@VodafoneAU My god... every step of every change is like pulling teeth... I have 3.. repeat 3 phone plans with you but "must have internet" for PS5... know its first world problem but my god you are just bad. Can't wait for contract to be up

Been a @VodafoneAU customer for over 12 years.. Never have I wanted to transfer my number to another provider until now.. I pay for a service that I’m not getting.. Not good enough..

@VodafoneAU It was to tell me that I'd hit 50% of my quota. With only one day before my quota resets. That's not an urgent message. It is, however, an appallingly bad customer experience.
