If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@VodafoneAU Hi Vodafone, been a customer of yours for a long time . Recently realised that there was an aggressive push to sell the 5g wireless device and other plans . With the Optus breach I believe more customers were migrating. I just spent 3 hours sorting a billing issues

  • Maddern87 David Maddern (@Maddern87) reported

@VodafoneAU any idea why I have no mobile internet in Lalor, Melbourne? Hate paying money for a service that doesn't work, I shouldnt have to go gome to get internet!

  • charlietech Charlie (@charlietech) reported

Sadly @VodafoneAU roaming in the USA has sadly been affected by At&t device compliance requirements. All devices on At&t now have to pass a network compatibility test & have their imei added to an approved list. When you roam from Au, no test? here is what happens

  • mikewatson74 Michael (@mikewatson74) reported

@VodafoneAU @Real_LukeTaylor @VodafoneAU I have the same issue, as do others on Twitter. Only now are people becoming aware. No failure notification was sent. This is bad. You must communicate this, your outage page does not return any results!!

  • f_observant ObservantF (@f_observant) reported

@VodafoneAU I just went through the worst service call with your call centre trying to cancel a service. Are you trying to make it impossible to cancel a mobile? That’s about how it feels right now.

  • Hambledown_Road Dean Mayes (@Hambledown_Road) reported

.@VodafoneAU Have been unable to send SMS/MMS for three days. Have troubleshooted my Samsung A71 5G handset and spoken with Customer Care who are telling me it's a network issue. What is the latest situation?

  • charlietech Charlie (@charlietech) reported

@VodafoneAU Solution - connect to the Tmobile network ALL the time & make sure you bring a 5g compatible handset, Then you get the faster data on Tmobile & you dont need to go anywhere near the At&t network EVER.

@VodafoneAU Why am I getting unsolicited SPAM SMSes? I've never given out my new number, nor SMSed anyone. And it's not just spam, the previous owner of the number was someone called "Deepak".

  • mikewatson74 Michael (@mikewatson74) reported

@VodafoneAU @Real_LukeTaylor This issue appears to be resolved now. Any messages sent previously are now being received.

  • kegs85 Kris Simpson (@kegs85) reported

@VodafoneAU Issue isn’t the plan, but selective pricing depending on where I buy it. Buy a sim from a voda shop or website and it’s $88, from any other retailer including voda affiliate stores it’s $150. Buy the plan from the voda website and it’s back to $150. Deceptive and unnecessary
