@VodafoneAU there is very bad connectivity on nbn at my home network. As it’s not showing any network outage, I am really struggling on how to fix it as your chat portal is not very helpful

  • Mr_NobodY_0101 Mr Nobody (@Mr_NobodY_0101) reported

@VodafoneAU Any issues with your NBN DNS server ? seems to get lots of DNS related slowdown for last few days, specially with Google domains.

Having an Aldi Mobile SIM card was not on my Australia Bingo Card - but here we are. First time I’ve had 4G since I’ve been here though, so hopefully it’ll continue. Ye old @VOXI_UK connected to @VodafoneAU and my signal was abysmal and 3G was dire 🥲

  • KimMalamute Kim Ann Malamute (@KimMalamute) reported

Not happy with @VodafoneAU - rcvd an email indicating a price increase. My 3 plans will increase by $5 each & include an additional 40gb of data ie $180 extra per year! None of this is logica! Especially as we are on unlimited data plans. Tonight, ü are in trouble Vodafone!

  • thosebaby Adam Thoseby (@thosebaby) reported

@VodafoneAU what’s the deal with losing my phone, then me spending a day driving around to find it, promising me $200 off, then saying “it never happened”. You have the phone recording. Blatant bait and switch to stop me from cancelling the whole contract. @acccgovau needs this.

  • BoyTupu HotBoyTupu (@BoyTupu) reported

Two seconds of research shows @VodafoneAU your profits are up. Why send a fraudulent email saying you need to increase phone bills because you can no longer absorb rising expenses? Absolute horse **** just called and payed off my plan to switch to another telco #bye

  • MrsBoogooloo Mrs Boogooloo Watts (fka radhikar) 🇫🇯🇳🇿🇦🇺 (@MrsBoogooloo) reported

@tarla_lambert @VodafoneAU They're TPG and there's a shared network access deal on the table with Telstra to improve coverage and piss off all the carriers

  • brazenglobe brazenglobe.com (@brazenglobe) reported

Dear @VodafoneAU I am too terrified to blink during a phone call for the fear it is going to drop out. What is going on with your network in Newtown?

  • 350account Sam Arwas (@350account) reported

@VodafoneAU Melbourne CBD, mobile network not working at all, multiple down detector sites reporting problems with Vodafone network in Melbourne. Can we get a public statement?
