    @VodafoneAU Hey! I've been waiting for at least 20 mins for someone to pick up the phone in your call center. Maybe twitter can help - I recently got a nbn service and it was supposed to activate yesterday. However I am still only getting the 4G backup what can i do????

    @VodafoneAU recharge app has turned to ****. Used to be easy and effective. Now, it sends you in a constant loop - ends up being easier to ring 1511, telling the recorded msg to **** off a few times, and it finally ends ends up recognising yr no. and proceeds!

    @Tezamondo @VodafoneAU shouldn't have signed up to them for internet and accept their ****** 4G backup router that doesn't work that I'll have to pay for if I leave before 12 months

    @VodafoneAU all I can say is what a joke your customer service and service has become. After 19 years with you guys and I am now done after today. 45 minutes on the phone to get no where!

    @vodafoneAu my home NBN has kicked into "backup 4G" mode and I'm in a black spot with very poor mobile reception. Can't get my work done. Any idea how long this will be? I've tried the usual turn them on and off again.

    @VodafoneAU I am an extremely upset customer who has been cheated by Vodafone in spite of being their customer for more than 5 years. Extremely pathetic customer service. Please disconnect all my services 2 mobiles and an NBN. Cheater !!

    @VodafoneAU give Girish (probably not spelling his name right) in tech support a raise. Answered my questions fully, gave me workable solutions to help in the interim, arranged a credit to my account because of the inconvenience. Legendary.
