@DetlefMel @FOXTEL_Help Yes it's been more than a week, a lot more. I have a support ticket in (CS1111472 if you are interested) but they just don't reply or do anything. Foxtel do manage to send me a monthly invoice for a service I can't use. They need to be put in jail. #Australia

Hey @Foxtel you need to engage in some sensitivity training for your staff. Giving my aunt the hard sell when her mother just died is really poor form. She called to inform you that the account needed to be closed. Trying to pressure her into buying more product is disgusting.

@NBN_Australia My address is 4/18 lather street southport. I receive foxtel through the coaxial cable network, a foxtel technician has visited my premises because many of the ch i pay for are not available, signal strength is "low" do you maintain this network or telstra

Some channels has had changes done or been removed from Foxtel in Australia and they got rid of Disney channel as it went to it’s own streaming platform called Disney plus not being added yet or never as an app to Foxtel

@Sandgroper110 @Foxtel Foxtel is NOT the same that we signed up for some years ago. Very disappointing really. We pay a lot of money for ads which we never used to have. A repetitive show selection. A repetitive movie selection. They need to move with the times & smarten up their whole show.

@westernsaints @bounce_centre I’m home today - usually I watch NBA games via the League Pass app where the US ad Breaks are usually filled with highlights…got it on via Foxtel today.. big difference with all the ****** gambling pumped in.Sometimes I think I get League Pass purely to avoid that ****

I had to reboot my Foxtel box as there was a memory issue with certain parts of the Foxtel box and it stinks that Netflix doesn’t always work properly and it needed a reboot.

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help it’s been weeks now of not being able to use the Foxtel Now service I’m paying $15 a month to be able to watch our Foxtel on a second TV. 5 min into watching I get error code PE2005. Your live chat are no help, just keep saying they’re working on the issue

@FOXTEL_Help my recently widowed mother has spent the best part of 6 weeks wasting endless hours with your customer service just trying to get a visit after she moved out of the family home of 30 years. Frequent cancellations broken promises and continuing to charge monthly fee.

@jon_wertheim Devastated, I am a tennis lover in a huge way. So angry that I have to stream on my iPhone the points only to see how my beloved tennis players are going. I have Foxtel, Netflix in Australia and Foxtel sports, I can’t afford another service Stan or have to watch what Gem shows 👎🏻

When I first got my pay TV service Foxtel they use to show Rugrats back in 1999 and here in 2022 they still show Rugrats on Nickelodeon channel.

@transparency_a1 @RoseGWhite @SKYNZ No it's not. Just looked it up. My mistake. I'm in Australia but have spent time in NZ. I've ditched the Fox owned Foxtel satellite service here and now have the Fetch streaming box and service. Don't think you have anything like it in NZ. The satellite thing is dying here.
