@status_is_down @VodafoneAU mobile network is always very weak along Parish Street and Harvest Street in Elara Marsden Park. Now NBN is also down in MP, and Vodafone is very unreliable.

@maxxthum I use @VodafoneAU. Lot of stretches like rail route near Clifton Hill, Merri, Rush all are absolute 0 internet zones. Even in my office just opposite to Southern Cross I can't get a good speed to perform normal tasks. Near RMIT Bundoora, a busy area, again it's bad

Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?

@Celicagirl6 @johncurtin @VodafoneAU Thank you 🙏 Hope you also got connectivity back. My nbn was working. I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail

I spent nearly an hour on the phone to @VodafoneAU and while the consultant was really nice, I wasn’t asked to do anything that I hadn’t already thought about and done myself in relation to the network outage . I had another brief outage about 90 minutes ago, and the interesting thing from this phone conversation with Vodafone was that this outage today affected every network, which is absolutely and categorically untrue . Did the consultant really think I couldn’t find who was affected or knew about MVNOs? This type of stuff might work on lay people, but it doesn’t work on me. If you’re not being ruthlessly gouged by @telstra, you’re being told BS from TPG’s Vodafone Australia. I do not expect 100% fault-free internet or Voice services, that’s just ridiculous. But I do expect timely information on outages, no evasions, and finally a proper explanation as to what went wrong because the idea of a power fault in this day and age of priority communications seems laughable. @acmadotgov
