    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU part 3. Voda said they sent link to my Spanish number. Nothing received. My account will permanently be deleted by 7th May 2026! This is absolutely unacceptable! Team members saying they had all notes on system, lies, had to explain all details every time. Bad service

    @maxxthum I use @VodafoneAU. Lot of stretches like rail route near Clifton Hill, Merri, Rush all are absolute 0 internet zones. Even in my office just opposite to Southern Cross I can't get a good speed to perform normal tasks. Near RMIT Bundoora, a busy area, again it's bad
