    After the flood here our NBN connection drowned. Was worried how I was going to keep working this week having already chewed through both of my phones' data plans, called @VodafoneAU and the nice man solved all my problems for only $8 a month extra. My child can play games again!

    I reckon 90% of the time, message I send on my phone, aren't received to who I send it to. My service also seems to be getting worse with @Optus. Still locked in for about 9 months. Will certainly be looking at @Telstra or @VodafoneAU next.

    @dcwhatwhat @VodafoneAU Chasing the hype but unfortunately the infrastructure is not ready yet. I don’t like username/password login from security perspective but it’s still the best method in term of UX and familiarity for an end user.

    Hi @vodafoneau Are you able to confirm connectivity issues in the Brisbane area as a result of the floods? My normally 5G reception is barely registering 2 bars of 4G on a new Fold 3, but haven't heard of any flood impacts to service.

    @daniel_nguyenx @VodafoneAU It makes no sense for a mobile phone provider & users that roam. If their email system doesn't work (which it doesn't) and I can't receive an SMS, then I'm locked out. With username/pass + App 2FA, I can still access my account.

    Am I in the minority when I think the new @VodafoneAU login system is 10 steps backward? Why would you remove a tried & tested user/pass system in favour of a 'send me a link' and having to rely on your internal systems not breaking. Which clearly don't work.

    With NBN wifi networks down across the Northern Rivers would @Telstra @VodafoneAU @Optus make mobile data free in the coming weeks until service is restored?

    @VodafoneAU , There is no mobile network in Paddington (QLD 4064) since 28th Feb. Is there any ETA on when will it fixed? Not sure why only Vodafone is affected, Telstra and Optus are working without any issues.
