If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@VodafoneAU I suddenly have no data service again ... very similar to what happened last time. Restarting hasn't helped. Can you please confirm if services are down at the moment?

  • Frogger_18 Gibberish (@Frogger_18) reported

@VodafoneAU How come you dont have a rewards programme like you used to? Been customer for over 20yrs yet you only reward those on BIG contracts. Where's the offer for PS5 for us loyal customers?

@VodafoneAU Is this issue happening again today? I'm having shocking reception with my phone and my internet is not working at all.

@VodafoneAU Can you explain to me why when living in the U.K. all network providers allow you to use your data across Europe, including the US and Australia at no extra charge. Yet you want people to pay $5 a day to use their phone in NZ ?? It’s 2021 !!

  • NaomiSc98931903 Naomi Schneider (@NaomiSc98931903) reported

@VodafoneAU @SydneyMetro Problem is in the Sydney Metro Tunnels service completely dropping out between Norwest and Cherrybrook

  • hyprntv Ben "Hyperion" Cooper (@hyprntv) reported

@angharadyeo @chitombo @VodafoneAU The argument (which I disagree with) is that the MNO provides a higher level of service. I am yet to see evidence of this. They charge more money because of brand power, nothing more. (And sometimes better roaming perks)

  • bacs01 Christine ~ (@bacs01) reported

@VodafoneAU Is Vodafone down again? I have no signal

  • angharadyeo chronicles of raddick (@angharadyeo) reported

@hyprntv @chitombo @VodafoneAU good service would match a competitor deal tbh

  • angharadyeo chronicles of raddick (@angharadyeo) reported

I really like @VodafoneAU, have been with them for ages, but damn if it doesn't feel like a massive run around to spend 45 minutes getting them to match a competitor's offer. not even match, just come close to. it'd take me less time to just move to the competitor
