    @VodafoneAU all my calls have been choppy for two months , even calling Vodafone support was cutting in and out . Unable to operate on this network and tried other phones and the esim . Ticket was escalated but have not heard back . I think Telstra is the fix

    @VodafoneAU what a useless website you have I can't even login to it now, what if I lost my phone how would I login then? useless trash website, going to go look for a company that lets me use my far more secure PC to login to an actual website to manage my account

    @redruby17 @VodafoneAU @Optus It's easy to switch. There is a brief period where you'll have no service while your number is ported, other than that, it's seamless

    Ordered a new phone through @VodafoneAU and was given a new number that I didn’t authorise or ask for. Guess how many times I’ve been told by customer care workers that it will be removed? 5. Every time I call I get another incompetent, untrained sod who has no authority to help.

    This is ridiculous @VodafoneAU I’ve received THREE calls today from your call centre & have told all 3 to stop calling. Is it that hard to update your records? I’ve better things to do than spend all afternoon answering Vodafone calls because your team can’t get its **** together

    @VodafoneAU I travel the Pakenham Line to and from the CBD most days and the service along that line is substandard.
