After 2 weeks of constant arguing and wasting my time, after I lodged a complaint with the TIO @VodafoneAU finally agreed to credit me for the charges on my account that I didn't owe, all because they failed to cancel my NBN connection when I changed providers.

@FionaRoseT @VodafoneAU Aldi use telstra towers and are soo much cheaper. I live and travel around regional Victoria with no issues. Pick a plan, select auto recharge and your unused data keeps rolling over. I was with telstra for over 20 years. Don't miss them at all.

@VodafoneAU I'll never go back to Vodafone again. Swictyw diver for less than a month and charged for 2 months plus an$8 charge for getting my own mobile # I switched over with back to my previous provider..never ever go back rip Off

Based on this customer experience, it's going to be a cold day in hell before I sign up to any new @VodafoneAU services or recommend them to friends/family.
