    @iiNet I’m STILL not getting emails - while trying to pay bills, order equipment and groceries online. This is extremely painful. There is over an hr wait for the help desk 😡

    Hey @iinet what you are calling a webmail issue is far more serious. Your systems were completely down from approximately 13:15 Saturday until 20:00 Sunday. Emails received during that ffailure have disappeared, Some emails are still not being delivered. It's not just webmail.

    Is @iiNet going to compensate customers after a 24 hour email outage? The same thing happened in 2015 and 2018, why have they not taken steps in preventing this? IF they are telling customers the truth about what happened?

    @iiNet Sending or receiving emails still a problem, I'm using outlook. Been sent an email 3 times but nothing through and sent a test message with nothing arrived there.

    @iiNet Our e- mail is still down and can't find out when or if it is returning .
