    @VodafoneAU Iโ€™ve been trying for 3 weeks to get the truth regarding the delivery of my new iPhone SE 2. After over an hour in chat today the Vodafone app & chat has dropped out & I am still unable to resolve. Very unhappy customer here

    @VodafoneAU when I visited a store they said my number wasnโ€™t showing up on my account and that my number wasnโ€™t active. Iโ€™ve been receiving bills and my number has been working. It was never deactivated.

    @SNelaturi @VodafoneAU I totally agree. I used to be very happy until I got ripped off big time. Sales personnel avoid disclosing details until deal closed and customer stuck in unwanted plan and accessories. Never again Vodafone!
