@FOXTEL_Help IQ3 box has a fault, booked for next week. Cannot stream Foxtel via chrome cast because the icon isn’t appearing in the app. Was told my account would be able to use multiroom by 11am... still no success. Contacted tech support hour ago, they said they’d call back at 130... Nada

@Foxtel No I wasn’t. After two hours on the phone to account services & tech support I should be able to watch it if I can get the chrome cast on my tv to work, which it currently isn’t.

@Elia_Santoro I'm gobsmacked that people cannot draw the distinction between the fact that withdrawing support from a major partner (Foxtel) of the A-League in massive numbers was not going to have significant ramifications for the A-League🙄 Had this argument with some people 12 months ago.

@decryption @PunishedDilbert The copper in my old house was easily 80 years old and the early attempts at hacking together HFC over old Foxtel infrastructure were legitimately ******* dogshit though. I think that's where the NBN got it's terrible rep, and it just stuck.

@Foxtel That if I'm a new customer there will be a software update or I'm not subscribed to the channels. However, neither is applicable I've been a customer for about 15 years and have the platinum package from day one. So keeps dropping out for a few min then comes back.
