    @JulianBurnside Surely they cannot be worse than @VodafoneAU. Multiple hour long calls to their overseas call Centre and I still have to ongoing issues with incorrect billing.

    @VodafoneAU trying to reset my password & put in my email/DOB - but never get the code to my email to continue. Tried a few times now & still no luck. Checked spam too before you ask.

    I have seen incompetence but @tpg @tpgaustralia is a different level @VodafoneAU , been with both TPG and Vodaphone for 11 Years , hope Vodaphone is able to fix them

    Thanks to @Optus & their ongoing "upgrade" to my tower, killing my @VodafoneAU mobile service on top of my 5G Home Broadband... I found out my sister spent an hour trying to call me about a family death! I literally got a call AFTER leaving the cell tower covered area! 🤬

    @VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

    @VodafoneAU im trying ro recharge my crwdits but your app is so buggy that I need to log in several times even if Im in the app. Im into this endless cycle of logging in and then i gave up due to frustration. Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!
