@VodafoneAU Heya Vodafone. Those rainbows and butterflies just died as I just cancelled a service. So I won’t have to hear that when I call for internet service that doesn’t get any reception. Byeeeee

  • yviejones Yvie Jones (@yviejones) reported

3/2 I’m acutely aware of the weight my small status brings me. Grateful and guilty that I can use it. What about those customers who don’t? @VodafoneAU you need to do better. I’ve been with you since 1999. As many customers have. Even worked in customer service for 3 mths.

  • brucemurchie Bruce Murchie (@brucemurchie) reported

@VodafoneAU Attended HighPoint at @SamsungAU and @VodafoneAU. Voda said to go to Samsumg. Samsung said needs to go back for repair or put glue on the magnet. Easy to walk in and buy a faulty prodcut buy no assistance in fixing the issue. 6 Vodafone staff members atanding about no solution.

  • lordkhadow Lord Khadow (@lordkhadow) reported

@VodafoneAU I travel the Pakenham Line to and from the CBD most days and the service along that line is substandard.

  • yviejones Yvie Jones (@yviejones) reported

4/4 in Collins St Melbourne in 2004. Sending work offshore is a bad choice. These poor workers have no clue what they’re doing. @VodafoneAU please do better

  • yviejones Yvie Jones (@yviejones) reported

2/2 get the run around for weeks? Months??? This is honestly such a stressful situation for so many people and something that can be so easily resolved by @VodafoneAU. Who has time to sit on the for hours every few days to fix a problem that they didn’t create?

  • ak1fu3 aki (@ak1fu3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

It’s been 7 weeks since I reported to @VodafoneAU I still can’t login to My Vodafone and no updates from Vodafone

  • therealR102 johnno (@therealR102) reported

@VodafoneAU why does every change to my account require me calling your phone centre? Why can’t I unsubscribe from marketing messages, which I never subscribed to, from my account online? Why do I need an authorised person to be on the phone with me? (1/2)

  • apwilliams1995 ashleywilliams1995 (@apwilliams1995) reported

is there a @VodafoneAU outage in sydney can’t get any signal

  • girvo Josh Girvin (@girvo) reported

@redruby17 @VodafoneAU @Optus Oh and make sure you don’t cancel your Optus plan. Porting your number (when you sign up to another provider and ask them to bring your previous number) will cancel it for you and ensure you keep your mobile number. Signed, someone who worked in telco for too long
