@redfoxash @VodafoneAU It is a lot better than it was. But let’s hope their tie-up with Telstra’s network gets approved by the ACCC later this year. Because if so, it’ll make a huge difference!

  • PeterDT82 Peter T (@PeterDT82) reported

@VodafoneAU hey sooo do you think ignoring my DM solves the ongoing problem or are you actually going to get your tech team onto for the 500th time?? Seriously, your customer service is appalling, just like your app.

  • ColBoyes Col (@ColBoyes) reported

@VodafoneAU hello. How long do I actually have to wait for a new service activation? Estimate said 15 minutes but logging in the way you do it now is a nightmare 🤨 Always says something didn’t go as planned. Activated mobile broadband about 30 minutes ago, should I wait??

@KimberlyNissen @VodafoneAU I'm doing the same @VodafoneAU. Your app never works and you have to reinstall for it to work. On top of that, the SMS link only works on the in-message browser and doesn't work when you try to open in another browser. It's a huge hassle to pay your bills or to live chat someone.

  • OdetteSydney Odette Shahnazari (@OdetteSydney) reported

@VodafoneAU I’m left without data and difficulty using my phone to call my family in Australia. Global roaming is on yet have to use others hotspot for data. Charging $5 a day for something you’re not providing! Have wasted 2 hours to get through. Getting disconnected & no help!

  • KimberlyNissen Kimberly Nissen (@KimberlyNissen) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU, just so you know it’s extremely #ableist to only allow people to login via SMS. Some of us NEED to use a desktop. After 25 years with you I’m going to have to look at changing providers. #Ableism #discrimination

@VodafoneAU What terrible crooked company.. 2days calling, messaging, waiting and they still wont cancel a service I cannot use.. when you pay for a new service they get it done.. cancel they wont allow it #vodafail @newscomauHQ @acccgovau #breaking #australia

  • AndyDentPerth AndyDentPerth (@AndyDentPerth) reported

My wife was using @VodafoneAU $5/day roaming & doing fine, just too expensive for long holiday. However, saving $ now both via @airalocom is not worth it when spend forever trying to get data. Or, worse, fail to receive important messages! (leading to fights with tired spouse)

@VodafoneAU We are transferring our NBN HFC from iiNet to you. You stopped our old iiNet service, but then advised 1 week delay. Yet our NBN modem is already connected (4 green lights). All we need is for you to provide the PPPoE username and password. How hard can this be?
