@iiNet my vdsl is offline in Farrer ACT - I have a $90/month business account and phoned to discover that there is no business support until Monday!! 15 years I’ve had internet accounts with @iinet, you just lost yourself a customer. Unbelievable that you have no weekend techs.

@iiNet my elderly parents are at San Remo Phillip Island. Landline and internet have been dodgy the last few days. Is there an issue in that area? Also if it’s the modem that’s the problem do you send out free modems - theirs is quite old?

I organised for my @iiNet to be connected to my new address before I moved. Was promised it would be connected today. Now told @NBN_Australia will be here on 5th July to install. Given I’m working from him @iiNet how am I meant to work. You provide a useless and expensive service

Hi @iiNet I just had a call from a mobile number from someone purporting to be from @Telstra saying they have been monitoring my NBN internet speed & it’s slow. So they are upgrading me to fibre optic at no cost. And could I let them know my current internet speed. Is this legit?

@iiNet What a complete BS system this is abd if you have issues on Australia’s Eastciast and call them at 7.00 AEST their answer is “sorry we do not have anyone to answer your call, please call back during normal office hours’. What a complete BS organisation I am now stuck with.
