@VodafoneAU So what you're saying is that the staff in your Shellharbour store got it wrong & didn't follow your company policy? Can I get the details so we can make a complaint about this store - so that another woman is not put through what my mum was?

@VodafoneAU Can you explain to me why when living in the U.K. all network providers allow you to use your data across Europe, including the US and Australia at no extra charge. Yet you want people to pay $5 a day to use their phone in NZ ?? It’s 2021 !!

@ClaireConsider @Telstra @VodafoneAU Because Vodafone uses an eSIM, I could buy a physical Telstra prepaid SIM for my phone and run both if we really needed the Telstra network.

@angharadyeo @chitombo @VodafoneAU The argument (which I disagree with) is that the MNO provides a higher level of service. I am yet to see evidence of this. They charge more money because of brand power, nothing more. (And sometimes better roaming perks)

@ClaireConsider @Telstra @VodafoneAU From what I could work out, only Telstra and Boost have the full Telstra network. Everyone else using the Telstra network is missing sections of the network in the outer suburbs and in the country.

@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU I switched to Felix, which uses the Vodaphone network, but is only $35 a month for unlimited Aus calls, texts and data. Plus they plant trees!

@VodafoneAU Like I said, when you don't have data, you can't do ****, wether it's checking a link online or updating an app... I would say it is common sense but in all honesty, what is starting to make a lot of sense is that this whole thing is done on purpose for the update :)
