  • samskin Samantha Skinner (@samskin) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom any updates on @NBNCo outage in North Bondi? Website says restoration underway - it’s been a very long and frustrating day of tethering to terrible @VodafoneAU mobile data...

  • ForLovenFreedom Nauroze Anees (@ForLovenFreedom) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU Dear @VodafoneAU, what would be actually helpful is if you ask ur engineers working on this to Restore the Service in Villawood area as a Matter of Urgency Surely as a Global Teleco company u ought to know the ramifications on customers of u just switching off service for 5 Days

  • z9yant Jayant (@z9yant) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU @jamie_casas Really? Its slow as a turtle at my house!

  • ValleyBrian We’re NOT “all in this together” (@ValleyBrian) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

  • edzhao_com Ed Zhao (@edzhao_com) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!

  • mcpherson_tom Tom McPherson (@mcpherson_tom) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU My husband has received such appalling service. He has a phone on a 36 month plan, which is still under contract. The phone battery swelled up and Vodafone is refusing to cover the cost $109 of repair. Seems like a break of Australian consumer law @checkouttv

  • ForLovenFreedom Nauroze Anees (@ForLovenFreedom) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU Dear @VodafoneAU, my Mobile is the only way of contact & ur telling me that I won't have any Service till the 25th, there is nothing "good" about this news! Even the 3g is not working so I'm effectively left with no way of contacting my family U need to Restore the Service ASAP

  • adriansarafim Adriano Sarafim 🗯 (@adriansarafim) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I just would like to study, however @VodafoneAU doesn’t want to help with this task. Poorly connection, unstable in the past 1h. I’m worried if I’ll have problems during my presentation tomorrow morning 😤

  • _marty_k Marty K (@_marty_k) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU Yeah I know I can go on the mobile network & it will go thru, but I shouldn’t have to do that. The app shouldn’t force a re-sign in after every update (and this has been the case for some time).

  • fictillius 🦠 Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Changed my @VodafoneAU plan on Twitter via DM and just how good is their customer service now? Especially with all the stuffing about I’ve had to do with the big T lately on the work account.
