@VodafoneAU Heya any reason why my 5g home internet service has dropped down from 100mbits to 2.5 and has been like it all day? Only had this for a couple of weeks but everything is nigh unusable? There is no work scheduled as far as I can tell either.

Going to track down all the upper management at @VodafoneAU on LinkedIn when I get a chance and tell them how ******* useless they are. This isn't on the social media team. They don't make decisions.

@LuiFromTheRadio @VodafoneAU Vodafone promised me all my accounts were shut down, but left a data pack open in my name (said data pack was not accessible as it was linked to my phone account, which was closed). I received no bills and couldn't log in, because again, account closed. Also ended in collections.
