@Craig98756260 @VodafoneAU Sorry to hear it. Looks like we all need a backup provider. Consider arriving at the store first thing in the morning & tell them you want a divorce. As it stands they owe all customers 1 month of free service in order to appease business frustrations. #vodafoneoutage

@VodafoneAU No service still. I restarted my phone around 8 times and then decided it must be damaged which was very stressful. My lawyer was urgently trying to contact me and couldn’t. I was driving to clients around STH Qld and got very lost and late with no sat nav. You owe me big time.

@VodafoneAU This is beyond a joke now it’s almost 8pm and still no service and to add to that I haven’t been able to work all day? Do you intend on doing something for your customers considering I pay almost $200 a month for a service that basically never works

@VodafoneAU You can apologise all you like. What we need is a proper explanation on how your network crapped its pants so thoroughly that it has been out of commission since 11am and is still not back up and running properly at 7:45pm.

@VodafoneAU Service msg was put up 1 hr 2late 2day & wasn’t foremost at main numbers; it should’ve included: If you or someone you know is unsafe contact 000; & for those who had call access, offer the numbers for LifeLine & 1800Respect It’s inexcusable not to even think of this
