@locklogic_luke @VodafoneAU he thing that really shits me is that I actually know what the infrastucture is, @Telstra own the backhaul to Darwin, but they have not reserved enough bandwidth for their mobile services so its congested and their customer services are degraded. Zero customer focus.

@VodafoneAU in Qatar for 25 mins and I have a $1650 bill from Vodafone. Did not agree to their roaming plan and was using the airport WiFi!! They’ve messaged me but let’s see if they do anything. Been a customer for 6+ years… disgusting!!! #willneverpay

At least they cared enough to look into the matter, unlike @VodafoneAU that just told me to shove in a new sim card. Was a baffling experience initially with support, but I'll be sticking with them as there is really no better alternative, and their support is at least responsive

@VodafoneAU Thanks for the quick response! This is the first time I’ve been able to travel in 5 years and I can’t afford this! Please look after a loyal customer. You also need to look at these practices. It should be opt-in!! And it shouldn’t be allowed to get so high without approval
