10 years we’ve been with @Foxtel but will they give us the same monthly deal that they will give to new customers .... of course not. Not great customer service ... Disappointing, especially when this year has been so financially hard on everyone. @FOXTEL_Help

  • RobertM94357343 Robert McLeod (@RobertM94357343) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@stickers_bown @giantroo North administration has real problems that they need to Address Urgently If JA is worth the extra $ negotiate or Trade Stop the Haggling Foxtel saying that Shaun Higgins is moving to Geelong why R so many Loyal Players wanting to Leave? North's new Admin could be the Reason?

  • Aaronsmith333 Aaron Smith (@Aaronsmith333) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@3AWNeilMitchell That is such a disingenuous question, and you know it. In any case, the issue is entirely around concentration. The issue is not that Murdoch owns The Australian or Herald Sun or Telegraph or Foxtel or Courier Mail. It’s that he owns all of them.

  • thatbro83 thatbro (@thatbro83) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Foxtel - your 4K content is limited and has been since introduced. Is there any reason why you can’t broadcast the cricket and F1 both in 4K on different channels at the same time. HD with an 85 inch tv is awful 🤷🏽

  • sportmeister_ Chris Meister 🏏⚾️🏈🏒 (@sportmeister_) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

.@FOXTEL_Help My cable service is not getting a signal are there any issues? Had WAN connection problems with my wifi this morning but they seem to be working now

  • marc_cscott 𝗗𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗖-𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁 (PhD) 📺🎬🖥 (@marc_cscott) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia Yes have spoken more than 5 times. Coming to the house they say it’s fine, but appears to be 1 of the 2 wifi signals the router provides only gives very low speeds. The other is fine, but small distance. I’ll look at a different provider than @foxtel. Appalling customer support.

  • fionashirley76 Fiona Shirley (@fionashirley76) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@ndunne76 @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help We will certainly be considering our options .... such bad customer service 😢

  • chardylover69 chardy lover 69 (@chardylover69) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@negative_niko Yeah there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason as to what is shared: I’ve got my bfs dads Foxtel now login so cancelled binge (more law & order on Foxtel lol)

  • sportmeister_ Chris Meister 🏏⚾️🏈🏒 (@sportmeister_) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@emdeem I’ve restarted it 4 times and according to Telstra there is a Foxtel outage in the area. Frustrating but confirms for me its time to cut the cord

  • RobertM94357343 Robert McLeod (@RobertM94357343) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • sportmeister_ Chris Meister 🏏⚾️🏈🏒 (@sportmeister_) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

So my Foxtel loses signal on GF weekend and just before G3 of the #WorldSeries. Thankfully streaming comes to the rescue although my wifi was down this morning. Something must be going on in my area with all this rain

  • fionashirley76 Fiona Shirley (@fionashirley76) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

FOXTEL Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • smars9761 Sean Marshall (@smars9761) reported

@troy_79 I was a foxtel customer for 15+ years. Got rid of it and replaced it with Binge and Kayo and haven't missed it at all. When trying to cancel they offered me just about anything even bagged their own streaming services Kayo and Binge in the process

  • kts350 Wayno (@kts350) reported

@FOXTEL_Help Ive worked in customer service for 26 years and what I got today wasnt what you call good customer service.

  • TheseDaves1 These Daves (@TheseDaves1) reported

I never really liked watching cricket until Foxtel introduced the batsmen’s shots launch speeds and angles. So interesting. #AUSvsSA

  • toddnicolich todd nicolich (@toddnicolich) reported

@Colvick Cricket Australia would be mindful that not many people have paramount as a streaming service- a lot would already have Foxtel and or Kayo! There are a lot of people that watch cricket if it’s easy to get- if you make it hard they won’t watch at all!!

  • allisonkeogh Allison Keogh (@allisonkeogh) reported

@KatedaCosta1 The most frustrating thing for me is that the women’s cricket is not free to air. And taxpayer money went to Foxtel in support of women’s sport.

  • rozywhitelight Roz (@rozywhitelight) reported

@Foxtel not only did foxtel debit payment after I had cancelled but trying to get technical help is useless. They have now told me Foxtel app is no longer supported, go via Chrome or safari, when you try that it refers you back to no longer supported app. Rip off

  • GovJamMelbourne GovJamMelbourne (@GovJamMelbourne) reported

@TGIFridays I have come to TGIF at Melbourne central for years and the TVs are all stuffed. One is not working and the other have distorted views Please fix this. There is also no foxtel on the TV anymore.

  • kts350 Wayno (@kts350) reported

Got replacement box from @FOXTEL_Help today, took 2 chats to get it 1st chat was extremely rude 2nd chat fixed my issue. Open the box today & surprise its direct replacement which rude person said was out of stock before trying to up sell me crap instead of fixing my issue.

  • luxasmmm Katamari Damn-Assy (@luxasmmm) reported

@VenlafaxineHoe It wasn't even the first cable service. We had one called Galaxy that was either a rival service or eventually turned into foxtel

  • Kelanoa2 Kelanoa 😷 (@Kelanoa2) reported

@Faysy72238059 @JaneCaro Good and bad news. The good, it starts in Australia on 2 January. Bad news - it's on Foxtel. Boo. :(
