    @KimberlyNissen @VodafoneAU I'm doing the same @VodafoneAU. Your app never works and you have to reinstall for it to work. On top of that, the SMS link only works on the in-message browser and doesn't work when you try to open in another browser. It's a huge hassle to pay your bills or to live chat someone.

    Hi there @VodafoneAU im having an issue with diverting my service to another number. Calls constantly fail when i ring my number. I can answer the call but the caller gets a call failure. Any ideas?

    @VodafoneAU your android app sucks. How can I need an SMS link every time to login event though I've said to use fingerprint? Oh and now it's locked me out of acct in the middle of chat with call centre re new plan... #FAIL

    @VodafoneAU DO NOT go with Vodafone.. I tried to disconnect service the other day online.. Cannot, I called no answer. I book call back. Thy call back and put me on hold lol Someone eventually answers from overseas. Cannot help to disconnect transfers me to someone else.

    @VodafoneAU What terrible crooked company.. 2days calling, messaging, waiting and they still wont cancel a service I cannot use.. when you pay for a new service they get it done.. cancel they wont allow it #vodafail @newscomauHQ @acccgovau #breaking #australia
