@glenpen60 @kentparktweet @VodafoneAU iinet is not bad either

  • GsSaurabh Saurabh Sharma (@GsSaurabh) reported

@VodafoneAU Worst customer service ever. I did not receive any internet service for last 15 day and Vodafone unable to fix the problem, all ways give me 72 hours of time frame & after finish 72 hours then another 72 hours after 15 days without internet and being compromised

  • kentparktweet Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported

A week ago @VodafoneAU began “improvements” in my area. Since then there has been limited coverage in my apartment, internet too slow to be useful and no useful phone service. For a week I’ve been told it will come good tonight. Which new telco do you recommend?

  • EFCRebuild Essendon FC - The Rebuild (@EFCRebuild) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@timrosen35 @Optus I disagree. Optus Mobile customer service is better than @VodafoneAU customer service 👍

  • kate_raindrops KateRaindrops (@kate_raindrops) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU Been happy with TPG. Also find I get notified of potential issues (which rarely eventuate) but a friend in same apartment block never hears anything from her provider. So communication has been decent.

  • favaloresposa caciocavallo (@favaloresposa) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We changed to IINET after years of problems with OPTUS. So far (2 years) not one single issue, better speed and if you do have a problem there is a human on the line.

  • JustAnotherCat_ Just Another Cat 🐈 🇺🇦🇦🇺 (@JustAnotherCat_) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with Telstra and they did the same thing. ‘Improvements’ that meant little to no coverage for weeks. I made a complaint, why should I pay for a service that’s non existent. They gave me a credit on my bill and service was restored the next day.

  • gturrill Grant Turrill (@gturrill) reported

@auspost I have lodged an enquiry with StarTrack as well as a complaint to @VodafoneAU as the sender of the item because this is the second time in a few weeks that such an issue has ocurred

  • kentparktweet Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported

@JustAnotherCat_ @VodafoneAU I’ve been complaining all week, been offered a $30 refund, spent more than $30 of my time trying to work out the problem they caused. I’m out of the patience they’ve been thanking me for.

  • cletiscarr Cletis Carr (@cletiscarr) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU a while back, I had #OPTUS advise of "minor upgrades"on a particular day. turned into two weeks of total interruptions, and up/down speeds worse than dial-up.
