I was happily watching F1 until my Foxtel stopped working! My internet is fine but I either get an error message, or it loops on this stupid Volkswagen ad. This is the last race of the season, fix it @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help it’s simply not good enough!!

@FOXTEL_Help Help, IQ3 box here and I am getting F1077 error message when trying to watch any Foxtel channels. My internet connection is fine and I can watch the Free to air channels but Foxctel appears to be down. I have reset the box and tried re-synccing the account/box

Hey @FOXTEL_Help. I pay extra to use the Foxtel Go app alongside my tv subscription. Why am I getting countless errors when trying to use it on pc and mobile? Have tried phoning and got absolutely no help. Getting rather annoyed now
