GEESAS ******* CHRIST. Thanks to their 'genius' and 'secure' log in auth link change, literally every time I need to check anything on my @VodafoneAU app, I have to go through the whole damn process at least 3 ******* times. Open app. Tap log in. Confirm send link via sms. Open

The new login via the @VodafoneAU app is terrible. It's impossible for me to login via the app. I have to go in via my browser. Sending a login link is just stupid. It was so easy before. A fingerprint & I was in. Now it's a whole annoying saga. If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it

@VodafoneAU Our nbn modem has had its 4g backup lights on for most of the day and aren’t turning off. Is there a way to fix this? As the speeds aren’t what I’d like for gaming while the backup lights are on

@Optus How about warning network when this is happening, it’s called customer service @VodafoneAU and @Telstra are all over me to switch. Maybe a credit for customers for lack of contract performance? Or do we switch?

@VodafoneAU Can I get the old login system back. When I use a computer to login the "SMS me the link" feature means that the login is now on my phone where I tap the link. I want to be logged in on the computer where the screen is bigger and I can read it.
