Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

.@VodafoneAU service has been coming and going like fashion trends in Brisbane today. I'm bearing with it, but it does get annoying, to be honest. #VodafoneDown

@eatmeetswest @AnneZanchetta @VodafoneAU While this outage is bad, consumers (that's us) should have contingencies. Not having a landline is fine if you're house sharing (except when you need to call the fire brigade and you can't find your phone) but running a business without a landline is fly-by-seat-of-pants-esk.

WTF @VodafoneAU Adelaide network is 3G at best, what’s going on?

@AnneZanchetta @VodafoneAU I can tell you now, no ISP is going to give you an ETA esp when it's a national outage. It must be working for you now though as you are on Twitter. I know my 3G isn't working at all but I do use NBN via Voda which seems to be perfectly fine.

Hey @VodafoneAU next time there’s an outage how about pushing out a text to customers ? If you can’t access the internet how can you know what’s going on ? Just a thought #Vodafonedown

@VodafoneAU Why on earth don't you send a text out to your customers when there's a technical problem?? You wouldn't get thousands of calls asking if there's a problem and I wouldn't have to waste 35 minutes trying to get through to ask!!

@VodafoneAU You absolute phony bastards. I hope you don't plan on getting a great reception once you're back up and running. @Telstra towers over you with service. Your technician screening process must be terrible. 5g gave me a 6th toe and obviously didn't help your service
