@VodafoneAU I just had to spend $20 to get a @boostmobile pre paid SIM card for my old phone so I can work today :( i sadly enjoyed a quiet hour before I knew something was wrong, long time loyal Vodafone customer, seriously thinking it might be time to move on :( #vodafail

@VodafoneAU Done, however the real problem is that your "fraud team" didn't proactively catch it!. It should be pretty straight forward to limit customers who can spoof senders to an approved whitelist per-customer. Or look for SMSs pretending to be from banks and other institutions..

2/2 Everytime I get the call from @VodafoneAU, they are absolutely clueless about my problem and asked to explain again. I have no way to speak to @ICICIBank. @PaulFletcherMP can you please do something here?

1/2 Hey @ICICIBank, @VodafoneAU is not letting me call the NRI banking number from thier network. I have raised this concern a long back with #vodafone. I explained the problem numerous time to CC people. Still no progress.
