My question was why the so-called “premium” network seems to have the worst experience of this. Other networks (@Optus and even @VodafoneAU) are more useable at these events.

You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.

It's their stuff up & now they won't allow me to get an upgrade until they work out the issue. Thanks for wasting my time and $$$
