@VodafoneAU poor service and no follow up as offered when enquiring about a deceased account. Grossly suggested to "just use their phone". Perhaps train your staff in compassion and also devise a better deceased cancellation and refund policy

@cthughha @VodafoneAU Wi-Fi Calling is encrypted (at least the part over the public network is). Never fear about whoever controls the Wi-Fi hearing your call.
