I know this time on a Sunday technically sucks but when you’re at the pub near an open fire finding fellow Foxtel-less bulldogs supporters it’s actually a rather good time #AFLEaglesDogs

  • TonyReiche1 Tony Reiche (@TonyReiche1) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@FOXFOOTBALL please please please, stop embarrassing Foxtel with that piece of shit show “up the guts”.. there isn’t a person in Australia that thinks that is even half ok..it is the worse ever show, ever shown on any tv channel....

  • EVNadelaide EVNadelaide ⚡🍐 (@EVNadelaide) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Seriously why wouldn't @FOXTEL_Help just allow you the option to buy sport package only when its the same cost as @kayosports Corporations who create other entities to provide the same service are bullshit. Typical Murdoch press bullshit.

  • sasswilcox Catherine Wilcox (@sasswilcox) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Get your shit together @Foxtel #gameofthrones failure

The most anticipated TV show in the history of the world... and @foxtel / @hbo provide one of the worst viewing experiences ever. Cannot see any @GameOfThrones, it’s like watching behind a sheet of ***** plastic. Absolutely disgraceful! 😡😡😡 I expect a full refund.

  • mikjcal Mick (@mikjcal) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@markchurches Foxtel Now. If you want, do what I did, activate the 10 days free Foxtel Now, watch all 5 episodes then cancel it 🤣🤣

  • killerofsnakes BT (@killerofsnakes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@brucexwayne @Foxtel Personally I think my friends TV is too big and the image is getting stretched, will run a test to find out. That said they’ve haven’t had any issues with @NetflixANZ so maybe it’s just Foxtel being shit.

  • EVNadelaide EVNadelaide ⚡🍐 (@EVNadelaide) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Being a @PAFC supporter in Melbourne sucks due to restrictions to see games 1) @AFL app doesnt support @Chromecast and costs $99 a season. Cheapest option if you only watch on Phone 2) @Foxtel requires you to pay $55 mnth ($385-$330) for sport & basic package.

FOXTEL Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Hawksnicky nicky (@Hawksnicky) reported

@KirstyWebeck I’m half way through season 6. Mind you I think season 6 has 21 episodes. My poor foxtel has never been so low with all the eps I had to watch but it’s great and I’m sad to think it’ll be over soon

  • paula_atwood Paula Atwood (@paula_atwood) reported

Does anyone is the Twittersphere know why Foxtel’s streaming service freezes more than anyone else’s?

  • 1Reegan1 Reegan (@1Reegan1) reported

@Foxtel Oh right. So it’s user error? Next time try ‘thanks so much for letting us know, we’ll totally improve our service for next year’s season. So sorry the recording of your team winning the GF after 57 years stopped short of the final siren.’ Maybe @kayo have better service…

  • tzarcasm pfizer minnelli (@tzarcasm) reported

Why is it impossible to stream S10-15 of Silent Witness in Australia? @BritBox_AUS had S1-9 and @Foxtel has S16+. HELP A GIRL OUT

  • isthisrubble carol 📣 no pride in genocide 📣 (@isthisrubble) reported

@JamesLeach09 fetch is cheaper than foxtel, you just have to buy the box which is annoying. and the vpn might not work with the app, since it doesn't let you watch unless you turn your location service on

  • quimbyinoz quimby (@quimbyinoz) reported

@MattWalshMedia What a step backwards for the NHL. And how stupid of ESPN to force people to use Foxtel or Fetch. It's 2021. I'm sure ESPN could have figured out how to have a direct subscription model by now. @ESPNAusNZ

  • LexPlans Lex Is Double Jabbed and at the Pub. (@LexPlans) reported

@jrrdrbb I guess I look at the day to day. And yeah I know the actual joke has been done before. But I don't watch much sports but last night when I flipped to sky sports for a min (leeching a foxtel don't worry would never pay) and they said footy is sacred to the fabric of our society

  • Travinport Steel Sheep (@Travinport) reported

@maxblake44 @Foxtel @kayosports Best thing is you can cancel at the end of footy season and re-subscribe. But if you're into other sports it's incredible value.

  • red_eyed_goat Ash Rogers (@red_eyed_goat) reported

@deeplongstop @Goodsy2008 Re. internet, I’m in the sticks big time & packaged up Foxtel NBN with the TV service. Was somewhat skeptical about it but have to say it’s been great. Has full on dropped out a couple of times but that was due to NBN infrastructure. May be worth having a chat with Fox about it
