@VodafoneAU Every night we have NBN and mobile outage. Tonight it was from 12:10 AM to 12:29 AM. Last night, it was around 2 AM. The night before, it was around 3 AM. Why? Do I need to get another service for redundancy for when Vodafone is down?

@VodafoneAU Hi Vodafone. My local shopping center is a known 4G blackspot. I now have a 5G phone and connected to it today, but it was very slow and then dropped to 3G followed by SOS only for about 30-45 mins. Glenelg SA. Any news on when this will improve?

2 weeks now since @VodafoneAU and @NBN_Australia disconnected my NBN without notice. Just blaming each other... Or me. Voda hold music is that John Mayer song Lockdown (Queen of California). Really feeling that customer-centric sensitivity right now #lockdownSydney

@VodafoneAU Because of a glitch in ur system. My handset wasn’t charged to my account in 2019 and now because this glitch has been fixed, your expecting me to pay this now? I don’t think that’s correct. Also, I put in a complaint and no one will call me back….sort it out!

@VodafoneAU I'll never go back to Vodafone again. Swictyw diver for less than a month and charged for 2 months plus an$8 charge for getting my own mobile # I switched over with back to my previous provider..never ever go back rip Off
