    Hey @Foxtel - you got a problem. You bumped my plan up via text message, rang today to ask why, got told it’s going up again Feb 8. When I said “that’s too much I’ll cancel”, Customer Support staff literally said “No worries, give us a call to disconnect the account”. That stinks

    @Foxtel what’s it take to get money that is owed to me transfered? Nobody on the phones can help me they just keep insisting on sending checks to my old address that they know I don’t live at. It’s been 2 months it’s beyond a joke!

    @albericie @Optus I cancelled Foxtel recently and the experience was traumatic. I was repeatedly grilled as to why I was terminating an account I had opened 22 years ago. When I told him, he refused to accept it. I had never been rewarded for loyalty and now it as if foxtel had done me a favour.

    Well thanks @Foxtel ya technical support are so helpful, only had 20% of the channels since last week , upgrade to the iq3 ,n nothing works, n the wait for someone to come out ..only next week ,plug mystar box back In ,they deleted the smart card in it.. then hung up after 25min

    When we got broadband here 2 years ago it came with 2 years of free Foxtel Now. Trying to cancel it before I have to pay with it, they're telling me we don't have Foxtel. My kid is watching it right now...

    @adrianbarich Thanks Barra. Foxtel IQ4 doesn't have 7Mate in high-definition. I know it's the issue of @Foxtel & @FOXTEL_Help and it's pathetic that they don't address this, but it would be ideal if you show live sport on your primary channel, 7HD.

    Signal on Foxtel went out Thurs 7th Jan had 20 channels till 630 today , now nothing, to a tech comes n fixes,what the tech support had no clue about, on Monday 18th Jan ... 11days of tv I pay full price for , wtf

    Foxtel make it incredibly difficult to cancel a subscription. Wouldn’t let me cancel online. Called up, sat in a holding queue for 30 minutes only to have my call disconnected. Round 3 right now
