    @VodafoneAU horrible, unprofessional, inhuman, heartless. I can go on abt how unhappy I’m wth Vodafone. Your CS agents disconnected chat on me 5 times. Charged me invalid bills & demanding me to pay and barred my account whilst I’m overseas. U’ll lose your 11 years loyal customer

    @VodafoneAU Already made multiple calls to Vodafone - was bounced around aimlessly and informed there are no options to help us. Staying with @Telstra for a new iPhone. Terrible experience. Guess you need a 7-figure income to sign up for a $40 plan with @VodafoneAU.. Ludicrous.

    @VodafoneAU Rejected by Vodafone today due to credit score - how ridiculous. Once the credit team makes a decision, the Customer Service team says there is no process to review said decision.. Going to be sticking with Telstra for our mobiles.. Any one else have similar issues?

    @VodafoneAU a short while ago I asked about getting a new handset (I am a prepaid customer). You offered me an alcatel for $79 but when I went into the store (west lakes, Adelaide) they had run out. can you please advise if they have the stock in yet? thanks in advance

    @VodafoneAU Your customer service sucks. My account was debited over $1000 after I was reassured my direct debit will be suspended because my bill was wrong. The reason it was wrong was because you accidentally disconnected my number. I asked to reinstate everything back to… 1/2

    @VodafoneAU … how it was originally which was a payment plan with discounts and I had to call 3 times to have it sorted and they never did! After I was reassured they’ve corrected it. I’ve wasted a day of my life on this ****. Sort it out.

    @VodafoneAU Hi there, placed an order to upgrade my phone and I was told that everything is approved but that I need to reply to an SMS to confirm the order. The SMS hasn't come through and there's no options to resend. Help? 🥺

    Rookie error, never preorder in the current market. Pre ordered pixel from @VodafoneAU for delivery next week. Just got email saying it won't be delivered until Dec 15. Should have known better.
