Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

Alan Mackenzie (@alanmackenzie76) reportedThe myvodafone app is biggest pile of poo. Since they implemented the SMS link the first link for me is always invalid and the second one might let me in or just throw and error saying contact @VodafoneAU fix it. It has on on too long.

Tim Davies (@pwnsnubs) reported@VodafoneAU getting no network service for about 3 days now. Spoke to cutomer service, they said the network was down and they have had a lot of similar complaints. On Friday, told will be fixed by Saturday. Still no network on Sunday.
