Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU Thanks for all the excuses. The upload on your network is NEVER less close to the download. Just be transparent with customers. You’ve been caught out, again.

@VodafoneAU, I can’t connect to @Zoom meetings directly without a 45 second delay over nbn or 4g but as soon as I use a VPN or an on premise zoom server, it works perfectly. Might be an issue somewhere on the network when connecting to hosted zoom instances

@VodafoneAU Also, why are the free upgrades limited to 1 per customer with Vodafone (according to the email fine print)? A friend on Telstra had his all 3 of NBN services upgraded for 6 months. One of my Vodafone NBN misses out on an upgrade 🥲 Can you have a look at this too?

@VodafoneAU First it was ‘wait 24 hours’. Then it was ‘we’ll get back to you within 2 business days’. In the end, none of the commitments you have made have been kept. TIO complaint lodged.

@VodafoneAU The only issue is that the store (appears) to have had some difficulty with activating the 4G 📶 backup SIM. Customer service stated this might take 24 hours 🤔. Hopefully this will be activated soon. 🙏

@VodafoneAU I agree with you @bagga2049er. Cannot stream netflix. Still waiting for a solution

@VodafoneAU why are several numbers rung by me on your network saying disconnected? I’ve had three today alone. I text them to let them know and they then ring me back so it’s not their numbers. The problem’s coming from my end. Look forward to hearing from you.

@VodafoneAU As mentioned above, I’ve already spoken with customer service, last night. I’m not confident that it’s going to be activated.

Hey @VodafoneAU. I cordially suggest that you terminate the idiotic marketing minion that thought your latest iPhone ad was a good idea! Also, while your at it, I suggest you find yourselves a better advertising agency. Your current one sucks!

@VodafoneAU is the NBN service down? Canberra area.
