@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU LiveChat operators can take their time replying, but not the customer. Apparently, their script is to say that the window is idle and you might be busy and then.....immediately disconnect. Don't bother to ask. Or wait for a reply. Your disservice is appalling.

I wasted 45 minutes on livechat @VodafoneAU with, at times, feeling like they must be on multiple 'calls' as it's taken so long only for them to ask me if i'm still here, advise me to jump back on chat if I still have questions & then disconnect me in the SAME hot minute. WTF??

@VodafoneAU Jesus Christ, why is everybody in your NBN team so bloody incompetent?! 4 days without NBN and now I'm given the usual "wait 48 hours for a fix". You didn't do anything in the previous 48 hours!
