    @VodafoneAU Hi. Thanks for reply. Account 955368460 I realise I have an overdue amount. I’m trying to work out a solution to pay of bill but have my device available for use I’ve just taken a second job to stay on top of living costs and need internet connection for this role.

    I have seen incompetence but @tpg @tpgaustralia is a different level @VodafoneAU , been with both TPG and Vodaphone for 11 Years , hope Vodaphone is able to fix them

    @fulltimelegendd @VodafoneAU I reset my network settings which seemed to help but I was also out all afternoon away from Newtown and had 4g no issue

    @Telstra why are your international roaming offers so bad compared to @VodafoneAU and @Optus you force people to port their numbers, you must know people do this and you don't care.

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    The way @VodafoneAU rolling out the 5G , its a ******* disaster , @VodafoneAU 5G should be called 4Gx , its slow , bad coverage and you cant compare it to the superior @telstra 5G

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.
