    @VodafoneAU Was the service down last night? I did not receive texts messages last night & didn't know until my friend sent me a screenshot of their texts to my number.

    @VodafoneAU I've tested on an Internode, Vodafone and Felix accounts on different devices, clearly not my service or phone. All shows the same issue and congestion. Don your system show no congestion at all? So many rural towers are like this.

    @VodafoneAU Still the same, unable to use my ported number for calls. I rang the call centre today, was told they have an outage and can't access any customers info and asked me to call back in 4-6 hours. Seriously, this has been the worst experience I have had with any mobile providers. 😠

    @VodafoneAU You have been losing customer base steadily since 2019, and yet still don't want to support your MVNOs with eSIM and VoLTE/VoWiFi when Optus and Telstra have both added support. "How to lose more customers" "Hold my beer" Is that it?
