If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@cricketcomau @VodafoneAU VodafoneAU Have you ever done research on how many Vodafone vis customers give a **** about cricket? As a Vodafone and Internode customer, I've survived the many merges and want more but do not like sport!

@bendechrai @VodafoneAU Ugh. I hate these secure links to login because they presume that the machine thst runs the email client is the one you want to login with. And then we're not even touching greylisting.

@Optus Why do telecommunications companies make it so hard to report issues? I was with @VodafoneAU for over 15 years when I moved to a location they couldn’t cover, they gave me the run around for months. Making me stand in the store on the phone for 2 hours at one point.

@genuine_m_ @Telstra @VodafoneAU Yeah, I understand the process, and some outsourced/offshore support can provide a reasonable experience. It's Telstra's choice to obfuscate its support processes.

@bendechrai @VodafoneAU What is particularly annoying is services that send these links which expire in 15 minutes... and then it takes 20 minutes (due to grey-listing or other email shenanigans) for the email to arrive, resulting in that I can never login. (Looking at you, @whereby).
