After a brief review of the 2022 Vodafone Annual Report, profit is booming! This recent price increase is a revenue raising exercise! @VodafoneAU ü are definitely in trouble tonight when I am home & able to call ü. Ü must think we are stupid!? NO!

Not happy with @VodafoneAU - rcvd an email indicating a price increase. My 3 plans will increase by $5 each & include an additional 40gb of data ie $180 extra per year! None of this is logica! Especially as we are on unlimited data plans. Tonight, ü are in trouble Vodafone!

Why did I just spend 30 minutes with a customer rep from @VodafoneAU only to find out that works are happens that aren’t listed on their website. It’s getting back 2009 level of bullshit

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU I have been a loyal customer for the better part of 20 years. I have always paid my bill on time. I deserve better.

@VodafoneAU Total negligent response Ordered a Pixel 7 pro on a Black Friday Sale(3 months back) and was charged twice. For which one of them was supposed to be a direct debit and the other was charged out of my account making overdrawn. No Proper response from customer service

@VodafoneAU there is very bad connectivity on nbn at my home network. As it’s not showing any network outage, I am really struggling on how to fix it as your chat portal is not very helpful

  • Melb468 MelbInnerCity (@Melb468) reported

@aHam_Vagabond @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU Same here… received an email from iinet stating NBNco is investigating an outage but on NBN co’s website ‘no NBN network outage detected’ for our property. Confirmed by iiNet support about the NBNCo issue aswell.

@VodafoneAU what’s the deal with losing my phone, then me spending a day driving around to find it, promising me $200 off, then saying “it never happened”. You have the phone recording. Blatant bait and switch to stop me from cancelling the whole contract. @acccgovau needs this.
