    @VodafoneAU I pre ordered the Pixel 6 Pro on release day and after a technical issue my order wasn't submitted until the next day resulting in my shipping date to be pushed to 29/1, until I check again today and see it has been pushed to 11/12. How do I cancel my order with you?

    @VodafoneAU 3 hours of asking for help and Vodafone representatives say they are going to help and then…….they disappear I’ve DM you just like you asked. For what?? So you can continue to ignore me

    @VodafoneAU Tried all that. There is a problem with Vodafone’s modem/nbn connection. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t work so we are disconnecting and going back to our previous provider. It’s a shame, because Vodafone’s customer service is very good.
