  • sorrrywhat sorrrywhat (@sorrrywhat) reported

@VodafoneAU your customer service sucks. 33Gb used in the space of an hour on my mobile data while my phone is connected to your wifi service. Got a measly $20 credit which doesn’t even cover the additional costs to my bill or replace the ‘used’ data!

  • saddmon Gitzky (@saddmon) reported

@VodafoneAU I did call and your support organised a ticket for NBN Co to have a look at my issue

  • RayyChriss RayyMan (@RayyChriss) reported

@VodafoneAU 4G in my area is so slow, dial up internet is probably faster 😭
