    @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

    How bad is #VodaphoneAustralia constantly increasing their monthly plans cost but service just gets worse. I haven’t been able to make calls / use my data for the whole morning. They are not even answering on their useless chat. @VodafoneAU

    @eevblog @VodafoneAU 1.5mb is the maximum. Doesn't mean that you'll hit it each and every session. Bad deal. Don't be fooled by Starlink either. It's a heavily over-subscribed service now, and you'll get dropouts often.

    @VodafoneAU my next bill better be halved after the network outage. Don't insult loyal customers with anything else. An apology from a corporation means absolutely nothing, at all.

    I have seen incompetence but @tpg @tpgaustralia is a different level @VodafoneAU , been with both TPG and Vodaphone for 11 Years , hope Vodaphone is able to fix them

    Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?
