    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU fix the bloody SMS outage! Trying to pay a bill using internet banking and can’t authenticate the request because the banks text isn’t getting through. How do you stuff something basic like that up?!

    @Celicagirl6 @johncurtin @VodafoneAU Thank you 🙏 Hope you also got connectivity back. My nbn was working. I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail

    @VodafoneAU any updates on what appears to be a huge network outage in the Port Stephens area. All Mobile and 5G Home Broadband services down since 8am.
