If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@JulianBurnside Surely they cannot be worse than @VodafoneAU. Multiple hour long calls to their overseas call Centre and I still have to ongoing issues with incorrect billing.

@VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

@VodafoneAU What is going on with Call of Duty servers the past 2 weeks? Beforehand it was 20-30 ping, now its a minimum of 120? Spoken to others with the same issue, only solution has been changing ISP’s?

Thanks to @Optus & their ongoing "upgrade" to my tower, killing my @VodafoneAU mobile service on top of my 5G Home Broadband... I found out my sister spent an hour trying to call me about a family death! I literally got a call AFTER leaving the cell tower covered area! 🤬
