  @VodafoneAU I have requested to please waive off my international roaming only for the period of my stay in Qatar. As I was stuck there and needed to use roaming. When I spoke to one the customer care and she confirmed that it would be one time waive off but now it’s not the case

  @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

  Here we go again @VodafoneAU Wifi not working for the second time in a week after a dodgy sales kid that LIED and said no issues if you switch with your own modem Next phone call: you need to get our modem for $0 for 48months… Always trying to trap people in to a contract ❌
