    @VodafoneAU I’m dropping you, your tech support refuses to acknowledge my internet is dropping. I’m getting a new IP address every time. Clearly your network is to blame but your techs only seem to care about kpis not solving my issue

    @VodafoneAU The upgrades are not enough. Congestion can be so bad, the service is unusable. It needs to be fixed.

    @VodafoneAU if you cannot provide 5G network, provide a good 4G network at least. Such a **** network 😡😡 My phone keep switching 5G 4G 2G No networ at all.

    @VodafoneAU Dear @VodafoneAU last time I mentioned this you said the policy was not going to change. I asked @troyhunt & he confirmed asking customers to recite a PIN to an unscheduled caller was bad security.
