    Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

    @VodafoneAU my services have been down for 5 hours now. No information has been given by your customer service team. When will your services no longer be interrupted?? Canโ€™t call, text or access my data. Also, no service interruptions in my area so whatโ€™s going on?!

    @VodafoneAU absolutely shameful customer service. Was offers discount 3-4 months ago, it was never applied and after painful waiting time on customer service call, and being promised action (4 times) nothing happened. On last call when asked to transfer to complaints team, 1/n

    So frustrating. Ordered an @VodafoneAU sim online through @Officeworks . Sim arrives, can't activate, call support, apparently the store did something wrong or something O.O It's frustrating and I'm not even sure I understand, but that's money wasted I guess.

    @VodafoneAU Not having login issues, its the process that is flawed and stupidly designed, unfriendly to use. whoever proposed the solution should go back and think again!
