Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU Already done that, your service constantly drops out. I was moved over to Vodafone from Optus via Westnet and i reckon it was a **** move. According to your page, its a fault and will be fixed shortly. We'll see. Amazing how many faults you get compared to Optus.

  • anzacthedog Frances Cameron (@anzacthedog) reported

@VodafoneAU I’m still on hold after 20 minutes. Is there any help you can provide?

  • ArcticMoto Wayne (@ArcticMoto) reported

@VodafoneAU I don’t like the new sign in process on the app. It’s gone from an automatic 4G network sign in to a 4 step process. Horrible.

  • PeterMuttley Who was that? (@PeterMuttley) reported

@VodafoneAU I live 25ks from Brisbane CBD and cannot use Vodafone in my house, can't make or recieve calls at all, unless I go outside and halfway down the driveway. The phone I off you on plan was a dud, Google Pixel 3, and Google couldnt even fix it, but I still pay for it
