If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@thelittlemelb @VodafoneAU I’m definitely no expert mate but i have heard Vodafone modems with glitch out the DCHP during a power outage. So that could be an issue but I hope it gets sorted out for you sooner than later.

@alexmakin @Telstra @VodafoneAU There was a time when the support was on-shore and provided by actual Telstra employees. All outsourced and off-shored now.

I really want to appreciate @VodafoneAU for having such a wonderful team who can cut down the loyal customers from using the Vodafone by providing the worst customer service. I was totally disappointed after a chat with customer care. I’m regretting for being with Vodafone.

@genuine_m_ @Telstra @VodafoneAU Yeah, I understand the process, and some outsourced/offshore support can provide a reasonable experience. It's Telstra's choice to obfuscate its support processes.

@Telstra This level of service is so poor I'd even consider switching to @VodafoneAU to get away from it.

@VodafoneAU I understand work is being done in Windsor but I had to make a call to 000 and it kept cutting out for the operator and it took twice as long to report. Definitely need to fix that
