@VodafoneAU I just had to spend $20 to get a @boostmobile pre paid SIM card for my old phone so I can work today :( i sadly enjoyed a quiet hour before I knew something was wrong, long time loyal Vodafone customer, seriously thinking it might be time to move on :( #vodafail

I reckon 90% of the time, message I send on my phone, aren't received to who I send it to. My service also seems to be getting worse with @Optus. Still locked in for about 9 months. Will certainly be looking at @Telstra or @VodafoneAU next.

After the flood here our NBN connection drowned. Was worried how I was going to keep working this week having already chewed through both of my phones' data plans, called @VodafoneAU and the nice man solved all my problems for only $8 a month extra. My child can play games again!

@VodafoneAU can anyone assist here? Sadly a friends husband passed away late last year and she is having absolutely no luck resolving this issue with any of your tema members so far. Surely somethng can be done? 1/2
