    @VodafoneAU I’ve been waiting to pick my Home 4G WiFi modem up from your Robina store since Friday (actually Thursday night but they redid the order on Friday). They’re not able to find and apply the promotion code to my order and it’s been escalated twice now level 2. Help!

    @VodafoneAU why do I have to send my 2 day old phone to a service center for 2 weeks to be assessed? The person in store admitted its defective, it should be replaced, please explain why I have no phone for 2 weeks when committing to a thousands of dollars of spend with you?

    @VodafoneAU Sort your terrible network service out. At postcodes 2153 and 2117 there is barely a 4G signal. 3G hardly works either. Both give a max. 1 bar on the signal meter but mostly no signal at all. Fix this or my business and myself move back to Optus.

    They agreed to activate my number and started the process of activation and then after a month when I asked why it's not activated I get a reply now we cannot activate your number. This is how @VodafoneAU works and support customer. Plz guys if you stay with them u will regret...
