    Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?

    @VodafoneAU has banned all minors from accessing their accounts, with no way to contact them or cancel your service. With their "new login" system, it asks for a date of birth, and if you're under 18, you can't access your account at all.

    @GrainsMae @grheard @VodafoneAU I agree, its pretty poor advertising. Perhaps its because Vodafone has always been city centric

    Just tried to call @VodafoneAU to find out why my SIM card flicked between No Service and SOS and intermittently on 5G. I tried to call and it from an Optus network phone and the message, "Optus wishes to advise that the number you have called is not connected". That number, the Vodafone Australia 1300 number

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!
