@VodafoneAU The outage has been noted as listing from the 15th to the 24th but the service disruption have been going on for much longer. I feel like I am $90 a month just to get charged $40 extra on my phone.

@VodafoneAU Hi, thanks for replying. I have called twice. I am told this won’t be resolved until at least Jan 24. I can’t work from home and my phone is now $40 over my monthly data limit because I have nothing working at home. Very frustrated with the service. The 4G back up is not working.

You are a total rip off @VodafoneAU - my wife and I have just flown through Dubai with no warning that the $5 charge goes up to $350+ (when we were there for less than 2 hours) - poor form #Vodafone, poor #CustomerExperience and poor #communication about this! 🤬🤬 #Australia
