@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneAU you have really pathetic customer care service. After ordering an IPhone , still struggling with your customer care for last 2 months. Definitely not recommend Vodafone to anyone in OZ

  • SpudontheTracks Andrew Tate (@SpudontheTracks) reported

Living a mere 5kms out of Warrnambool and @VodafoneAU is as good as useless. The @Telstra line is not much better - and they couldn’t fix my blackspot in bloody Fitzroy!!! Past time the feds of @auspol fixed appalling neglect of regional telecommunication!

  • spindlemee spindlemee (@spindlemee) reported

@VodafoneAU called up to ask about why my mobile internet wasn't working. I was told our techs are working on upgrading our systems in your area. According to your schedule, it's done... it's still ****. At least your crap coverage is consistent.

  • sam_potts Sam Potts (@sam_potts) reported

@VodafoneAU I don't think there's anything specific to me that would necessitate that. The login process is a terrible experience, particularly on mobile, and needs reworking (or just reverting to how it was before!). Please give that feedback to the team that needs to hear it.

@VodafoneAU when you will fix vodafone app on iphone ? Thousands of bad reviews, the app is broken mate

  • sam_potts Sam Potts (@sam_potts) reported

@VodafoneAU Please go back to a simple username and password login and allow it to "remember me". This new login via SMS is a pain and seems to kick me out after a few minutes. It's horrible UX, please give that feedback to whoever needs to hear it.

Cherry on top, get this. I’ve tried cancelling an order about 5x for the past week. Been told everytime it has been cancelled. Guesd what. STILL NOT CANCELLED. @VodafoneAU you guys are failing me so bad rn.

  • crblburak Burak (@crblburak) reported

@VodafoneAU this is the worst experience i have ever had with any cellular provider. No ****** internet connection in every day!!!

  • myownthememusic outside the frame (@myownthememusic) reported

@VodafoneAU disappointed to find i’m still being charged for a payg sim i got in june 2022. i was in australia for my mums funeral. i was there for 2 weeks. this seems like a contract, not a payg. i would have never signed up for this. i have been tricked & ripped off. i’m livid

  • HalfGuardPrince John Luhr (@HalfGuardPrince) reported

@VodafoneAU You say that in public but once you get me into a private phone call or chat your support team insists the only way to increase my data is to sign up to a 36 month contract with a device I don’t want.
