    @mrgnarchr @VodafoneAU I doubt they would. Sounds like something customer support would say to appease angry customers. The truly sad part is they probably have plenty who would demand someone get fired over it.

    I have reported to @BelongAU service issue in porting my number from @VodafoneAU as I am not getting calls from Landline numbers but still no update on that, not sure where to escalate further. Last resort will be #TIO

    I have not seen mobile network as bad as @VodafoneAU and the charges are just too much.. no value for money

    @glipschitz @trevorlong @Telstra @VodafoneAU That’s the problem. I’m occasionally in the middle of nowhere and need to be available for calls and data. If I didn’t have that work requirement I wouldn’t bother.

    @jbugs14 @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU I am with Vodafone for my mobile. I don’t like them and the service isn’t good and they are just shit. Home internet with Telstra and gog fully converted to NBN so far so good

    @VodafoneAU claims to have the best 4G network within & around the Melbourne CBD. Probably the best shittiest. Took me hours to load a page on Facebook. 😒

    Although my understanding is that’s it’s an NBN outage, not a @VodafoneAU outage. So there’s not a lot they can do other than tell me there’s an outage. Which they did. Now back to my original request...

    @Telstra That I (and every other Telstra customer at the game) experiences congestion is self evident. My question was why the so-called “premium” network seems to have the worst experience of this. Other networks (@Optus and even @VodafoneAU) are more useable at these events.
