C (@coryidau) reportedJust tried to call @VodafoneAU to find out why my SIM card flicked between No Service and SOS and intermittently on 5G. AOR 4 Life 🎹⚡💫🇳🇿 (@aor4life) reported@eevblog @VodafoneAU 1.5mb is the maximum. Doesn't mean that you'll hit it each and every session. Bad deal. Don't be fooled by Starlink either. It's a heavily over-subscribed service now, and you'll get dropouts often.

Sarah (@Saritabegood) reported@VodafoneAU part 3. Voda said they sent link to my Spanish number. Nothing received. My account will permanently be deleted by 7th May 2026! This is absolutely unacceptable! Team members saying they had all notes on system, lies, had to explain all details every time. Bad service

Ryan Emery (@ryanremery) reportedSigned up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

C (@coryidau) reported@VodafoneAU The Vodafone website now says that some customers are experiencing intermittent network issues . I’d say it’s a pretty bloody big issue if my SIM card didn’t even recognise I had a service with Vodafone.

Sarah (@Saritabegood) reported@VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.
