@LuiFromTheRadio @VodafoneAU Vodafone promised me all my accounts were shut down, but left a data pack open in my name (said data pack was not accessible as it was linked to my phone account, which was closed). I received no bills and couldn't log in, because again, account closed. Also ended in collections.

@LuiFromTheRadio @VodafoneAU Jesus, have you contacted the Telco ombudsman? Go straight to them. This sort of thing has gone far beyond customer service and is now affecting your credit score and future credit applications

@VodafoneAU hello. I believe there is an network issue on the metro line between epping and chatswood in Sydney. There is no reception at all, not even SOS. Was working fine last Friday, but yesterday it was not working all day. This can be very stressful #lostnetwork
