@HansOrph @deccles26 @NBN_Australia @Foxtel NBN outages is one of the reasons I selected @VodafoneAU for my NBN provider. 4G backup kicks in automatically if the network falls over. Worth considering changing to them if you need/want seamless internet

We pay exorbitant prices for third rate plans and deals. We have few telcos in this country and not enough competition. A win for Vf
@agrov8 @rox_taf @VodafoneAU In NZ we face a higher cost due to our more challenging geography and terrain which means we have to build way more towers to service a smaller, more spread out population, which drives up the cost to provide services. (1/2)
And now we have just gone full circle, the 3rd @VodafoneAU did not update the IMEI details properly after we changed the modem over and gave them the details. And we still have the initial issue.
@VodafoneAU 8 days no internet, 5 calls to technicians with no resolution. Two bookings with @NBN_Australia technician the first one cancelled with no notification from Vodafone. Each Vodafone technician has ended the call within 30 minutes.
@VodafoneAU I'm sorry I only see how to trouble shoot things, I do not see any of the specks for it
Customer for 18 years and being treated like **** @VodafoneAU So f'ing mad 😡🤬
@VodafoneAU Because the technicians didn't show up last Thursday I had to reschedule for this Thursday between 8AM - 12PM Hope they come this time. My 4G was activated remotely for the WIFI temporarily until this issue is resolved. Unfortunately it's so slow am using 4G on my mobile 🙄
