    Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?

    @meganefeeney @VodafoneAU From about 11am today my phone has gone from 2 bars 3G to no bars to 1 bar to no bar etc. I’m in the same area as well. Some recognition of the issue from Vodafone would be nice but they don’t seem to want to hear a bar of it (no pun intended).

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out
