    Thanks @VodafoneAU for ruining my lunch plans.. went to a restaurant but couldn’t check in because I had no internet & no service to make calls. Restaurants are no longer allowed to do paper check ins so I had no choice but to leave 🤬. #vodafoneoutage

    @VodafoneAU @zhiana Then don't keep lying about the scale of the problem. Customer after customer has told you that we already know the problem is bigger than 4G blinking on/off intermittently in a couple of places. Does your customer service handbook literally tell you to stonewall us like idiots?

    The team will be have no options and us repetitive SOP which they stick to the client. As soon as It comes to the bill, @VodafoneAU will send it on time. Why dont you improve your network issues on time.
