@VodafoneAU 1300 650 410 option 3 to activate a new service and port a phone number across, correct? The IVR is saying the department is closed so I pressed option 2 for new business and have now spoken to 3 consultants and no one can get me through to the ‘Technical team’. 😵
its ridiculous that I have to disconnect wifi & reload a webpage to make @VodafoneAU switch me from the 4g tower I dont have LoS or reception for to the 3g tower I have 5 bars for to make calls. Dedicating 3g for internet usage is a **** idea if not expanding number of towers.
@VodafoneAU My WIFI at home has problems. This is the 3rd time in less than 6 months. The NBN technician was supposed to come last Thursday, didn't show up. Will be here this Thursday. If you people keep stuffing up,I will switch to @TelstraAU Telstra Australia.
@VodafoneAU What is going on in Mona Vale (2103)? I received a message that there would be outages from the 16th to the 20th, but I still cannot get a signal at all. I've been without any service for 7 days now.
@VodafoneAU Charged twice on my card & have explained in detail shared bank statements etc. on email still no action from you guys. Waiting period on customer care call 30 mins & if received it gets disconnected
Going to launch complaint against @VodafoneAU at Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) for such malpractice they follow & harass the customers!

@K_Sheldrick Having thought about this recently: - No application I have requires 5G speeds - 5G networks are still in infancy, particularly @VodafoneAU - Unwilling to pay a premium for either handset or network access - Current 5G iPhones sold in Australia don’t support both network types
