Dear @VodafoneAU for the amount of money I pay you every month for my service I’m so tired of only having 4G reception everywhere. I used to have 5G until about a week ago! What is going on.

@VodafoneAU you seriously have no idea how to look after customers. Absolutely hopeless. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work....repeatedly. My work depends on you delivering a service that I pay for, incredibly bad and disappointing. Checking Optus and Tesltra options 😞

@VodafoneAU Yeah I can’t login to do that because I need to receive an sms to do that now, and that means I can’t logon to change the SIM like I used to…. The new logon method is stupid. How do I disable it?

Hi @VodafoneAU 👋🏻 , Could you tell me when 5G will be available again in Footscray, VIC? I know that they recently completed some maintenance in the area and others are in progress, but the page turns out to be quite ambiguous and the 5G is still not working.

@VodafoneAU I have ended up with 2 plans & numbers but I only need 1 plan and my existing number. I called to cancel the superfluous plan and they said it would occur in 24-48hrs. 96hrs later & it hasn’t happened.

@VodafoneAU We have 5 numbers under Vodafone. The network has been absolutely pathetic. I called to report the issue but all they can advise is to reset mobile network. Unable to connect to the network in the CBD. We are moving to different providers.

@VodafoneAU My phone has been stuck on roaming and 3G for over 24 hours now. I have tried resetting all network settings, but it is still not working. This is frustrating as I need to use data to access everything, but because it's roaming it will not work.

of their other competitors. @amaysimAU, @Telstra, @VodafoneAU even, can port over numbers quickly (even on weekends!) so there is no reason why Optus can’t do it as well. i’ve been waiting about an hour on support (as of tweeting) and no resolution. will be updating this thread.
