@VodafoneAU We switched FTTP NBN to Voda as part of a bundle from another TPG-owned provider over a week ago. In this time our ~95mbps connection has slipped to between 30-60mbps most of the time. Are some speed test websites better than others or is there possibly an issue?

@optus @Telstra @VodafoneAU etc why do you ask #customers and former customers to fill out surveys, when you know nothing well be done as I was asked to fill out several surveys when I suggested improving Optus poor #customerservice but nothing was done as it got worse

@VodafoneAU So when I have a grouped data pool and explicitly say do not limit my speed and im guaranteed that it won't be you have removed my data pool and speed limited my service. Thanks for acknowledging 20 years of me being a customer by making me look elsewhere

@VodafoneAU Hey guys. So as a follow up, after a couple more days of speeds getting as low as 8mbps (!), yesterday and today so far I’m back up to the 90-100mbps expected. Unsure what the issue was but hopefully just a temporary blip that fixed itself!

@7Cricket @VodafoneAU Vodafone's new ad campaign confuses the **** out of me. Is it supposed to be GoT related? I don't get it. I don't want to rule anything just give me decent service.
