Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU very disappointed with Vodafone, on holiday in USA with no coverage. Vodafone acknowledge the issue yet insist on charging. Tried in vain to resolve with no success!

@VodafoneAU being billed for international calls despite the zone being included in my plan, rang three time and used the chat service twice now to be told it’s an error and will get fixed and it’s okay to continue making international calls to that zone and I will not be charged

@VodafoneAU Hey Voda, y'know your method of logging in sucks. When I log in on desktop, I want to stay on the desktop, not log in on my phone.

Going to track down all the upper management at @VodafoneAU on LinkedIn when I get a chance and tell them how ******* useless they are. This isn't on the social media team. They don't make decisions.

  • ozwaldcornelius Ozwald Cornelius (@ozwaldcornelius) reported

@VodafoneAU my friend visiting the UK visited your store here to get a local SIM and ask about billing and they appear to have deleted her E-SIM???? How can she contact you to fix this? She’s now stranded, locked out of her AUS banking alerts too.

@VodafoneAU between increasing my plan $10 a month and the system not letting me update my card details not overly impressed after being a customer at least 18 years
