    Hey @VodafoneAU for all of today and half of yesterday I have NOT been able to make a phone call. & no I can't call you it won't let me. What's the go? My son is with you & he has no problem. & no it's not the new Samsung s20 I'm using. I'd like to be able to make a call. Thanks

    @VodafoneAU "Data services may be falling back to 3G intermittently" - define "intermittently" because I haven't had intermittent service for hours.... or any service for that matter.

    @VodafoneAU Always do not care about the service, there is no network in many places, and all the time, the service is very weak. #we_have_to_leave_vodafoneAu

    @VodafoneAU Hi @VodafoneAU Looks like 4G services are being restored in Canberra 2600. What caused the issue? Will you be providing some form of compensation for us customers due to the inconvenience the issue has caused us?

    @9NewsAUS @VodafoneAU I was in the hospital at the time and was waiting for my disabled sister to get out of surgery so I could be there when she wakes up but I never got called by the nurse coz I had no signal. My sister was very distressed upon waking from her anaesthetic coz I wasn't there

    @mausies @VodafoneAU How does it even happen? With so much reliant on it in the present day. Imagine an elderly person, fallen over and stuck at home with no contact out. Horrible.
