One decision was made - I will never give 1c to @DodoAustralia . Rude, condescending and made me feel I was wasting their time asking questions.

I have a Visa debit card instead, it works and looks like a credit card but uses my money. I use it for everything, have some accounts linked to it for regular payments, never had any problems, never been knocked back. Highly recommended
