  • JStabbington 💧🔥 Madonna_Stained_Glass_Tattoo 💧 (@JStabbington) reported

@PlantationTara AM yet to receive any of their messages! Is it because I'm with a mobile provider who doesn't SELL their customer lists? Not sure, but in case I'm right... Thanks Vodafone! Cheque is in the mail, I hope? @VodafoneAU

  • alexeckermann Alex Eckermann (@alexeckermann) reported

@tommarmstrong @developerjack @VodafoneAU Could this be a weird “denial of service” style ‘attack’? End goal to make the receiver change number so it’s free to claim and reuse?

  • farrell_vic vic farrell (@farrell_vic) reported

@Optus Why do telecommunications companies make it so hard to report issues? I was with @VodafoneAU for over 15 years when I moved to a location they couldn’t cover, they gave me the run around for months. Making me stand in the store on the phone for 2 hours at one point.

  • badd2K mitch (@badd2K) reported

@VodafoneAU Terrible cant even do anything

  • derickr Derick Rethans (@derickr) reported

@bendechrai @VodafoneAU Ugh. I hate these secure links to login because they presume that the machine thst runs the email client is the one you want to login with. And then we're not even touching greylisting.

@VodafoneAU absolute bunch of idiots and theives. Approve for monthly contact and not phone what sort of bullshit is this. NO @VodafoneAU I will not be joining your ridiculous network. People beware do not go with this company

@alexmakin @Telstra @VodafoneAU Outsourcing and offshoring means transferring between different companies / organisations. They don't have or are not allowed to access the same systems hence needing to reidentify yourself. Each time new SLA / support clock too.
