Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

Dear @vodafoneAU loyal customer for 12yrs. Try & upgrade ph/swap esim on advice of yr staff. Lose ph#! 6 days in, no call back, 4 calls later noone can help. Super frustrating having no ph. #customerfail #letdown

@swearyanthony @VodafoneAU Why should I trust that some dodgy antivirus company like, say, Symantec, to not issue certificates for Google to themselves?

@VodafoneAU My partner is trying to run her business while stuck in New Zealand. Using an esim and got a new iphone. Spent 3 days on phone to @vodafoneAU support and they cannot help. Seriously don't offer a service if you can't support it!! We have no working phone line

@VodafoneAU I have tried everything. Calls. Chats. Email. Fb messenger. Now tweeting. Failure to set up my NBN and now you cut off my back up service for a week! I can’t run my business off a phone hot spot. Very polite. No action. #frustrated.

hey @VodafoneAU a friend's vodafone router only has fast ethernet (10/100) ports so that's his @Google Mesh can use via the WAN, but he's paid for the faster connection. Google being Google, they don't seem to support a wwlan setup. I don't know mesh. What can I tell him?

@VodafoneAU Thanks guys. I think this issue is resolved... well knock on wood, there are no network issues at the moment.

@VodafoneAU ok. It's common for level 1 support engineers to not understand the difference between gigabit ethernet & fast ethernet, so I was hoping I could save him the pain of explaining it to someone. Unless you don't believe me (perish the thought!).

I spent an hour trying to explain to them that they were endangering lives and even the "specialist" @VodafoneAU 2nd level support specialist was "check your VPN, or clear cookies" when I kept saying no, this is on you. You've broken it.
