You cannot apply unfair terms and conditions to any contract under Australian consumer law @VodafoneAU You must comply with all parts of Australian consumer law, you cannot opt out. You sold me this device knowing you are oversubscribed. You misled me about your network state.

@3bsBruce @SydGuy78 Process was simple as with @VodafoneAU - on the new iPhone just went to settings > mobile > add eSIM from nearby phone - took a few minutes😳😳 Surprised the others are having such a hard time. You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.

@VodafoneAU having a bit of difficulty as I can't log into my vodafone since I'm in Canada and can't get onto the network to receive SMS. And I can't install the app to chat since my store region is set to Canada... Anything you can do to assist?

Calling @VodafoneAU and it offers to schedule me a callback if I press aaaaaaaay I have absolutely no idea what number they meant. It wasn’t 1. It wasn’t 2 and it wasn’t 8. This has got to be the worst phone company in Australia.
