@VodafoneAU Yeh, an hour later, when the matter is urgent. And you can't even help me. Porting out of Vodafone will be the first thing we do upon getting back to Aus.

@VodafoneAU for a brief fraction of time, “My Vodafone” worked. You may of fixed the problem with the SMS login. Pity I don’t get SMS links anymore. #fail Why is your IT department so random?

@VodafoneAU Any chance you can supply a good old fashioned Melways? I have to travel across Melbourne tonight on unfamiliar roads and I can’t access my GPS on my phone due to no service! Any suggestions?

The customer experience at @VodafoneAU is equally as bad as @Optus. Need our roaming activated urgently yet there is no way to contact them except via the app (which needs an SMS to login). How stupid is that! And they won't reply via DM. 😩

@VodafoneAU If 5g internet you offer it’s going to be as slow as this ,I would like to cancel the service and get my money back . It’s would be wonderful if this can work , as I got a 5g internet at one of my businesses in another city from Optus and work great. Unfortunately not Optus here

@VodafoneAU Hi, I am a new customer trying to sign up for a Black Friday deal. I've spent 9+ hours on the phone to try and do so. Sim card arrived but service is still not connected + no one has rung me back as promised. 'Atrocious' is generous, it's more like contempt 👎👎👎

@VodafoneAU I finally managed to speak to someone who seemed to know what they were doing. He's allegedly fixed the problem. We'll see.

@VodafoneAU Your network came back online and we were able to reach people again. I didn't know if you were doing network maintenance or if the network was damaged but a colleague lost his access and the contractors we were trying to reach were all off air too

@VodafoneAU Okay however I don’t have an issue with paying the bill. I’ve paid it. The issue I have is that @VodafoneAU was sending us texts that enabled people to pay on time and avoid the $15 late fee. Now these texts don’t arrive until after the $15 has been incurred. It seems deliberate.
