Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU @sidhu_atam Ok Vodafone, stop the generic messages pretending you don't know what the issue is and get it together. Ever since you software update to Samsung Galaxy s21 phones around a week ago, the 5g connection doesn't work. Your update over the past 48hrs has NOT fixed the issue...

When will someone PLEASE teach these folks LTV/CAC analysis. Just unbelievable you would try to scump $7.50 off an 18year customer!! $TPG.AX - things going backwards if this is the new @VodafoneAU

  • fairyfloss32 Flossy (@fairyfloss32) reported

@Optus One of the towers in the area is down. Thankfully @VodafoneAU is working! Optus is just useless!

  • Devout_Atheist_ Chaotically_Mellow (@Devout_Atheist_) reported

The new login via the @VodafoneAU app is terrible. It's impossible for me to login via the app. I have to go in via my browser. Sending a login link is just stupid. It was so easy before. A fingerprint & I was in. Now it's a whole annoying saga. If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it

  • kharsha Harsha K (@kharsha) reported

@VodafoneAU how pathetic is ur billing system…. Ur call center says that my service is cancelled but you guys keep sending me invoices

  • abroninvestor Andrew Brown (want an Aussie SEDAR/Edgar) (@abroninvestor) reported

Been a @VodafoneAU customer for 18years. Small bill issue when new plan triggered dropping out of direct debit. Charged late payment fee (obviously automated). Enquired to have it removed as @VodafoneAU problem. They try to nickel & dime me for $7.50! Supervisor training = 0.

  • andrew_mcghie Andrew McGhie (@andrew_mcghie) reported

@VodafoneAU your prepaid activation process is broken. How about a more useful message than "Something didn't go as planned."

  • real_xye xye (@real_xye) reported

@VodafoneAU @Jenntrix It’s not the issue that DM can fix, that’s your coverage problem in the northconnex tunnel! Your third world mobile network is a fking joke!

  • MenacingLachy Lachlan (@MenacingLachy) reported

@VodafoneAU Our nbn modem has had its 4g backup lights on for most of the day and aren’t turning off. Is there a way to fix this? As the speeds aren’t what I’d like for gaming while the backup lights are on

  • cblish22 Charl Lishman (@cblish22) reported

@abroninvestor @VodafoneAU Send the CEO a note. He most probably don't read it but he will have a team to look after customer complaints.
