The true test of changing to a new Telco is when you attempt to use it while on public transport... And in this case, @VodafoneAU is absolutely garbage.

@VodafoneAU Hi, we are having problems with the network (inner west Sydney) phoned your customer service and he wanted to go through the settings on my phone.I have Android phone my partner's Apple phone are both affected Haven't had a problem for years, now only 1 bar reception.

@VodafoneAU poor service and no follow up as offered when enquiring about a deceased account. Grossly suggested to "just use their phone". Perhaps train your staff in compassion and also devise a better deceased cancellation and refund policy
