    It’s really hard to know who to hate more @Telstra or @Foxtel. I’ve been paying for Foxtel for years, but cannot get FoxtelPlay as both company’s consultants tells me it’s the other one I should talk to. Thank god EVERY OTHER streaming service is easier.

    @Telstra I can’t subscribe to it because the Foxtel website keeps redirecting me to my Telstra login. There’s no chat service like Apple has to fix it, just “community” which is useless. When finally get to a person on phone each say go to website. So I’ve given up and will just use Go.

    @Barrawensdy1 @Telstra @Foxtel Yes I got that far - but neither could help my get it! I’ve since discovered I can watch the show I was seeking on Foxtel Go. But the Play issue was an hour I’ll never get back.

    @DeanRosario We did pay $130 a month Foxtel, now get Optus EPL, get Netflix thru a daughters login, Stan with Optus and Kayo thru my son’s second log in. Upshot we threatened to bin Foxtel and now get it for $39. Selfish but was so happy when Foxtel had all EPL. Optus very good now👍

    @MrTVAus The only good thing about 7, 9 and 10 at the moment is they're showing less commercials per hour than Foxtel. Which is totally perverse given Foxtel is a subscription service, the fees which are supposed to pay for them to be on air, not advertisers. Totally broken.

    @Foxtel Hi I’m having some trouble with the 4K channel, it been down for most of the week, while all other channels are still working, I’ve checked cables and satellite position and it’s all normal, any suggestions for the problem?

    @FOXTEL_Help See i tried to get it resolved privately on chat at foxtel. But guy did not resolve the issue even close the chat knowingly. Once issue resolved i will delete from public.

    @FOXTEL_Help fed up with your useless internet service. Modem is a piece of crap and tech support provide no answers other than "escalating" the issue and don't provide an eta of when my issue will be fixed. Not good enough of a service for the amount you charge me per month.

    @Telstra 2/2 - No internet, no phone, no mobile service, no Foxtel, no free to air TV (aren’t allowed to have antennas, it’s delivered over fibre). Then Telstra just tell us “too bad” and we’ll get back to you in a week. I’m doing work and writing this from a Maccas car park.

    @speedcafe It's been on a down hill slide for awhile now n to axe larko is just another nail in this poorly run organization. Why would u bother watching it anymore? Can't see it unless ya have foxtel or kayo subscription. Thanks for freeing up my wkends
