    Hey @FOXTEL_Help @FOXFOOTY @Foxtel can you please fix the UHD Sports Satellite feed ASAP - there’s a ghosting effect/motion judder issue on the ball everytime it’s in the air - making it very hard to watch right now #AflPiesHawks. Problem started about halfway through 1st qtr. 🤬

    @FOXTEL_Help after several years of being a customer I cancelled my service this week, because you could not even match my current $/mth and wanted to up the price. Which is even dearer than the current new subscriber price. So I cancelled, you’ll get no more money from me. 1/2

    @SkyNewsAust Why to subscribers of Foxtel have to subsidise Sky News? Even on election night more Foxtel subscribers watch ABC coverage. Sky news came last. Sky news is crap & needs to be axed based on ratings alone & a drain on subscribers $$

    @Foxtel $60 to watch the fights Only to have Kayo stutter through the whole damn thing. Every two minutes or so. Streaming on a 50mbit NBN connection. Don't think we'll do this again!!

    @T00000MANY @iamnotyda The extra **** is why I never got foxtel. I saw kayo as them meeting me half way, a streaming service that cost less money and only gave me what I wanted: sport.

    @sucksnitroMax sorry thought this was a reply to the 4k issues today.. anyhow - as above will be happy if Amazon or someone else gets the streaming rights. Foxtel is a dinosaur & if they won't bring 4k to their streaming platform (Kayo) they deserve to die a slow death like the FTA networks.

    @Foxtel I had Foxtel years ago. All of a sudden they started putting ads in their programs. Everyone complained. They said the ads will allow us to reduce the cost of the service to our customers. Nope, it went up and up and up. Pay heaps of money to watch ads? Am I stupid? No.

    @FOXTEL_Help what a way to treat an existing customer. I didn’t want any more channels, just keep my existing channels at the existing price. But you couldn’t even do that.

    @GavinNeal @Foxtel Call them. Demand a better deal. Ask to speak to someone higher up. Don’t take no for an answer. *Get names*. Force their hand. Let them know if you don’t get what you want you’ll cancel and send a follow up letter to their boss naming them as responsible for losing a customer.
