    @VodafoneAU worst customer experience. Trying to get phone unblocked for work use. Bill is overdue due to rising living costs. No empathy or help from customer service team. Just sorry can’t help you because you recently asked for an extension. Cant wait to close account.

    Oi @VodafoneAU what the hell is going on with these random drops? The last four or five days, literally all across Sydney Multiple people in same boat, ALL on Vodafone Fix your ****!!!

    @VodafoneAU has banned all minors from accessing their accounts, with no way to contact them or cancel your service. With their "new login" system, it asks for a date of birth, and if you're under 18, you can't access your account at all.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out
