@iiNet Hi John, it's been over 48 hours. In fact it's near 96 hours since this began. Your engineer cancelled my call. After waiting for an hour to speak to one of your customer service representatives. 4 days John. FOUR days!

  • officialphilk Phil (@officialphilk) reported

@iiNet why did you remove your Facebook post about the email outage you've been having since at least Christmas Day? What are you not telling people?

  • Falgun_86 Fal (@Falgun_86) reported

@iiNet is getting worst day by day... had been with them for 10 years buy quite degraded in last year or so.... NBN is down since 2 days and everytime when I call, wait time is greater than an hour.. no call back available as well and call get dropped in less than a minute

  • mat945 Mat (@mat945) reported

@Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet That is pretty poor Peter, they should have closed the lines and taken the calls in queue, or dumped them but not left them on hold. They have fairly robust technology so would be fully aware of how many are waiting

  • PCHunter_75 💉 Peter Hunter 💉 (@PCHunter_75) reported

@MikeCarlton01 On a brighter note Mike ... @iiNet seems to have finally sorted its e-mail problem. The worst for me was having some subscriptions I have to renew every month that come through my e-mail. Until today I haven't been able to access what I pay for since Friday 🤬

  • DarkWinterInk Dark Winter Magic (Harmony) 🔮💉💉 (@DarkWinterInk) reported

@iiNet 4 days now @iiNet of no emails nor updates I need your help I can't keep going like this HELP

  • Iain_Grant3 Iain Grant (@Iain_Grant3) reported

@Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet Peter generally, organisations don't want to provide ctr service, it's expensive & that's why yr plan is relatively inexpensive. Telstra & Optus are marginally better in terms of ctr service - they "own" the network and seldom drop out completely. ALL are in the Telecom Triangle.

  • PaulKiem Paul Kiem (@PaulKiem) reported

@iiNet How do I access support re email outage? Your call back system is not working - simply times out and hangs up.

  • ColinPTweets Colin Philip (@ColinPTweets) reported

@Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet I was with them for years because of their fast cable but dealing with their awful customer service over and over convinced me to leave. Have been with @Aussie_BB for a couple of years now and havent looked back.

  • Peter_F_Ryan Peter Ryan (@Peter_F_Ryan) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@mat945 @iiNet All resolved now after an early call to @iinet technical support.
