Wow absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneAU today. Both my wife & I were affected. I don’t care about myself but she has needs that require her to have a working phone at all times. Time to find a new provider. #Vodafone #vodafoneoutage #vodafail

@hazzard1976 @VodafoneAU I’m all against and baffled that network wide outages still occur in 2021 .... but while Twitter may not reach everyone, neither would a text considering 3G and 4G weren’t working either.

@JebelIrhoud @VodafoneAU I wish it were that easy.. wouldnt have been an issue 10 years ago before being pushed onto online service and now relying on mobile data for my work.

@VodafoneAU So why did your network go down? What's to stop it happening again? I expect a month's free credit for today's inconvenience.

@VodafoneAU I have been without service since 11.30am. This is shocking. Your lack of updates on 1555 no were none. You have effectively denied your customers essential service for which there should be consequences. You provide terrible service

@VodafoneAU An explanation would be good. Was a systemic failing caused by Vodafone using cheap contractors in a 3rd world country, were you hacked, did an IT weenie stuff it? Explanation can help people decide whether to stay or go. #vodafail

@Craig98756260 @VodafoneAU Sorry to hear it. Looks like we all need a backup provider. Consider arriving at the store first thing in the morning & tell them you want a divorce. As it stands they owe all customers 1 month of free service in order to appease business frustrations. #vodafoneoutage
