@VodafoneAU It’s nearly 48 hrs now with little to no 5G and the coverage is so poor your call centre staff can’t hear me when I call so I’ve been hung up on 4 times so far. This is infuriating and just shocking service.

Even though @VodafoneAU never responded to the above tweet, the proposed site was later removed from the RFNSA database. It’s a shame that it won’t proceed, as the site would’ve improved coverage to the Newcastle Mater Hospital, a location with very poor in-building coverage.

@KimberlyNissen @VodafoneAU I'm doing the same @VodafoneAU. Your app never works and you have to reinstall for it to work. On top of that, the SMS link only works on the in-message browser and doesn't work when you try to open in another browser. It's a huge hassle to pay your bills or to live chat someone.

@VodafoneAU your 5G service has been dropping in and out continuously for over 24 hours. You gave me the hard sell to switch from NBN and it’s honestly AWFUL. It may be the thing that makes me leave VF after 20 years!
