Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU Whats the purpose of unlimited data and giving away extra Gbs of data when customers cannot use their exisiting plan s allocated data with the poor network connection?

  • chendo chendo (@chendo) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU, if you’re going to SMS spam me trying to get the new iPhone, at least give me a way to opt out so I never have to see this **** ever again.

  • domknight Dom Knight 💉🚀 (@domknight) reported

Just looking at the latest mobile plans and @Telstra and @Optus no longer seem to include any roaming data – now that we are about to be travelling again. Whereas @VodafoneAU still has that great $5 deal. Pity their network here isn’t better! Roaming has always been a total scam.

@VodafoneAU As I say, they aren't much use so far and because my internet is slow, it cancels the chat. Hence why I'm tweeting you guys

  • Omar15483569 Omar (@Omar15483569) reported

@VodafoneAU Your suggestion was a 50% discount which doesn’t solve the issue at all, am paying another 50% just a waste for SOS service.

  • ozunclefesta 💧Rev. Dr. John D'Alton (@ozunclefesta) reported

@VodafoneAU service is now terrible for many of us in Greensborough for the last 3 days, and your help line says no fix until 1 October! We all have constant dropouts, broken voices, failing SMS, how can we work from home?
