@Optus Why do telecommunications companies make it so hard to report issues? I was with @VodafoneAU for over 15 years when I moved to a location they couldn’t cover, they gave me the run around for months. Making me stand in the store on the phone for 2 hours at one point.

@Weapon_S @VodafoneAU Exactly the same here mate I even had some monkey tell me they found a console and was sending it out. Very poor customer service and incredibly misleading.

@VodafoneAU to enter my password or any details to do so.The only thing of mine is that they are connected to my hotspot and using my internet for a moment - According to them this is not the first time they have had this happen when using hotspots from other Vodafone users. - I've never
