@VodafoneAU Thank you. I've been with Vodafone since you began. Over the years I can recall 5 instances where you stuffed up. But I can't count the number of times your staff has done their utmost to help me with various I.T. issues. Today has been a bummer, but it's not the end of the world

@VodafoneAU I've not had any Internet connection since 9am and very patchy phone service in Perth. Do you have an anticipated timescale for repair?
@VodafoneAU I’d better be seeing a discount on my bill for this month. A whole day with no access to calls, texts or mobile internet through your network. I switched from Optus because of similar issues.
