    Dear @VodafoneAU, thank you for deciding to increase the cost of my contracted monthly plan (without my consent) by saying 'hey look at us giving you extra data', when I don't come close to using the data I have, & your service is so poor I couldn't if I wanted to. Go you! 🙄🙄

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneAU worst customer experience. Trying to get phone unblocked for work use. Bill is overdue due to rising living costs. No empathy or help from customer service team. Just sorry can’t help you because you recently asked for an extension. Cant wait to close account.
