    @VodafoneAU absolutely worst ever customer service. This dispute started in January and as per Vodafone resolved after 20 days that too after endless calls and emails. Now when I was overseas my bills again back to what it was before and I know this will Take ages and to solve

    @VodafoneAU part 3. Voda said they sent link to my Spanish number. Nothing received. My account will permanently be deleted by 7th May 2026! This is absolutely unacceptable! Team members saying they had all notes on system, lies, had to explain all details every time. Bad service

    @VodafoneAU Get your network sorted first !! No network to my mobile and Iā€™m on hold for the last 1 hour. There must be a hell of a lot of callers calling to complain

    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!
