    We bought @VodafoneAU nbn in August and it took them ages to connect the nbn to the house. Not only we had to wait till 29.10.20 to get the connection recently my internet cut out without any notifications.

    @VodafoneAU One of your resellers is yet to pay an invoice for work undertaken. I'd be loathe to switch to a provider that has unethical resellers for their network

    @VodafoneAU why is it everytime I recharge even without using your service I get charged .60 cents. I don't make any calls or sms or data or anything. I have 2 Sims in my phone and I only recharge to keep my number. Is this a rort by you. Do you do this to everybody

    @VodafoneAU So when I have a grouped data pool and explicitly say do not limit my speed and im guaranteed that it won't be you have removed my data pool and speed limited my service. Thanks for acknowledging 20 years of me being a customer by making me look elsewhere

    @VodafoneAU The worst service provider ever, sick of your services and horrible customer care team and sales rep, you have stolen money from us and no one is responding correctly and I am sick of talking to your horrible team about my problem
