Rhi (@astro07) reported@VodafoneAU If it was just "falling back to 3g" it wouldn't be as much of an issue. This is no service whatsoever. The Vodafone store didn't know anything was wrong and just gave me a new sim card. Without wifi my phone has zero reception

Driver X (@Aus_Driver_X) reported@komisches @VodafoneAU Never said that was their fault. Just educating the people reading about how little we make. It is however embarrassing when a major network goes down for more than two hours on the busiest day of the week when people rely on it for their job.
