    @glipschitz @trevorlong @Telstra @VodafoneAU That’s the problem. I’m occasionally in the middle of nowhere and need to be available for calls and data. If I didn’t have that work requirement I wouldn’t bother.

    @VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    Was so excited to go to @VodafoneAU to switch over from stupid @Telstra and they couldn’t find my ACN on their system! Why do telcos make life so hard for customers to do business with them? Maybe @Optus can help?
