@VodafoneAU after signed up new plans- no network, internet is super slow- I complained to Vodafone- they said network will be updated within 2weeks but now already 4months getting worse

  • MitchOates Mitch oates (@MitchOates) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU 1/3 I am so sick of your idiot salesman and overseas call centre... First they lie and guarantee me a ps5 in 2 week or i can cancel it. I only bought it for my quarantine stint after the olympics. 5 weeks later nothing. I call up he guarantees me this week.

  • AlpaB_ Alpa (@AlpaB_) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU how much longer is the NBN outage in Bondi going to go on for? It’s been out since around 3pm!!!

  • AlpaB_ Alpa (@AlpaB_) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU how is the nbn in Bondi Beach still down almost 12hours later?! This is ridiculous. It’s Monday morning and this is going to make working for many people very tricky!! Not to mention messing up anyone with Sunday movie night plans. Come on- get it together.

  • BradleyWDeacon Bradley Deacon 🇦🇺 (@BradleyWDeacon) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Optus How about warning network when this is happening, it’s called customer service @VodafoneAU and @Telstra are all over me to switch. Maybe a credit for customers for lack of contract performance? Or do we switch?

  • 3bsBruce Richard (@3bsBruce) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@mikjcal @SydGuy78 @VodafoneAU You’d think. When I called them over the phone the guys said to me “oh I never use the app, it’s hopeless” That really filled me with confidence 🙃

  • aminalkalma al amin (@aminalkalma) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU worst network and slowest internet

  • 3bsBruce Richard (@3bsBruce) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

You cannot apply unfair terms and conditions to any contract under Australian consumer law @VodafoneAU You must comply with all parts of Australian consumer law, you cannot opt out. You sold me this device knowing you are oversubscribed. You misled me about your network state.

  • BondiBadBoy Jay Luke (@BondiBadBoy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@johndarvall @VodafoneUK Exactly the same here in OZ Bro!!!! @VodafoneAU even BLOCKED me on certain Social Media platforms as I kept calling them out on POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

@VodafoneAU My suburb Lakemba- 2195 And I work in Cronulla 2230 Every time I rang Vodafone for network reasons- they asked me the same questions but so far -nothing been changed!!!!!

  • troydodds Troy Dodds (@troydodds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Another day, another @VodafoneAU outage (ongoing for 6+ months now). If you live in Penrith, don't touch Vodafone or @Optus (the primary network). You'd be better off with a carrier pigeon.

  • deandavidgray dean 🐰 (@deandavidgray) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU is there currently an issue with sending MMS from iPhone to Android? Keep getting failures 🙁

  • MarkTossell Mark Tossell (@MarkTossell) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra service is hopeless. FOUR MONTHS and I STILL don’t have my work phone moved across to me after being told it was done. UNBELIEVABLE. I should move back to @VodafoneAU - their signal wasn’t great, but they looked after me.

  • krishnanih1986 Harish Krishnani (@krishnanih1986) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU worst network ever #calldrop #networkcoverage I regret joining this network patiently suffering for one year

  • _marty_k Marty K (@_marty_k) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU I’m sure you would say it’s a valid offer, in the sense that it’s something that you are actually offering for me to switch to. But as a MUCH more expensive plan, surely you understand the customer well enough to know this is a ridiculous thing to be pushing?

  • 3bsBruce Richard (@3bsBruce) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Calling @VodafoneAU and it offers to schedule me a callback if I press aaaaaaaay I have absolutely no idea what number they meant. It wasn’t 1. It wasn’t 2 and it wasn’t 8. This has got to be the worst phone company in Australia.

  • MitchOates Mitch oates (@MitchOates) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU Hey guys, long time customer. Just wondering the ps5 deal is it possible to get one couriered to my place tomorrow ? Will pay the extra shipping, Desperately need one for my upcoming quarantine coming back from the olympics.

  • Lucho_Roo Luco-Roo 🇦🇷 🇦🇺 (@Lucho_Roo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Day 5 with no internet. Of course @TPG_Telecom disappeared so I tried to use @VodafoneAU as a back up. Well voda speed is at 4mbps so I can even download a pic. Shame on BOTH!!! What a disaster are these 2 scam companies. @NSW_FairTrading can u help?

  • ak1fu3 aki (@ak1fu3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Vodafone Australia Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • KimCummms Kim **** (@KimCummms) reported

@Rachel_Organa @VodafoneAU All of those shops are way too damn small to not notice if someone is standing in there for 10mins 🙄

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

Oh no. @VodafoneAU FTTP NBN is down. Lucky 4G has kicked—useable for streaming and office work.

  • Rachel_Organa 🖤Rachel🖤 (@Rachel_Organa) reported

@VodafoneAU In before people ask; I stood in the store for like 5-10 mins waiting for a sales person to serve me (aha), nothing. The SECOND my (male) partner walks in, a (male) sales person scurries over & asks if he needs help. As he was saying “no,” another (male) sales assistant >

  • maystation4 Steve May (@maystation4) reported

@VodafoneAU Congrats. Pity I was 4 days late with a bill payment, received a text saying I’ll be charged a ‘little service fee’ which turned out to be HALF MY BILL. Way to treat a 20 year customer. Anyway, congrats on your little awards.

  • Android_Btsy Betsy Pie Face (@Android_Btsy) reported

@Rachel_Organa @VodafoneAU They're so conditioned it's no wonder they don't see what they did was wrong. I was reading about how women of a certain age feel like they're invisible to the world, so I now make a point of approaching them first (and not just to sell ****, but to genuinely ask if they're ok).

  • long_mitch Mitch (@long_mitch) reported

@VodafoneAU is there ongoing data issues in the Redcliffe area? Last week and a half I have not been able to access data there?

  • OldMate95097059 Old Mate (@OldMate95097059) reported

@VodafoneAU so 26 hours since blocked and 4.5 hours since they reached out to me to say they are on it and still can’t give a reason why it was blocked. Account fully paid to date! If you are considering Vodafone - reconsider immediately. The service is disgraceful!

  • Ga8Reddy Vineeth Reddy Gangula (@Ga8Reddy) reported

@VodafoneAU Thanks and thats what a services provider must have a good customer service.

  • mepatrickwalsh Patrick Walsh (@mepatrickwalsh) reported

@VodafoneAU is there network issue in Melbourne metro?

  • CosmicMatt92 Matt Percival (@CosmicMatt92) reported

@Rachel_Organa @VodafoneAU I've found pretty much every phone shop to be quite pathetic in customer service so it doesn't surprise me at all to hear of them doing this kind of stuff. Tends to be much more prominent in shops where sales result in a commission for the salesperson. It's ridiculous.
