Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU hey guys currently we use your mobile network but through third party, iiNet. They can’t offer an eSIM for iPhone 14 (we would bring our own phones). Would we b able to switch over to u guys directly (2 phones) with minimal hassle on an eSIM plan only? Cheers.

@VodafoneAU You have possibly the worst automated voice guidance thing when we call. It is impossible to talk to a human.

@mattslack @craiglewis_4 @VodafoneAU Flatemate put Vodafone Wifi in Sydney and it’s crap Matt, constant issues at high peak times. Travel anywhere outside major cities and their mobile coverage is pathetic.

@VodafoneAU 4 months of trying to get an unwanted charge removed from my bill, 4 times I've been told it's fixed. Just got my newest bill, and of course it's still got the charge. How the f do I escalate this? I want to cancel for good, I'm done with the terrible service.

@VodafoneAU My phone has been stuck on roaming and 3G for over 24 hours now. I have tried resetting all network settings, but it is still not working. This is frustrating as I need to use data to access everything, but because it's roaming it will not work.

So... I bought an iPhone 14 Pro with the Lite plan from @VodafoneAU today, and after setting up the address, they asked me to call 1300 300 404 to confirm the order. The thing is, the support person changed the delivery address to an address 8h AWAY FROM MY ADDRESS. Please Help.

Hi @VodafoneAU 👋🏻 , Could you tell me when 5G will be available again in Footscray, VIC? I know that they recently completed some maintenance in the area and others are in progress, but the page turns out to be quite ambiguous and the 5G is still not working.
