Going to track down all the upper management at @VodafoneAU on LinkedIn when I get a chance and tell them how ******* useless they are. This isn't on the social media team. They don't make decisions.

  • sherrymogul Shaheryar Zafar (@sherrymogul) reported

@Vodafoneau seems like the time has come, to change the vodafone, it's not working at all even in city. Whats the point of paying for services.

  • gregorylazarus Greg (@gregorylazarus) reported

@VodafoneAU very disappointed with Vodafone, on holiday in USA with no coverage. Vodafone acknowledge the issue yet insist on charging. Tried in vain to resolve with no success!

  • Haydsie Hayden Bradbury (@Haydsie) reported

@VodafoneAU I am extremely embarrassed that I have to resort to publically shaming your companies horrific customer service on the internet for you to bother with assisting me to finalise my account. I just want to end the pain for both parties.

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU I've been searching your website for a way to submit a contact form to ask a question to your support team. All I get is unhelpful articles. How can a customer get in touch with an actual person please?

  • sola187_ so.la (@sola187_) reported

@VodafoneAU I have no phone signal like usual, kind of want a refund tbh because I've been a customer for years and never have good coverage. Also, I don't think I'm going to pay my bill this month, or any month until I can actually use what I'm paying for. I hope that's okay x

@VodafoneAU I want to purchase an additional booster data but your call center is forcing me to buy a plan I do not want, they can barely understand English and it’s leaving me frustrated without any help. My app doesn’t display the available booster I want can you help me please

@VodafoneAU I'm sorry, but your phone recorded message prompt sound terrible and the worst I have ever experienced.

@VodafoneAU my friend visiting the UK visited your store here to get a local SIM and ask about billing and they appear to have deleted her E-SIM???? How can she contact you to fix this? She’s now stranded, locked out of her AUS banking alerts too.
