    Signed up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

    @VodafoneAU Of all the days for your SMS system to break down it had to be Friday when I need it for a confirmation text message with a number code....

    So about an hour ago someone called my @VodafoneAU number saying they just missed a call from my number, they said they just hit call back. I had not even touched my phone since before midday. With other recent issues I wonder is something is wrong with the network

    @status_is_down @VodafoneAU mobile network is always very weak along Parish Street and Harvest Street in Elara Marsden Park. Now NBN is also down in MP, and Vodafone is very unreliable.

    Was so excited to go to @VodafoneAU to switch over from stupid @Telstra and they couldn’t find my ACN on their system! Why do telcos make life so hard for customers to do business with them? Maybe @Optus can help?

    @VodafoneAU why am I having to call for the third time to speak to the third person in regards to the international minutes that I was promised - each time I have called I have been told the problem is sorted and then I get another message saying more charges have been added.

    @VodafoneAU Im also using a google pixel 7 pro and you should recall them ive read they are all faulty!!! But your to worried about your plans you signed them up on!!! And you tricked me with a $400 bonus into getting this phone you knew was full of bugs and bad chips!!! AAAARRRGGHHH!!!!!!
