I never went to Uni like I had planned too. I started working at Foxtel part time as a 16yr old, which ended up being an education institution for me. I didn’t accumulate HECS debt like my friends did who struggled. I think it would be fair to clear that debt for students. #Hecs

You can't contact Telstra maybe now they'll realise that having call centers overseas is STUPID. I need to change my entire package for home ph. @dkfcdotnet @DeanRosario @Elia_Santoro @SFynmore Until the legality or otherwise of Foxtel’s reported negotiating position is established, publicly speculating on changes to structure in the next 3 years would itself be bad faith. You’d hope the plans are being developed for public discussion as soon as Foxtel De-commits.

Hey @Foxtel I understand call centre staff are working from home , but when they are speaking to a customer on the phone , it’s probably a good idea for the rooster and the dogs to stop squawking during the call , so I can actually understand what your staff member is saying.

But you do have to wonder, when in a time the streaming services are so busy they've reduced the quality of feeds to not flood our networks, why a service like Foxtel isn't doing better, not worse.
