    @VodafoneAU enduring a kafkaesque circular virtual tour of your offshore call centres today and the treatment I received, both the original issue and my attempt to rectify it lead me to the conclusion to reward me for nearly 20 years loyalty you say f$&k you sucker Gross 🤮

    @VodafoneAU getting no network service for about 3 days now. Spoke to cutomer service, they said the network was down and they have had a lot of similar complaints. On Friday, told will be fixed by Saturday. Still no network on Sunday.

    I love how @VodafoneAU responds quickly when people complain about poor service quality but when you complain about putting up a bill they are no where to be seen #vodafone #vodafail

    @VodafoneAU Thank you; yes. Sadly, the guy who attempted to help me was not very communicative with what he was doing. He dismissed my observations, didn't really listen to what I had told him I had done, and 8n trying to understand the issue, changed some of my phone's settings.

    @TPG_Telecom/@VodafoneAU 5G network is the slowest in australia It should not be called 5G , maybe they should call it 4G+

    @VodafoneAU need some help. Just transferred sim to esim and now can’t make calls even on 1555
