    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @maxxthum I use @VodafoneAU. Lot of stretches like rail route near Clifton Hill, Merri, Rush all are absolute 0 internet zones. Even in my office just opposite to Southern Cross I can't get a good speed to perform normal tasks. Near RMIT Bundoora, a busy area, again it's bad

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    WTF?? I recently signed up for Vodafone Internet. Nothing else has changed in my life financially and my credit score has dropped by 90 points. WTF??? Is Vodafone as reputable as a pay day loan??? @VodafoneAU
