I am very disappointed after only ever ONCE making a claim and there is nothing you can do to help and reject my claim after my phone was stolen. Vodafone sucks. #Vodafone #vodafoneboykot

One decision was made - I will never give 1c to @DodoAustralia . Rude, condescending and made me feel I was wasting their time asking questions.

So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

I have a Visa debit card instead, it works and looks like a credit card but uses my money. I use it for everything, have some accounts linked to it for regular payments, never had any problems, never been knocked back. Highly recommended

And with an incomprehensible volume of phone numbers that won’t help in the slightest. Reporting the number to scam watch will have about the same effect as removing one grain of sand from a beach.

tenty (@tenty) reported@VodafoneAU (2/2) I explained that it's only the chat inside the My Vodafone App that has the issue and he insisted that I had to have my handset looked at in-store. When I pressed him what settings need to be changed, he couldn't tell me. Any pointers?
