@VodafoneAU 100%. I have no issue with the process, but the service and execution of the process is lacking. Atleast let the customer know to bring it in. I would also be ofdering to deliver it in this instance #upgradeyourservice

The customer experience at @VodafoneAU is equally as bad as @Optus. Need our roaming activated urgently yet there is no way to contact them except via the app (which needs an SMS to login). How stupid is that! And they won't reply via DM. 😩

@VodafoneAU currently stuck overseas, my sim is not working so can't make a call to support. through twitter dm you got me fill out a form and wasted my time, in the end you told me to call you as if this wasn't the issue in the first place. Disgraceful customer service, oxymoron workflow!

@mr_niggle @VodafoneAU Welcome to my world. I can’t even get a new handset from this company. And they can’t even handle a complaint process either. Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life, for anyone considering this company. Avoid

@VodafoneAU I finally managed to speak to someone who seemed to know what they were doing. He's allegedly fixed the problem. We'll see.

@VodafoneAU Postcode 2043 Erskineville (Pearl St) has been experiencing inconsistent & intermittent fast/slow 4G speed in past couple of days. Sometimes very fast then suddenly extremely slow, in same location. It wasn't like this early last week. Please check.

@VodafoneAU Hi, I am a new customer trying to sign up for a Black Friday deal. I've spent 9+ hours on the phone to try and do so. Sim card arrived but service is still not connected + no one has rung me back as promised. 'Atrocious' is generous, it's more like contempt 👎👎👎

@VodafoneAU Yeh, an hour later, when the matter is urgent. And you can't even help me. Porting out of Vodafone will be the first thing we do upon getting back to Aus.
