JoshAtticus (@joshatticus) reported@VodafoneAU has banned all minors from accessing their accounts, with no way to contact them or cancel your service. With their "new login" system, it asks for a date of birth, and if you're under 18, you can't access your account at all.

Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

Reasonably Angry (@PenelopePPop) reportedSo about an hour ago someone called my @VodafoneAU number saying they just missed a call from my number, they said they just hit call back. I had not even touched my phone since before midday. With other recent issues I wonder is something is wrong with the network

rick (@DuhraR) reported@VodafoneAU why am I having to call for the third time to speak to the third person in regards to the international minutes that I was promised - each time I have called I have been told the problem is sorted and then I get another message saying more charges have been added.
