  @maxxthum I use @VodafoneAU. Lot of stretches like rail route near Clifton Hill, Merri, Rush all are absolute 0 internet zones. Even in my office just opposite to Southern Cross I can't get a good speed to perform normal tasks. Near RMIT Bundoora, a busy area, again it's bad

  @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

  @VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

  How bad is #VodaphoneAustralia constantly increasing their monthly plans cost but service just gets worse. I haven’t been able to make calls / use my data for the whole morning. They are not even answering on their useless chat. @VodafoneAU
