    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneAU getting no network service for about 3 days now. Spoke to cutomer service, they said the network was down and they have had a lot of similar complaints. On Friday, told will be fixed by Saturday. Still no network on Sunday.

    @VodafoneAU Thank you; yes. Sadly, the guy who attempted to help me was not very communicative with what he was doing. He dismissed my observations, didn't really listen to what I had told him I had done, and 8n trying to understand the issue, changed some of my phone's settings.
