  • TweetTreet Tweet Treet (@TweetTreet) reported

@VodafoneAU No shade, but is that a ‘no’, then? I get scam calls daily which I tolerate, but never before had them spoof someone else using my number - it’s a new level of concern now

  • mickworld221 @mickworld22 (@mickworld221) reported

@VodafoneAU I've signed up to nbn with 4g backup. I'm waiting for nbn to connect the line but hoping to get 4g while I wait. I get all the lights on my nbn but no internet connection. After trouble shooting 3 or 4 time with support they said should take it back to store.

  • detrasweb Detras Web Solutions (@detrasweb) reported

@VodafoneAU worst customer service that I have experienced today. Do you really care about customers or are you just making money through big talks & ads?

  • SusanGColmer1 Susan G Colmer (@SusanGColmer1) reported

@maximos62 @tuppsmiles @VodafoneAU Yes, the other telco's staff seem to be able spend adequate time to answer questions, provide information, & even help with my parents' devices, when they go on their own. It was a lockdown thing, why we went to Vodafone on that occasion. Haven't been back.

  • mickworld221 @mickworld22 (@mickworld221) reported

@VodafoneAU No.... it is so hard dealing with Vodafone nbn customers service ... I've given all the info and waiting for level 2 who apparently the normal help desk can't put me thru to

  • jasminemanak Jasmine (@jasminemanak) reported

@VodafoneAU why is your mobile network coverage in metropolitan areas only one bar?
