@dudekrulz @noff68 @FOXTEL_Help all the replies I've seen on their social are implying its a user issue, not an internal issue, which is why everyone needs to contact them via social media. If they put out a statement saying there is a wider problem, not an issue but they haven't.

Just to clarify the #Foxtel issues this evening. If you have Foxtel delivered via traditional Satellite on an IQ 3/4 box you should be working fine If you watch Foxtel via the Internet using Foxtel Go, Kayo or Binge platforms, these are experiencing issues this evening. #kayo

@EyemanPat @FOXTEL_Help Any streaming service will run into an issue at some point. It’s the nature of technology- but to not have documentation on the error is where it is disappointing. As as an IT guy myself I feel for the poor techs on it right now. What they need is better documentation.
