@VodafoneAU @zhiana Then don't keep lying about the scale of the problem. Customer after customer has told you that we already know the problem is bigger than 4G blinking on/off intermittently in a couple of places. Does your customer service handbook literally tell you to stonewall us like idiots?

@VodafoneAU No data at all for hours now and unreliable text/phone service too. Standing on the pavement outside for free wifi to find out what’s going on and try to contact people. Hope this can be fixed quickly. As is, it completely ruined our plans for the day. 🙁

@VodafoneAU It’s usually the same company that is down for large periods of time like this, and we’re all the poor unfortunate souls who are with them. My plan ends in June and the only way I’ll see you is in the rear view mirror.
