    @VodafoneAU any idea what’s happening with the NBN network in the western suburbs of Adelaide. No coverage since 5pm today and I’m still expected to pay full amount. Maybe it is time for me to make a change ?

    @VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU absolutely rubbish service from @VodafoneAU. I gave my Note20 Ultra 5G 512GB for repair on 6th Sep. Week after I received call that 512GB version is not in stock and my phone will replace by 256GB which will ship in few days. (1/2)

    @VodafoneAU Rejected by Vodafone today due to credit score - how ridiculous. Once the credit team makes a decision, the Customer Service team says there is no process to review said decision.. Going to be sticking with Telstra for our mobiles.. Any one else have similar issues?

    @VodafoneAU Hi, I just had the most baffling experience ordering online. It said my order had been partially approved and to phone Vodafone. The customer service person said I had been approved a SIM but not approved a handset, which is no use to anybody! Can you please advise?
