I have a Visa debit card instead, it works and looks like a credit card but uses my money. I use it for everything, have some accounts linked to it for regular payments, never had any problems, never been knocked back. Highly recommended

One decision was made - I will never give 1c to @DodoAustralia . Rude, condescending and made me feel I was wasting their time asking questions.

So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.
