    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @moosemobileau I installed new SIM card for your network switch to @VodafoneAU, you confirmed it's ready to go. Now day 3 of no service. I've emailed support, no response, I've called support number, disconnected. I can't even switch provider! I want my number back please.

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    WTF?? I recently signed up for Vodafone Internet. Nothing else has changed in my life financially and my credit score has dropped by 90 points. WTF??? Is Vodafone as reputable as a pay day loan??? @VodafoneAU
