@jcjobau @JamesCridland A friend did that for Foxtel for TV sport. They kept offering resuced rates, and he kept wanting to genuinely cancel. They ended up offering a completely ridiculous reduction - a deal he couldn’t resist!

@Foxtel you’re service is terrible. I recommend people don’t not use your service. You false advertise your service. I was offered 25.00 dollars a months then it went to 74.00. DO NOT USE FOXTEL - False advertising on pricing

@DrDreHistorian Yup. Cricket’s a dying game here, and frankly CA have done a lot over many years to earn the honour. Sicking it all behind the Foxtel paywall obviously hasn’t helped, but the bigger problem have been bubbling away fir years.

@buena38 @FreoLou And the biggest risk- the streaming service you subscribe to can lose the right to that movie. IE all the Star Wars movies were on Foxtel, now only on Disney. Pay more, every month, to get the same access, vs pay once, have forever-ish access.

It's not really a good look though - I'm OK for now, but there's a decent chunk of Foxtel Now and satellite multiscreen customers who can't use what they paid for, and whoever is responding to the Google Play reviews is denying there's a problem at all. 🙄 Please fix it. Thanks.
