    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneAU We are Vodafone's customers from last 12-13 years, i have been using the service way before you bought 3. Recently we were told to leave if we're not happy with what's on offer and go to @Optus because they provide better deal and you can not match.

    @VodafoneAU I have requested to please waive off my international roaming only for the period of my stay in Qatar. As I was stuck there and needed to use roaming. When I spoke to one the customer care and she confirmed that it would be one time waive off but now it’s not the case
