@ElaurantScott Yes, my @iiNet internet has 5% packet loss. Tech support there says everything is fine. My service is not NBN, but rather TPG FTTB

@iiNet hey there. So I made and error when signing up for a iiNet mobile plan. And did it as a new customer rather than excisting. Is there anyway to rectify this so I can get the bonus data? The mobile service is not active yet. Sim is still being shipped to me.

@iiNet Getting transferred yet again. What happened to you? Know TPG are the overlords, but paid extra for customer service which is non existent now! You were ready to disconnect another customer from a wrong address; seriously bad! Hey @Telstra long term customer here, wanna help out?

@iiNet No, we’ve been down every path. I’ll never get back the time spent waiting on hold, not getting callbacks, rehashing notes, small talk to cheer up sad CSR’s, pulling hair out, waiting on hold so CSR’s dont do notes in ACW, driving 100km roundtrips, screaming at the air. No more!

  • andrew_rock Seething Ball of Rage (@andrew_rock) reported

Hey @iiNet, nice try to upsell me to 200Mbps with a free trial. I never get anything like the 100Mbps I pay for, with or without the alleged boost.
