@VodafoneAU No way. I’ve called you 10 times. Ain’t speaking to a robot and spending my time typing out the issue when I’ve reached out more than I should as a customer. next time I call is to cancel.

  • gavinnouwens Gavin Nouwens 💉💉 (@gavinnouwens) reported

@VodafoneAU I understand that @VodafoneAU, my point being thousands of your customers are saying they don't want to receive these messages. Is Vodafone legally obligated to provide this service? Is Clive Palmer's text message business more important than your thousands of other subscribers?

  • olliesblog Ollie (@olliesblog) reported

Hi, @VodafoneAU I needed the Police and called "000" multiple times. The call "couldn't connect" I had to call the police via Skype on my computer. About 30 minutes later @VodafoneAU called and said "we see you needed the emergency services, was the issue resolved?" Not happy!

  • markachow Mark Chow (@markachow) reported

@VodafoneAU Why is it so hard to sign-up to your service? I've been resolving issues every second day for two weeks now. It's like every agent is trying to cancel and re-subscribe me in order to meet some kind of sales/commission target. This has been the most frustrating experie

@VodafoneAU Better text, the reception here can be pretty poor at times.

  • andrewdrayton Andrew Drayton (@andrewdrayton) reported

About to punt my @VodafoneAU modem - sick of trying to stream things of a night. Paying for a higher plan and still getting dudded. Must be that good TPG over sell and undersupply bandwidth, absolute **** business practice.

  • kkiaara kiara svilicich (@kkiaara) reported

  • MichaelFenech1 Michael Fenech (@MichaelFenech1) reported

So here we are again - OPTUS ONCE AGAIN have works on which means my internet is F#%KED! No warning - while in lock down. @Telstra and @VodafoneAU I need home internet. Can you help out an Aussie trying to homeschool kids with a crap ISP??

  • moulicvr moulikommineni (@moulicvr) reported

Dear @VodafoneAU I took pixel 5 in plan and you didn't accept to return phone when I found it is too small for my eyes. Now my eyes are too dry, hurting and feeling too tired after 30 min usage ? I am struggling. Please help here. Fine with your service except this.

  • Firedingo Firedingo (@Firedingo) reported

And Customers could subscribe to this list. Then you could stop such messages reaching your customers and I'm pretty sure more than a few Australians would happily pay you for such a service. What about you @Telstra & @VodafoneAU? Reckon you guys could all do something here 2/2
