, bounced from dept to dept for a simple request, I guess it justifies leaving their service. #poorservice #rippingofpensioners

@AGrumpyScotsman @another_streamr @iiNet Agreed. I left iiNet a year or so ago after years of pathetic Internet and awful customer service. They also charged me for 2 month after I cancelled too so watch out for that AussieBB is goated though, couldn’t recommend enough

@MikeySlezak @iiNet @acccgovau Worth noting that the smaller providers are not included in these ACCC tests so if they're not there, it doesn't mean they're slow
