Telstra Issues Reports Near Konagaderra, State of Victoria

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Konagaderra and nearby locations:

  • ClareAliceMurph Clare Murphy (@ClareAliceMurph) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

After 45 minutes, the only option to fix an unusable @iPrimusAU connection is to switch to a Huawei modem 🚫 or pay a $181 early disconnection fee. Technician trying to tell me that it’s my building that’s the problem, yet my new @Telstra connection has been working just fine 🤔

  • lukasm Luke Meehan (@lukasm) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra They said two things: 1) they were the highest management I could speak to about my complaint. 2) I would get an email summary of what happened. I reckon number 1 is a lie and I know number 2 is a lie

  • dwilliamson931 David Williamson (@dwilliamson931) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I had my mobile with Telstra but had reception issues at my house as it's an old tower the network uses. They wanted to install an antenna at my cost. I changed to Optus and no problems

@Telstra 4G In TULLAMARINE is Very slow sometimes switching to 3G, Speedtest was at 21.2

  • paulieferrari Paulie Ferrari (@paulieferrari) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra So being told by your colleagues tonight that there is in fact NO case manager assigned to this complaint. A simple callback to get an update is not boding well!

  • anothermedalmum Maggi (@anothermedalmum) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Optus your customer service sucks... nearly getting as bad as @Telstra and that takes some beating....

  • TonySheahan Tony Sheahan (@TonySheahan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I’m sure I speak on behalf of many Australian @Telstra customers when I say they’re customer service is an absolute disgrace. I don’t know what @andy_penn & his team are telling the off shore workers but it’s clearly a concern. Telstra’s rating should be that of 0 these days

  • dwilliamson931 David Williamson (@dwilliamson931) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

So Telstra had another internet outage. Perhaps it's time they employed more people instead of sacking over 2000 which the sharemarket applauded. As a shareholder in them I'd sooner see better customer service then higher dividends

  • JoshDWanless _|øš|-| \/\/@ñł£šś (@JoshDWanless) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra seriously you’re an absolute joke of a companythis is the third night in a row my internet has been down and then on top of that you’ve got to pay to enable port forwarding

  • OliverNunis Oliver (@OliverNunis) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra After 6 calls, and promises after each of them a case manager would contact me within 48 hours, over the course of 3 months; I have now been on hold for a further 2 hours trying to get your billing mistake resolved. The worse customer service in Australia!

  • scruffymatt42 Matt Sutton (@scruffymatt42) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @AussiSassyGob Telstra are the worst.

  • JoshDWanless _|øš|-| \/\/@ñł£šś (@JoshDWanless) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra your solution of having a 4G sim in your routers for when the internet down is completely redundant when it runs at 1mb/s

  • mike_caridi Michael Caridi (@mike_caridi) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra I really need to speak to someone in Australia that can help me with billing and account issues. It’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t get this fixed. Contact centre is telling me this is impossible. No onshore contract exists. Surely you can help.

  • tertius_keen Mark Randall (@tertius_keen) reported

@Telstra No, why bother you have the reference number, I contract you for a service and you want me to do the work. You should be so far up the NBN they should not know whether they are Arthur or Martha. Typical I couldn't give a .... seen in corporate Australia.

  • anthonyaa92 Anthony (@anthonyaa92) reported

@jamesdeane21 @Telstra Not good enough @Telstra this is very poor customer service

  • kevinjdewit Kevin de Wit (@kevinjdewit) reported

@Telstra It seems the mobile service in my area 3810 went down on the 4th and won't be fixed until Tues 8th. Do you not see how dangerous this is when people only have mobile phones and no longer have house phones. God help me if I need an ambulance or my kids need me urgently.

  • SirWooff_ SirWooff (@SirWooff_) reported

  • Joshoutofideas Joshaaye (@Joshoutofideas) reported

@rowey_au @OzzieOCE When I worked at Optus, I had people come in every day with reception issues with Telstra. The more remote you are, the better choice telstra is. In cities though, they can be unreliable.

  • Nicchamberlain Nic Chamberlain (@Nicchamberlain) reported

@iiNet You are as bad as Telstra, that’s the best description of your customer service

  • yma6rocks Sam (@yma6rocks) reported

Omg @Telstra, its been 2 weeks and you guys still haven’t fixed a cut phone line in my street!! You guys keep pushing back the fix time date and that’s a joke!! I hope no one needs to call 000 because they can’t.

  • SirWooff_ SirWooff (@SirWooff_) reported

@Telstra bro this is ******* twitter i dont need to know your name your internet is just bad and theres nothing you can do about it

  • RussellEgan Russell Egan (@RussellEgan) reported

@PaulinePoulter Privatisation is where a publicly owned asset is sold off to the private sector. Refer Telstra, Commonwealth Bank, QANTAS. #agedcare has never been publicly owned and operated. Prior to the 1970s, the govt was not even involved in funding and regulating.
