@VodafoneAU Highly unsatisfying. Completely wrecked from frustrating hours long "live chat". App kept packing up. Countless people. Never again. Might take you up on your offer later. Thank you. 😭

Okay but @VodafoneAU customer service on the app is incredible so excited for the iPhone 13 Pro 🤤🤤

Hey @VodafoneAU, if you’re going to SMS spam me trying to get the new iPhone, at least give me a way to opt out so I never have to see this **** ever again.

@VodafoneAU Day 4 without Vodafone mobile service in the mid-Blue Mountains. This really is pretty crappy service especially for those working from home. When can we expect compensation? @bmgazette

  • paulipaulyk Paul K (@paulipaulyk) reported

@VodafoneAU Is MyVodafone down? My wife has tried to register for it and it keeps telling her that the password is incorrect. Surely it can’t be this difficult?

  • occamsshotglass occamsshotglass (@occamsshotglass) reported

@VodafoneAU If you know how important it is why are there so many unplanned outages? Surely you learn from problems so they aren't repeated. Mobile issue not NBN in this case. Maybe spend less money appearing to care and more fixing the issues.

  • micky6006 Micky (@micky6006) reported

@VodafoneAU totally waste of money specially these days.I’ve been with Vodafone for 6 yeas. But now i had enough. No customer service! You can’t contact customer care and can’t log in to my Vodafone too. Zero recommendations.

  • steviecooper Stevie Cooper (@steviecooper) reported

@VodafoneAU hey, new iPhone 13 arrived. Can’t activate the service without a SIM card. I selected eSIM. What’s up with that?
