    @VodafoneAU worst network provider in australia, been asking for help about network since three years. but still sucks average speed in 400kbps. cant beleive iam living in era of 5G. what a loot.

    @maximos62 @tuppsmiles @VodafoneAU Yes, the other telco's staff seem to be able spend adequate time to answer questions, provide information, & even help with my parents' devices, when they go on their own. It was a lockdown thing, why we went to Vodafone on that occasion. Haven't been back.

    .@VodafoneAU I’ve terminated by mobile account and abandoned my plan to set up a data only SIM for my iPad, after condescending ageist behaviour from a staff member at your Broadway outlet. More staff development needed. An official complaint also lodged. #ageism
