    @iiNet it is very frustrating your staff say when they call my phone it goes straight to voicemail but no one else has this problem. It is on your end. No one from iinet has EVER been able to call me.

    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…

    @iiNet Hi iinet, I haven’t had internet connection since 5 pm. I checked your network status page and only fault seems to be at O’Connor ACT but I am in Aranda. Could the problem be wider than one suburb. If yes is there an eta?

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
