Andrew Thai Dang (@drydryruins) reported@VodafoneAU I am really interested in porting my secondary number to you as a new customer for mainly international roaming. If stop paying after a while after I come back due to money constraints, is there options available to keep the number connected to you cheap long term?

SharlzG (@SharlzG) reportedDear @VodafoneAU, thank you for deciding to increase the cost of my contracted monthly plan (without my consent) by saying 'hey look at us giving you extra data', when I don't come close to using the data I have, & your service is so poor I couldn't if I wanted to. Go you! 🙄🙄

Alan Mackenzie (@alanmackenzie76) reportedThe myvodafone app is biggest pile of poo. Since they implemented the SMS link the first link for me is always invalid and the second one might let me in or just throw and error saying contact @VodafoneAU fix it. It has on on too long.

Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU why do I have to have a link sent to me via SMS to login to my account. No one should be clicking on links in SMS. just because it says Vodafone, doesn’t mean it is. Do you not care about your customers at all?
-
Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.
