    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneGroup what's the issue in Adelaide SA? NO NETWORK FOR OVER 7 HOURS AND AS USUAL NO COMMS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OWNING YOU HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEMS! This is all I see 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 #VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU We are Vodafone's customers from last 12-13 years, i have been using the service way before you bought 3. Recently we were told to leave if we're not happy with what's on offer and go to @Optus because they provide better deal and you can not match.

    @VodafoneAU worst customer experience. Trying to get phone unblocked for work use. Bill is overdue due to rising living costs. No empathy or help from customer service team. Just sorry can’t help you because you recently asked for an extension. Cant wait to close account.
