    @GrainsMae @grheard @VodafoneAU I agree, its pretty poor advertising. Perhaps its because Vodafone has always been city centric

    @VodafoneAU why do I have to have a link sent to me via SMS to login to my account. No one should be clicking on links in SMS. just because it says Vodafone, doesn’t mean it is. Do you not care about your customers at all?

    @VodafoneAU fix the bloody SMS outage! Trying to pay a bill using internet banking and can’t authenticate the request because the banks text isn’t getting through. How do you stuff something basic like that up?!
