    @VodafoneAU And, of course, @VodafoneAU is claiming they have to wait 24hrs for my "service number" to change before I can get the FTTP I requested 2 weeks ago. @NBN_Australia says it hasn't received a modification request. Today or 2 weeks ago. Time for the ombudsman.

    @VodafoneAU fix the bloody SMS outage! Trying to pay a bill using internet banking and can’t authenticate the request because the banks text isn’t getting through. How do you stuff something basic like that up?!

    @VodafoneAU 'hey...We can give you a better @NBN_Australia deal: 'Come in, cancel current account & we'll rejoin you straight back up.& 2 hours in store....finally get new modem. 'plug & play' Another 45m on the phone...cos we now have no internet. & They have no clue when.

    @VodafoneAU is there an outage in the 2137 Burwood area all my calls are going to voice mail i can make calls though. Time to change providers

    @VodafoneAU We are Vodafone's customers from last 12-13 years, i have been using the service way before you bought 3. Recently we were told to leave if we're not happy with what's on offer and go to @Optus because they provide better deal and you can not match.

    @fulltimelegendd @VodafoneAU I reset my network settings which seemed to help but I was also out all afternoon away from Newtown and had 4g no issue
