Hi there @VodafoneAU im having an issue with diverting my service to another number. Calls constantly fail when i ring my number. I can answer the call but the caller gets a call failure. Any ideas?

@VodafoneAU I’m left without data and difficulty using my phone to call my family in Australia. Global roaming is on yet have to use others hotspot for data. Charging $5 a day for something you’re not providing! Have wasted 2 hours to get through. Getting disconnected & no help!

@VodafoneAU Yet again I have to get out of my suburb in order to get voicemails. I was told after upgrades in my area ending on 4/8 this problem would stop. It hasn’t. Look forward to hearing from you.

@VodafoneAU We are transferring our NBN HFC from iiNet to you. You stopped our old iiNet service, but then advised 1 week delay. Yet our NBN modem is already connected (4 green lights). All we need is for you to provide the PPPoE username and password. How hard can this be?

@shanelol_ @VodafoneAU Same. Just tried to pay a bill on the app, took over an hour to load and didn't even process. Tried to login to my account via web to try differently but nopeeee gotta send me to the broken app.
