And now we want to active our numbers and your support staff says that we need to verify your identity through one time OTP.

Sam Potts (@sam_potts) reported@VodafoneAU Please go back to a simple username and password login and allow it to "remember me". This new login via SMS is a pain and seems to kick me out after a few minutes. It's horrible UX, please give that feedback to whoever needs to hear it.
