Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@Mansell05 @VodafoneAU @Telstra Paul I would advise against it, moving to Vodafone. As their loyal customer over 5 years their network is so pathetic right now. I don't even get a single signal in my own home and when I am out and about, their signal keeps dropping off.Just thought i would let you know,ur call

@VodafoneAU your one-time link to login is ZERO security. Open app, request system link, enter number, click link. Logged in, no password! Please find a better way.

@VodafoneAU It’s latest Iphone, same you ask in customer care call but never fix it even refunded money three time. But still not fixed . Giving to customers that doesn’t mean it’s best network

@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU Trust me vodafone sucks in general even here in italy

  • bingewatchers1 Gandu Bai (@bingewatchers1) reported

@Mansell05 @VodafoneAU @Telstra Weird with me it's the opposite I have good connection with Telstra for my work phone and 0 for Vodafone at home and they said they can't do anything about it lol. Even in Sydney city most of the time the reception is so poor which is bizzare.

  • PeterDT82 Peter T (@PeterDT82) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU They're aware. And they don't have a fix. My app hasn't worked for 7 months and they just keep saying to use the website because they don't have any time frame for the app to be fixed. Don't waste your time DMing them.

@ScottRhodie @exetel So much outage at the moment. @VodafoneAU not doing much better..

  • paulipaulyk Paul K (@paulipaulyk) reported

@VodafoneAU Is there a customer service contact I can email regarding a consistently poor mobile data reception on my street? Would love to see a roadmap of work being done to rectify this. Been like this for a year at least.

  • bingewatchers1 Gandu Bai (@bingewatchers1) reported

@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU Sad they have gone downhill and their customer service also don't help just stick to their usual script. Shame that they have ****** reception in metro areas as well. It's like their network has travelled back in the 1900s instead of advancing

@MorgFlameGaming @DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU I'm going to try EE I think, see if they live up to what people say. Issue with my phone is it says it has 5G all the time even in the middle of nowhere but it is lying essentially
