@R_Chirgwin Gave up Foxtel after a trip to the US and realising how crap the local Turner Classic Movies was compared to the US original. Never gone back.

Foxtel’s Brian Walsh: we have never walked away from a project because of money. We will always find it. #screenforever

So. @Foxtel Charges way more than any other streaming service. STILL runs ads. Lags regularly. Owned by the same company that pushed on a platform of moral outrage for crackdown on piracy despite being unable to offer a palatable alternative. Great work team.

@Foxtel called to cancel my service and the chick I spoke to with a British sounding accent took me around the world for 10 mins wasting my time, offering me deals. Then when I politely said for the 4th time I called to cancel became rude and then hung up. You bunch of dogs.

4K wars - Optus to show the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in 4K Ultra HD to its 5G Home customers - meanwhile Foxtel has the only broadcast 4K satellite service in AU. Wonder if nbn or Telstra will join the 4K battles! 📺 #Telsyte

@FoxCricket Stupid comment @FoxCricket I’ve worked all day in 40degree plus heat with no aircon, so am now watching on Foxtel go by the pool having a beer. Now I will turn off and watch it on the 7network.

@TheRealBozza “**** off you Melbourne...” the last bit sounded like the c-bomb but couldn’t be sure. The first part was very obvious on the FOXTEL coverage.

Might be time to finally cancel my @Foxtel subscription. As a long term loyal customer I’m sick of seeing all these specials to get new customers but nothing for us saps paying top package, still on IQ2 & paying for Netflix on top. Losing my job shortly so looks like it’s time.

Everyone talking about the poor Crowds at the Gabba during the Test series between #AUSvPAK. Maybe @Foxtel and @Channel7 should stop telecasting the whole day live into Brisbane. Maybe a few more would of turned up. @CricketAus
