Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

@VodafoneAU Hi vodafone I am hoping customers receive some form of compensation for having no service at all for an entire day. I have been unable to transfer money through my internet banking to purchase food. My phone was not even making calls.

@VodafoneAU Terrible service today. Also @Menulog u guys shud seek compensation from Vodafone. Was going to make a large order but now making other arrangements as u guy's can't deliver thnx to Voda. Curious to see what your loss is as most other customers cancel their orders.

Went on my lunch break, ordered food but couldn't pay because @VodafoneAU was down and I didn't have cash or my card on me. The good people @SUBWAY let me have my food and asked to come back and pay later.
