Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU serious question, are you proud of your customer service and systems? @iberroe

  • bunny_09 Jules (@bunny_09) reported

Just had the worst experience with @VodafoneAU faulty phone and they refused to look at the issue without us paying $550. What kind of awful customer service is this? What a joke #vodafail

  • peterp167 Pratik Patel (@peterp167) reported

@MitchOates @VodafoneAU Same here! Tried as a different new customer to check. The salesman lied again said will be delivered in in 2-3 days.

  • _SeeYouAtHome_ Marius D (@_SeeYouAtHome_) reported

@VodafoneAU I do block the number and I never answer an unknown number. Just haven't had so many of them in such a short amount of time.

  • xflibble Jared Quinert (@xflibble) reported

@VodafoneAU That didn't work on chrome and the app chatbot only offered to cancel my service. Perhaps it knows something :D

  • TouchLikeDeniss Saad (@TouchLikeDeniss) reported

I pay ******* 75$ a month to Vodafone just to have no sigals. @VodafoneAU wtf

  • trevorlong Trevor Long (@trevorlong) reported

@SteveMolk @VodafoneAU Yep, 100/40 is still there for those that HAD it, (I have it at the office), you shouldn't be switched "down" without being advised

  • Adam_at_Feral Adam (@Adam_at_Feral) reported

@VodafoneAU Im trying to update my CC so I can pay you. But it seems there is no way I can register for myvodafone.. not even your chat support can do it

  • Raja31Sekar Raja (@Raja31Sekar) reported

@VodafoneAU Unlimited data is not the only thing needed for gaming, you also need stable and fast internet connection, which is severely lacking with Vodafone NBN, especially in the evenings so I don't think we can even dream about gaming with your connection speeds and stability!

  • SteveMolk The Guidefather 👍🇦🇺📺 (@SteveMolk) reported

Sneaky peaky @VodafoneAU - release new NBN plans with REDUCED upload speeds (down from 40Mbps to 25Mbps). In a time when I have 3-4 people on study/work from home I cannot have a reduced upload limit like that. NOT. COOL.
