    Been a long time customer of @VodafoneAU but since they’ve forced us to just use their app to login, it’s been a frustrating experience. The app is so buggy and I can’t even access all the numbers on my plan.. time to move on and find another provider 😪

    @VodafoneAU Hi guys,not sure if your coverage map is having an issue but I’ve noticed that 5G coverage for iPhone 13/14 is patchy but if u select a samsung 5G device (say the budget A13) coverage is way better. confused as the iPhone can connect to more bands. Is the map correct)

    @VodafoneAU Now i go to the vodafone store and thy give me the same reason it’s not in there hands n thy can’t gve ny report… and theres no limit on ur account.. I mean wtf…how can an account with two sims can’t even get 2 devices..

    @KimberlyNissen @VodafoneAU I'm doing the same @VodafoneAU. Your app never works and you have to reinstall for it to work. On top of that, the SMS link only works on the in-message browser and doesn't work when you try to open in another browser. It's a huge hassle to pay your bills or to live chat someone.

    @VodafoneAU would like to compliment that you guys have better customer service than Telstra @Telstra you guys really need to improve on your customer service. Sad you're the Australia's largest provider but don't have friendly staff in store and over the phone. They sound dead

    @VodafoneAU your android app sucks. How can I need an SMS link every time to login event though I've said to use fingerprint? Oh and now it's locked me out of acct in the middle of chat with call centre re new plan... #FAIL
