    @VodafoneAU My service is still on SOS and flickering slightly to 3G. Do we have a timeframe for when this will return to normal?

    @VodafoneAU Ive had absolutely ZERO network since 11am. Ita now 4.26 pm and still have nothing. There was a brief minute or 2 of H+ and now back to nothing. Can't even get a text to send. At the very least, you owe everyone an explanation.

    @VodafoneAU **** patience. We’ve paid for a service, you’ve failed to uphold your end of the contract. Give us clear communication, a timetable for when it will be fixed and compensation for loss of earnings.

    @VodafoneAU Vodafone Australia I had trading loses because of this outage, I was solely dependent on mobile data, I called your service team and they tried to compensate me with 2GB data, what a joke. I have my proofs and recorded calls.
