    @VodafoneAU Seems the reply I sent the other day didn't send! Data problem! What I said was, it happens as soon as I leave metropolitan Melbourne. East, South West, South East, North - 2-3 bars of 4G, NOT 4G data, or sometimes any data!

    Hey @VodafoneAU, if you want me to pay the bill, you might want to fix how one logs in to My Vodafone. Every single link that was sent by SMS and e-mail was invalid.

    Hey @VodafoneAU a quick question. I'm not a customer of yours, you've taken money from my account and now your call centre won't take my calls since I'm not a customer. How do I give you the info you need to track down which customer hasn't paid you without giving you my ID?

    Holy hell. Wanted to change away from @VodafoneAU to @Telstra but the process is like having nails stabbed into my eyes! Every webpage broken, app randomly fails, rejects me as a bot. Had to give the same info for the 3rd time on the phone, one letter at a time, and they hung up!

    Telemarketers/scammers calling from overseas and pretending to be from Australia. Lying, committing fraud. @VodafoneAU you need to get a handle on this problem. This is why your network is (1) failing; and (2) nobody ever answers the phone, inc me.

    After years with @Optus am moving to @VodafoneAU! @optus dont care about maintaining good customer service!!!!!
