    @VodafoneAU That’s not good enough. People are working from home more than ever, and I’m having to use a mobile hotspot to get anything done. There needs to be a better way to schedule this. AND to compensate your clients for lost service and lost working hours as a result.

    Kingston in Australias Capital City must have the worst cellphone reception. Unable to make or receive calls. That’s not something one can expect or tolerate in a nations capital! @Optus @VodafoneAU @Telstra Do better!

    @angharadyeo @VodafoneAU Back when living in Australia I had the same problem with Vodafone… For years… I also spent hours trying to rectify said situation… Ultimately I gave up on them and switched to another telco…

    @turna23 @VodafoneAU but 5 months is a long time for the problem to persist, and yes - if they can't sort it out properly then perhaps i will move providers. but claiming i have stockholm syndrome for communicating what is quite a balanced (good and bad) experience with voda is v strange of you
