If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@VodafoneAU Yes, thanks, I work in tech, I know *why* it happens. What I don't understand is why Vodafone doesn't appreciate what a **** customer experience that is. I'm a parent of a young adult. When I get a text at 12:30am, I'm immediately awake, heart racing, fearing the worst.

@VodafoneAU I am a HUAWEI consumer who bought a P30 lite in China and because of the HUAWEI guarantee and support system that has not clearly informed 43 days ago that being in Uruguay for personal reasons I am without a cell phone
