    We have never had a @VodafoneAU account, yet our @CommBank CC just had 4 amounts taken from it, and it has been happening for months! To resolve this issue, we have to cancel the card and wait for a new one to be issued, & then chase up the money. This scam affects many,

    @CeagleChris @VodafoneAU Foxtel is the worst to deal with, unless you get the call center in Australia...and ironically the team here is the disconnections section. Optus I find hit n miss. My ISP since going over to NBN is shiphouse customer service. I’d rather watch reruns of Mind Your Language.

    @VodafoneAU your send link via email is broken takes 8-10mins but expires after 5min can't use the SMS as its for a 4G Router

    @VodafoneAU Just bring back the abilities to log in using the old method. The new login takes you to browser then send you sms to go back to browser to login. Bring back options to login within iOS app plus iOS auto fill option.
