If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

And Customers could subscribe to this list. Then you could stop such messages reaching your customers and I'm pretty sure more than a few Australians would happily pay you for such a service. What about you @Telstra & @VodafoneAU? Reckon you guys could all do something here 2/2

About to punt my @VodafoneAU modem - sick of trying to stream things of a night. Paying for a higher plan and still getting dudded. Must be that good TPG over sell and undersupply bandwidth, absolute **** business practice.

@VodafoneAU @gavinnouwens The messages are an issue for people with private numbers, or those escaping DV, or living in hiding due to DV or harassment - this isn’t good enough!

Dear @VodafoneAU I took pixel 5 in plan and you didn't accept to return phone when I found it is too small for my eyes. Now my eyes are too dry, hurting and feeling too tired after 30 min usage ? I am struggling. Please help here. Fine with your service except this.

Hi, @VodafoneAU I needed the Police and called "000" multiple times. The call "couldn't connect" I had to call the police via Skype on my computer. About 30 minutes later @VodafoneAU called and said "we see you needed the emergency services, was the issue resolved?" Not happy!

@VodafoneAU Hi there. Thanks for the response. I had enabled RCS in the past via Google Jibe. But now I can't enable it again on my newly reset phone. Still the same phone and same Voda number. Google told me to reach the network carrier. Are you able to help?

Power Outage in my local hood and @VodafoneAU has no data transmitting. Useless! How can a telco have no power redundancy? What if this was more widespread? #TechFail #Vodafone #Vodafail
