Shoutout to the team at Vodafone call centre in India. I have been with Vodafone Australia for nearly 10 years, and almost all my interactions with them have been great. None of the other service providers come even close to their level of service. @VodafoneAU

Modem was flashing red, so rang @VodafoneAU for customer support, when it magically fixed itself. Reminds me of the time when the IT guy used to turn up at your desk and without doing anything the problem was fixed

@VodafoneAU And if the prompt doesn't appear there is no way to find it. Besides, #livechat is only live if you respond in real time. I went from a loyal customer with 2 new orders to seriously considering leaving in the space of 7 days because of your "Live Chat". Pretty bad experience

Almost 2 weeks now using my @VodafoneAU mobile internet instead of @Optus home internet that I pay for. Absolutely useless, no help whatsoever, they make contacting them so difficult to demoralise and drain you. Worst telecommunications company ever honestly. Pathetic.

You really need to fix the kerning on your new smaller SIM cards @VodafoneAU . I think I just ruined my eyesight trying to read the SIM number off the back. Thin grey lines kerned so they overlap. What brainless **** decided that was a good idea?
