My handset wasn’t charged to my account in 2019 and now because this glitch has been fixed, your expecting me to pay this now? I don’t think that’s correct. It's their stuff up & now they won't allow me to get an upgrade until they work out the issue. Thanks for wasting my time and $$$

You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.
