@Foxtel Can you guys tell me why I can't update my debit card on the app, when its a monthly struggle to pay the foxtel bill purely because nothing works properly its maybe time to just cancel it. Especially when netflix, stan and binge work better and are cheaper.

@adamcurkpatrick @Telstra @Optus I’ve had internet, fetch TV and mobile with them for a year and honestly not had a problem. Wifi amazing, fetch TV better than Foxtel (only downer no sky racing) and when I was out of work they knocked a heap off my bills for 3 months 👌

Why the hell @ALeague chose to except Foxtel’s scraps is another reason why the game continues to fail in this county

Last month I asked @Foxtel customer service to wave moving address fees to say thanks for 11+ years of loyalty. They said no, so I canceled out of spite. I haven’t missed it at all and have an extra $100 in my pocket each month. Total win! I’ll kill for my Netflix & Stan tho.

@JodieGunders The bad news is that it’s on Binge (Foxtel’s streaming service)... the good news is you get 14 days free & can then cancel. Is not amazing, but I stuck with it whereas I gave up on The Queens Gambit as I felt it ran out of steam

@Foxtel I had broadband booked to be installed on the 8/12/2020 between 1pm to 5pm. The tech did not show up. They booked broadband installation for 22/12/20. I again took the day off work and lost wages. The tech DID NOT SHOW UP AGAIN! I have had enough. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

@SMEMUFC @PerthGloryFC @Foxtel NSL. Had its problems but least it felt like football. Teams had there own unique grounds. Football was better. More skilful and entertaining. Kick off times were better. Clubs had more say. A-league is going down the crapper fast. Muppets in charge.

@FOXTEL_Help No VPN at all. Tried logging in and submitting complaint form about complaint form not working., Minimal characters. That didn't work either, though got a different message: "That doesn't look right". Can't DM you.

@MadamEarth @Foxtel Trouble is we now subscribe to Netflix, Stan, Prime (Amazon), and (soon) Disney Plus. It costs almost as much - but no sport, thank goodness. Murdoch still gets money from Disney unfortunately.

@PiesNation And Thursday matches are the worst, can't go too late to go to work next day and some of us play sport and train on Thursday. Floating fixture screwed us over this year, we had the shortest breaks and most travel, they should ease up for a change. Think I might get Foxtel instead
