Not happy with @VodafoneAU - rcvd an email indicating a price increase. My 3 plans will increase by $5 each & include an additional 40gb of data ie $180 extra per year! None of this is logica! Especially as we are on unlimited data plans. Tonight, ü are in trouble Vodafone!

Two seconds of research shows @VodafoneAU your profits are up. Why send a fraudulent email saying you need to increase phone bills because you can no longer absorb rising expenses? Absolute horse **** just called and payed off my plan to switch to another telco #bye

Having an Aldi Mobile SIM card was not on my Australia Bingo Card - but here we are. First time I’ve had 4G since I’ve been here though, so hopefully it’ll continue. Ye old @VOXI_UK connected to @VodafoneAU and my signal was abysmal and 3G was dire 🥲

Why did I just spend 30 minutes with a customer rep from @VodafoneAU only to find out that works are happens that aren’t listed on their website. It’s getting back 2009 level of bullshit

  • funkyblue04 Peter Jones (@funkyblue04) reported

@VodafoneAU Why is Vodafone @ Berri in SA, so slow and congested? It's not my devices. Multiples services from older phones to latest iPad Pro. Barely above 1 Mbit /s. It's a joke. When is it going to be being fixed?
