@FOXTEL_Help we have been more than patient. We ordered a new box over a month ago. On demand doesn’t work on our box - u turned that off to force people to the new boxes - which are not available! The box has stopped working AGAIN. We are paying a lot of money for no service.

@Foxtel Anyone who is considering getting Foxtel, I would implore you to look elsewhere. Streaming services are much cheaper and provide a better service. Foxtel is a dinosaur that forgot to die.

Anyone else in VIC having difficulty accessing free-to-air channels via their Foxtel? Not just 10shake, which we've never had, but now it won't show 10, ABC, SBS, 7... I've had to access them via the TV itself. (Except the SBS channels don't work via the TV.) Really annoying.

@FOXTEL_Help No signal at all. Tells us iQ 4 Box will take a moment but doesn’t show anything and Red light doesn’t turn to blue. Remote light keeps flashing too.

@FOXTEL_Help OK update from me. Procedures mentioned above work BUT took away the ability to 'rewind' live shows. Only way to fix that was full system reset. Done, fixed, lost ALL previously recorded programs! I do hope there is some sort of compensation for this whole damned mess!!

@FOXTEL_Help Hello, Foxtel Go works okay my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, Android 11 in tablet mode, but when I switch to Samsung DeX (desktop mode), the app opens but videos do not stream. Is there a solution for this?

Just turned off @Foxtel AGAIN as there is nothing but utter crap on & I've watched the full @SkyNewsWeather loop. And seriously, ruining my Saturday morning cartoons with season 26 Simpsons is just an insult. I've threatened it before but the end is coming after 16 years

@FOXTEL_Help My account has been suspended due to lack of payment. I have since made the payment & tried to reactivate my account and now it won't accept my card despite taking money from it earlier this week. How do I rectify this problem?... thanks in advance

@CGMakin @Foxtel Cancel. And when their call centre operator throws more and more free stuff, still cancel. They will do whatever they can to keep you on board, but you can do it. Get rid of Foxtel.
