@VodafoneAU's new login system is daft...takes me five times as long to pay a bill...put it back, it's stupid...deploy proper 2FA instead of that rubbish...

@VodafoneAU So, do you guys have an automatic "sell to Indian call centre" feature when people migrate to yourselves as a carrier? I have NEVER had so many spam calls (Telstra scammers in particular) since I recently was ported to yourselves and I've had my number since the 90's

@VodafoneAU @stowball A little wrong? Are you kidding me? This happened to me too! Your online chat customer service staff is extremely impatient!

@VodafoneAU Another hour of pointless troubleshooting with no resolution & no understanding of my basic English. Also my modem doesn't even factory reset properly anymore! Even though it's pointless even doing it, it keeps all of my custom WiFI IDs so it's not reset. I'm so done @VodafoneAU

@abroninvestor @VodafoneAU Mate they pay people in a call centre in Bangalore a pittance to read from a script. Your problem obviously wasn't on the script. There is no reward over there for thinking outside the box (if refunding small fee to loyal customer). They train robots.

@VodafoneAU Heyop. I'm currently situated in Norway and running an Australian Sim/number. All I'm looking to do is receive texts. I've turned international roaming on in the app and my network just says "Vodafone Aus temporarily unavailable" Fix pls? Cheers.

You know when @Aussie_BB customers say “I’m with them because on the rare occasions when you need technical support, at least you’re talking to competent people that actually understand the technology”? Well, I can totally relate to that after troubleshooting with @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU Our nbn modem has had its 4g backup lights on for most of the day and aren’t turning off. Is there a way to fix this? As the speeds aren’t what I’d like for gaming while the backup lights are on
