  1/2 Hey @ICICIBank, @VodafoneAU is not letting me call the NRI banking number from thier network. I have raised this concern a long back with #vodafone. I explained the problem numerous time to CC people. Still no progress.

  @VodafoneAU Hi it’s Paul O A while ago whilst my daughter was with you,you overcharged her account to the tune of $1,204.46. This happened during the pandemic period,so contact with you was sparse. She did try to resolve this,but was brushed off with arrogant and abysmal service. Solution?

  @VodafoneAU your tech support for nbn sucks. Ive specifucally asked for a replacement nbn modem. A hang up and multiple requests for id and currently 25 mins on the line, i still dontnhqve my request met. Btw - my calls are recorded!

  2/2 Everytime I get the call from @VodafoneAU, they are absolutely clueless about my problem and asked to explain again. I have no way to speak to @ICICIBank. @PaulFletcherMP can you please do something here?
