    @kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We have **** reception in general in St Kilda for some reason that appears to be beyond explanation. I paid for high speed and zero difference. I’m thinking of building my own 5G tower. Are you in?

    @VodafoneAU once again Nbn down in Leichhardt 2040 I don't bother ringing as they want you to go through all the test u have already done and if u don't have their router no help at all.

    @VodafoneAU @TechaTecha Vodafone, that doesn’t help your many customers who have clearly expressed a preference to sign-in via the desktop. Further, you are not meeting the required @acmadotgov MFA requirements.

    @VodafoneAU I had an outstanding bill, called support and was told I would be reconnected if I paid it, I paid the amount in full, the next day instead of being reconnected I got a new bill to pay off the entire plan, can't call support or log in because my phone has no service.

    @kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We had endless trouble about 3 years ago, changed to Belong owned by Telstra. Not a blip since. Good luck. Hope it resolves soon.

    hey @VodafoneAU can we get better filtering on incoming calls & smses? I get the tech you're using is a bit antiquated but surely you can verify network entry? I just got a call from "Vodafone services" who wanted me to "press 1 to get connected" or risk "disconnect landline"

    . @VodafoneAU Days into ridiculously slow internet speed and no phone connection in my apartment I’ve been given three deadlines when your “improvements” in my area will be finished and my service will return. Another day of spending my time on my back stairs on calls to you.
