It's sad to experience poor customer service. This year's award goes to Christian at @VodafoneAU Chadstone.
-
Peter Horovitz (@Horror1403) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@VodafoneAU is there a network problem. Can’t make calls. SOS only
-
Obi-Wan Gaynobi 🔜 #PAXAus (@jono_hayward) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@mrgnarchr @VodafoneAU I doubt they would. Sounds like something customer support would say to appease angry customers. The truly sad part is they probably have plenty who would demand someone get fired over it.

Baethan Mullen (@BaethanEnergy) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra That I (and every other Telstra customer at the game) experiences congestion is self evident. My question was why the so-called “premium” network seems to have the worst experience of this. Other networks (@Optus and even @VodafoneAU) are more useable at these events.
-
Sandesh (@lovyuloads) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@skybus_aus has probably got the shittiest free WiFi. You guys might need to think over providing a decent service for your customers at all times. Also, @VodafoneAU leading the race among the worst WiFi providers in Australia. #WiFi

Douglas Maciente (@douglasmaciente) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@VodafoneAU I’ve charged my pre paid plan today and the internet is not working. I’ve trying to fix it for more than 1 hours in the chat and it was unsuccessful, and the chat became instantly offline

Dr Paul Harrison (@IAmPaulHarrison) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
Although my understanding is that’s it’s an NBN outage, not a @VodafoneAU outage. So there’s not a lot they can do other than tell me there’s an outage. Which they did. Now back to my original request...
-
Sandesh (@lovyuloads) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@VodafoneAU claims to have the best 4G network within & around the Melbourne CBD. Probably the best shittiest. Took me hours to load a page on Facebook. 😒
-
KunwarAlok (@aloktg) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
I have not seen mobile network as bad as @VodafoneAU and the charges are just too much.. no value for money
-
Peter Horovitz (@Horror1403) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@VodafoneAU Don’t worry. It’s my phone. Not your network
-
Shaun (@Sbarry86) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@jbugs14 @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU I am with Vodafone for my mobile. I don’t like them and the service isn’t good and they are just shit. Home internet with Telstra and gog fully converted to NBN so far so good
-
Shaun (@Sbarry86) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@jbugs14 @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU Well then that’s poor service by NBN
-
Paul Maric (@PaulMaric) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@glipschitz @trevorlong @Telstra @VodafoneAU That’s the problem. I’m occasionally in the middle of nowhere and need to be available for calls and data. If I didn’t have that work requirement I wouldn’t bother.
-
💧Miss Moo (@miss_moo) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Dear @VodafoneAU . I am relatively happy with your service. Mainly because I'm living in a city and the coverage is decent and the deal is good. However, I'll be moving back to #Cooktown at some point in time and you have no service up that way. Can you point me to...

@VodafoneAU I’ve been waiting for like 10 mins, and the second my partner walks in he’s asked if he needs any help...” SA: “oh ok, sorry about that, I genuinely didn’t know who was here first...what can I help you with” Me: *smh* *explains why I’m there* SA: “ok cool. And about before >
-
Vineeth Reddy Gangula (@Ga8Reddy) reported
@VodafoneAU Thanks and thats what a services provider must have a good customer service.
-
Feej (@PeterIacono) reported
Probably a dumb question @VodafoneAU, but if I'm on a plan that includes a handset, can I take my phone service to another carrier and just be billed monthly for handset repayments only? I wouldn't think this to be a problem, right?
-
🖤Rachel🖤 (@Rachel_Organa) reported
@VodafoneAU In before people ask; I stood in the store for like 5-10 mins waiting for a sales person to serve me (aha), nothing. The SECOND my (male) partner walks in, a (male) sales person scurries over & asks if he needs help. As he was saying “no,” another (male) sales assistant >

@VodafoneAU do you even service South Australia? Haven't had any reception north of Port Augusta or since 450kms ago
-
Stephen Scott (@stephenaxlscott) reported
@VodafoneAU we’re on the $59 Essential nbn plan and Zoom calls during business hours lags (audio / visual don’t match). Would an upgrade to the next tier fix the problem? If it didn’t, could we drop back to the original plan without penalty?
