  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  @iiNet is actively blocking use of @discord Discord it an important communication platform for many. This happened to us last month and after following every solution they had @discord_support, who were quick to reply to my emails, worked out to be our ****** ISP.

  moved to New Zealand and @iiNet won't let me close my broadband account without verfifying identity with an Australian ID which I don't have because I am not Australian. 2 weeks of doom loop. Worst internet provider ever.

  Ok @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will call me. This has been going on for months.

  This for real @iiNet ? Called at 4:30pm to talking to billing (west aus) told 18mins, after 45 no answer. Think something's wrong, so hang up and call back. Told 30mins, currently on 50 and counting. According to your website the billing should still be active until 7pm...
