    Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

    @VodafoneAU, what's wrong with NBN today? No service for the last three hours. In the WFH situation, internet service down is catastrophic. Service centre couldn't help and unable to help. Asked to call back in four hours, where is the network satisfaction guarantee??

    so @VodafoneAU you are chill to send messages threatening service cuts + additional fees for but the resources in the messages sent to said customers only offer immediate payment…in the midst of a pandemic - (speaking as a marketing manager) not your best mode of action

    I cannot call or receive calls and my phone service is 3g or sos constantly. Can this be resolved already @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU is your prepaid recharge system down? My mother is trying to recharge with a voucher and it keeps saying technical difficulties. She has tried to call you, but has been on hold for two hours.

    So @VodafoneAU replies to tweets asking to DM to look good, but then either doesn't reply or sends a copy/paste of a General response saying they can't help.
