    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneGroup what's the issue in Adelaide SA? NO NETWORK FOR OVER 7 HOURS AND AS USUAL NO COMMS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OWNING YOU HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEMS! This is all I see 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 #VodafoneAU

    @Telstra A roaming day pass does cover NZ !! Youhave no idea what you are talking about and I cannot believe you are employed in customer service. Will be changing to @VodafoneAU when I return home

    Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?

    @VodafoneAU And, of course, @VodafoneAU is claiming they have to wait 24hrs for my "service number" to change before I can get the FTTP I requested 2 weeks ago. @NBN_Australia says it hasn't received a modification request. Today or 2 weeks ago. Time for the ombudsman.
