    Randomly walked into a @VodafoneAU store and upgraded my fone. Not newsworthy in itself. The guy who served me tho, is. Totally awesome service. Stewart at Eastgardens. Big kudos #CustomerService #Recommended

    @SteveMolk @VodafoneAU @Telstra ****** @telstra slap you with a $15 late fee if the system doesn’t process your payment by the due date. Due on day-n, pay it on day>n+1 and whack. You get one waived late-fee per 12mo. Great Internet. Crap customer service.

    @VodafoneAU sick and tired of your horrible network! Can not access internet to even access emails let alone accessing a video streaming service. The heights are reached when one can’t even make an emergency call! We are approaching 2020 and your network sucks ***** in 2020 BC!

    @VodafoneAU coverage in North Rude, NSW is very bad. Mostly one or two bars. Often 3G. It used to be better and EMEA to have gotten worse recently. Be great to know cause and an ETA for a fix. Stop me from switching to another network.

    @Vodacom @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneAU They did not refuse giving a new sim specifically. I mentioned I needed network on my india number. They said they would not be able to help.

    @darker_kenneth @VodafoneAU Kenneth thanks for the advice to go outside but the problem is far bigger than just not having internet. It's not being able to call anyone, including a plumber to fix an urgent issue, that's the bigger problem. Going outside wont fix that
