Ugh! @VodafoneAU customer service sucks. At 4:30pm, my wife's phone had a hardware issue. It's on plan and under warranty. I couldn't get help. My local store was probably empty, but they can't be called. I need to spend 2 hours on hold to speak to the national call centre.

hello @VodafoneAU & @NBN_Australia internet has randomly gone almost completly terrible. from 80 upload and 40 download to 20 and 1. Also says 0 outages in my area?????

@VodafoneAU I also have been with you for 6 weeks and had nothing but problems. Poor communication and structure from your end, people not doing what they said they would do, staff members not knowing how to process things. Terrible.

Counting sleeps until I can end my @VodafoneAU contract. Truly made the Covid / WFH / being locked up arrangement SO much harder than it needed to be. Dreadful service all round. Sad, especially when you've been a customer for 10+ years.

@VodafoneAU - Nobody in the retail shop, nor customer service can answer me a simple question, so I try it here: Is Vodafone planning on, to have the new Nokia devices in stock anytime soon, or will you stick to Samsung and iPhones only ? NZ has the new Nokia phones already.
