@VodafoneAU what is it with your MyVodafone login process?!? I have been permanently locked out for years now, cannot reset password or even log in to check my balance. It doesn't even show me a security question just immediately locks me out and says to try again after an hour.

  • retroarcadebear Topher Bear (@retroarcadebear) reported

@Bigboy_C0C0 @VodafoneAU Yeah, it's apparently a known issue (according to the Samsung message boards) but wireless would be the safe way to go. Just sucks when you're out and about and need some juice.

  • samialdhafeeri سامي الظفيري (@samialdhafeeri) reported

@VodafoneAU All good the service back

  • crowden89 Alexander Crowden (@crowden89) reported

@Mr_Wolf_15G @VodafoneAU Hey, can I ask how you went about this and do you have to be a Vodafone customer?

  • alex_jans aj_onthecouch (@alex_jans) reported

@VodafoneAU I’ve made a few test calls from upstairs and there does not seem to be an issue with call quality anymore

  • Bigboy_C0C0 Coco (@Bigboy_C0C0) reported

@retroarcadebear @VodafoneAU **** hope mine doesn't do that. I got wireless headphones and a wireless charger so don't know mines is dodgy

@VodafoneAU my wife has switched to telstra becoz of your poor coverage in my area and it has now been 24+ hrs since the port request was done from her new telco..... poor form seeing you always seem quick to chase people on overdues or other outstandings!!!

  • markyrocks William Marks (@markyrocks) reported

@GillSarjeet @Telstra Never been with Telstra... and heard to many bad stories. Will never go to Telstra. Far too expensive as well. @VodafoneAU all the way.

  • _kai_ Kai Snapped You (@_kai_) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU what in the entire **** is going on since about 06/01/2021. Smoke signals in a hurricane are more reliable than your data network right now. And you got the nerve to send me a bill.

  • msstraighty180 Tiffany (@msstraighty180) reported

Modem was flashing red, so rang @VodafoneAU for customer support, when it magically fixed itself. Reminds me of the time when the IT guy used to turn up at your desk and without doing anything the problem was fixed
