    @iiNet @IntoTheWok I'm also getting the same issue. Found out that using a VPN called exitlag sort of fixed the problem, it lowered my ping to 30-50 but realised soon after that the main problem was because i was being put into singapore server games. iinets routing on mw2 is skipping sydney for me

    @unicamster @iiNet I only wait on hold for around 3 - 4 minutes, plus the length of time it takes me to fill in the relevant ombudsman service's webform. If the bank / telco / insurer / etc can't answer the phone before I hit send, we deal with it through that process.

    Gotta love it when the @iinet internet company complains about not being able to hear you properly on your phone call and you get to say 'yeah your phone service is **** that's why I'll be moving to another provider ASAP'.
