@VodafoneAU My account # is 831586520 I have been a Vodafone customer for over 7 years.

  • DarkViperAU DarkViperAU (@DarkViperAU) reported

Holy hell. Wanted to change away from @VodafoneAU to @Telstra but the process is like having nails stabbed into my eyes! Every webpage broken, app randomly fails, rejects me as a bot. Had to give the same info for the 3rd time on the phone, one letter at a time, and they hung up!

@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU In the UK Vodafone does home broadband. 1Gb Down lol

  • MargotFosterAM1 Margot Foster (@MargotFosterAM1) reported

@VodafoneAU I have been a loyal customer for a very very long time. You have not rewarded that loyalty. Not once. Yet you want me to spend 15 mins of my time to answer a survey to help you. For nothing. No plan discount. No gift. No voucher. No nothing. Loyalty has no value.

@locklogic_luke @VodafoneAU he thing that really shits me is that I actually know what the infrastucture is, @Telstra own the backhaul to Darwin, but they have not reserved enough bandwidth for their mobile services so its congested and their customer services are degraded. Zero customer focus.

  • bigyahu alan jones (he/him) (@bigyahu) reported

@NickyWill100 I’m a @VodafoneAU customer. 5 of 7 calls I received yesterday were from unknown mobile numbers; it’s crazy. But this was a legit text from Westpac after a business banking transaction I’d made from my mobile.

  • smanikandanr Manikandan Sankar (@smanikandanr) reported

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneGroup what a disrespectful, worst attitude of your customer service team and Executive Resolutions team both are not wanting to call a customer to discuss the complaint, do not want to resolute the complaint. So you’re proud of culture and service quality?

  • Cody_Reid Cody Reid 皿 (@Cody_Reid) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@VodafoneAU hey guys. I've been trying to make a call out to my family in Canada and I've had no problems up until a couple weeks ago and it hits me with a "your call couldn't be connected" message and I'm only getting around 1/2 bars of service

  • duchessdeewacho Duchess Wacho!!! (@duchessdeewacho) reported

After years with @Optus am moving to @VodafoneAU! @optus dont care about maintaining good customer service!!!!!

  • LKurovec21 Liam Kurovec (@LKurovec21) reported

@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU @Telstra If you want my advice, never try to leave a provider directly. Go directly to the new provider you want and they will do all that for you. Thats exactly what I did when moving from Vodafone to Telstra, so much easier!
