    @VodafoneAU Vodafone customer policy is to threaten customers to pay a week early or be fined. This is fraud but Vodafone doesn't care because they have government support to committ fraud

    @VodafoneAU Vodafone likes sending threatening messages to its long term customers demanding payment a week early or they will be fined.Its their new customer policy threaten their loyal customers of 20 years

    @VodafoneAU what horrible customer service! I had money in my prepaid account to keep my Australian number active (for a year , while I’m living in Europe) credit was deposited into my account and the plan active to expire May 2026. Vodafone went ahead and cancelled my number..

    @VodafoneAU Im also using a google pixel 7 pro and you should recall them ive read they are all faulty!!! But your to worried about your plans you signed them up on!!! And you tricked me with a $400 bonus into getting this phone you knew was full of bugs and bad chips!!! AAAARRRGGHHH!!!!!!

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.
