  @VodafoneAU same outcome. Frustrating. He went away, did some stuff out the back, then spent about 15 minutes on perma-hold waiting for customer care. Gave up. I left having spent about an hour there, with no change in the functionality of my service. Very frustrating.

  @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

  @VodafoneAU Im also using a google pixel 7 pro and you should recall them ive read they are all faulty!!! But your to worried about your plans you signed them up on!!! And you tricked me with a $400 bonus into getting this phone you knew was full of bugs and bad chips!!! AAAARRRGGHHH!!!!!!
