Now claim my contract cannot be fulfilled because I "got too good of a deal" by the customer service department. Now told @Foxtel to cancel my subscription. 🙃🙃

There’s no chat service like Apple has to fix it, just “community” which is useless. When finally get to a person on phone each say go to website. So I’ve given up and will just use Go.

Upshot we threatened to bin Foxtel and now get it for $39. Selfish but was so happy when Foxtel had all EPL. Optus very good now👍

I’ve been paying for Foxtel for years, but cannot get FoxtelPlay as both company’s consultants tells me it’s the other one I should talk to. Thank god EVERY OTHER streaming service is easier.

I could only get satellite internet where I lived, which was like dial up, but when I moved it was the first thing I did.
