If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@VodafoneAU That’s not good enough. People are working from home more than ever, and I’m having to use a mobile hotspot to get anything done. There needs to be a better way to schedule this. AND to compensate your clients for lost service and lost working hours as a result.

shitpost #2 - @VodafoneAU tells you they will send you an SMS - never arrives. Try getting an email and the page goes to an "Oops.. something went wrong" page. Fair dinkum - @VodafoneAU about as much use as @DanielAndrewsMP

  • angharadyeo rad meat spill (@angharadyeo) reported

@turna23 @VodafoneAU but 5 months is a long time for the problem to persist, and yes - if they can't sort it out properly then perhaps i will move providers. but claiming i have stockholm syndrome for communicating what is quite a balanced (good and bad) experience with voda is v strange of you

  • ppokneb Benjamin Kopp (@ppokneb) reported

Kingston in Australias Capital City must have the worst cellphone reception. Unable to make or receive calls. That’s not something one can expect or tolerate in a nations capital! @Optus @VodafoneAU @Telstra Do better!

  • turna23 💧turna23 (@turna23) reported

@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU Fine example of Stockholm syndrome. Voda sucks.

  • turna23 💧turna23 (@turna23) reported

@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU Could have used a different phrase. But yes, I hardly know what the customer service teams are like for my providers. Cause I haven't talked to them in years.

  • albon_st Leela st albon (@albon_st) reported

@VodafoneAU You would have to have the thickest so-called customer service people on the planet. Bourke st Melbourne

  • elejota50 Lino P (@elejota50) reported

@VodafoneAU @doriangray05 mobile phone service very spotty all morning at Laverton

  • angharadyeo rad meat spill (@angharadyeo) reported

@thomaselliotthk @VodafoneAU I've been with them for like 15 years or something and never had this problem but yeah - if it doesn't get sorted in the next two bills, I'm out and that it a plenty generous grace period
