@VodafoneAU I’m still not able to text or call since mid October I’m on a unlimited plan but the system says insufficient credit & to recharge. Tech support has been jerking me around since Early November. Now I can’t even reach them as it goes directly to recharge. Help resolve

So the told me to call customer care. I’ve been on hold with them for 45 minutes now. Bloody terrible @VodafoneAU. All I want to do is receive text messages. I’ll be cancelling today. *********.
