    @meganefeeney @VodafoneAU From about 11am today my phone has gone from 2 bars 3G to no bars to 1 bar to no bar etc. I’m in the same area as well. Some recognition of the issue from Vodafone would be nice but they don’t seem to want to hear a bar of it (no pun intended).

    @fulltimelegendd @VodafoneAU I reset my network settings which seemed to help but I was also out all afternoon away from Newtown and had 4g no issue

    Anyone else having difficulty with Vodafone Australia login on the website? I'm trying to create an account but I'm not receiving the SMS with the code. The number is correct, just not receiving the SMS... @VodafoneAU #VodafoneAustralia

    @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

    @VodafoneAU same outcome. Frustrating. He went away, did some stuff out the back, then spent about 15 minutes on perma-hold waiting for customer care. Gave up. I left having spent about an hour there, with no change in the functionality of my service. Very frustrating.

    @VodafoneAU any updates on what appears to be a huge network outage in the Port Stephens area. All Mobile and 5G Home Broadband services down since 8am.
