    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    Just tried to call @VodafoneAU to find out why my SIM card flicked between No Service and SOS and intermittently on 5G. I tried to call and it from an Optus network phone and the message, "Optus wishes to advise that the number you have called is not connected". That number, the Vodafone Australia 1300 number

    @Celicagirl6 @johncurtin @VodafoneAU Thank you 🙏 Hope you also got connectivity back. My nbn was working. I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail
