    If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @Celicagirl6 @johncurtin @VodafoneAU Thank you 🙏 Hope you also got connectivity back. My nbn was working. I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail
