    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @VodafoneAU Great service, your customer service website “doesn’t recognise “ my account…….yet I get 7 text messages every month telling me that the same amount of money is coming out of my account every single month, every month 7-8 times, now look at all my coverage on VODAFONE?? Please EXPLAIN!!

    @VodafoneAU What is going on with Call of Duty servers the past 2 weeks? Beforehand it was 20-30 ping, now its a minimum of 120? Spoken to others with the same issue, only solution has been changing ISP’s?

    @VodafoneAU I’m overseas on holiday and need to transfer my sSim to a new iPhone. It has been 72 hours since I filled out the appropriate identification forms but no response. Call centre and online chat not helping. Can someone help me please?

    @VodafoneAU This has been going on for hours now. Cannot login to multiple work or personal sites/functions due to 2 step authentication texts not being received. Any indication of how long we will not be able to send or receive SMS?

    @VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. But honestly, I’ve been hearing the same message since 4th of June, and no one has contacted me to fix the issue. I'm really sorry, but at this point, I can’t trust Vodafone or the Vodafone team anymore. Too many promises, no action.

    Just tried to call @VodafoneAU to find out why my SIM card flicked between No Service and SOS and intermittently on 5G. I tried to call and it from an Optus network phone and the message, "Optus wishes to advise that the number you have called is not connected". That number, the Vodafone Australia 1300 number
