Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU You did NOT accept my DIGITAL ID which is acceptable id in nsw . It is in my service nsw app. The store told me it is not acceptable because I'm outside the store and would have to do manual paper work signing. So they won't accept it.

@VodafoneAU Understood. That makes it very hard to compare against other forms of broadband however. How do you recommend a potential customer make an informed choice?

@VodafoneAU To treat a 15 year customer like this is arrogant and discusting. To not accept my DIGITAL ID is the problem..not having a hard copy of my licence is the reason I have THE DIGITAL ID . I followed nsw covid protocol and your store staff are just RUDE.

@tommarmstrong @VinLew @VodafoneAU Porting a post paid service usually needs name, address, DOB, & account number for the losing carrier. May be worth asking VF to not allow porting for a period of time just in case that is what’s trying to happen?
