when i worked @VodafoneAU an enormous errfort went into fixing complaint processes & reducing TIO complaints. I've just spent 45 mins on a call with @Internode. Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

@danielarlington @VodafoneAU Same issue here!! Plus my phone internet is rubbish so can’t even hot spot properly. Would be good if they posted instead of having people dm their postcode.

@danielarlington @VodafoneAU If there's a damage fibre line it should affect the other providers too. Don't see any abnormalities with Telstra etc
